**What do you like best about ReadyTech?**

I love that classes can be all in sync with one another and the ease of sharing screens, taking control of needed, and the inactivity monitor is one of my go-to built-in tools.

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

No list of downsides of using ReadyTech, but labs do lose connectivity and occasionally, people's labs randomly shut down and new lab seats are required. The tools themselves are great though!

**What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote adult-learning environments can be challenging. With the ease of using the product along with other video-streaming services, the product itself enables a remote classroom to easily be followable for my students.

I utilized this during a training course and it was easy to navigate. The training environment made it easy to test and experiment to learn the tasks.

During my training course, I did not experience any issues. There are a lot of different screens to navigate but once I learned them, it was easier to get where I needed.

**What do you like best about ReadyTech?**

I love that you can schedule the sessions easily, you have the options for a 4hr workshop vs/& the full 8hr lab, auto emails, can easily switch between attendees' screens, the CS rep is very kind, knowledgeable, and available, the chat feature makes last minute issues resolved in a breeze, as they are very responsive.

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

Anything I dislike is most likely a user error (I need to look up training for utilizing audio, as my team says it didn't work well with our recording system for customers/trainees (Zoom?), but I do not know this to be true. As well as, uploading files myself, or allowing the customer/trainee to, in a way that can be used in the ReadyTech Desktop.)

**What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to view a trainees screen and navigate/redirect virtually when unable live.

**What do you like best about ReadyTech?**

Their administration of virtual machines is straightforward and fast to learn. It is very user-friendly with connecting to machines and there are many avaiable options to use in the toolbar above when logged in, into a machine. The fact that it is accessed through a browser makes it even easier to use and implement into business workflows. My company uses it everytime we a course which needs virtual machines.

Sometimes the machine can freeze or the connection doesn't work.

It is giving a huge ease of maintinance as there is no need to order different machines and administer them on the network. Machines with pre-defined specs can be ordered on a click and be ready at no time, which makes it an amazing experience.

ReadyTech can deploy a set of virtual machines for any training environment. These machines can be spun up very quickly for any impromptu class.

We have been using ReadyTech for many years now and it has allowed us to accomplish many of our training goals.

Support, during classes, is exceptional. They are there to help when you need them.

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

I don't believe I have run into any downsides to using ReadyTech over the past few years.

ReadyTech allows us to run courses without having to host all these virtual machines within our own environment.
RT also gives us the freedom to spin up additional machines if we have unexpected students join at the last minute.

Nothing can beat the simplicity and ease of deploying our training machines using ReadyTech's platform.
ReadyTech has always been committed to fixing any issues we came across, and they are continually adding new features in return, helping us in our daily course delivery.

In the early stages, we had some issues within their platform, but they have always fixed them to help us support our customers better.

Ease of download of reports and adding new seats to existing events.

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

The random change of the layout of the existing .csv reports on consumed VM hours or seat days on the portal is making our reporting more complicated and requires additional manual work. Also, the option to edit/filter data fields on the platform before exporting a report would be highly appreciated.

RT Axis is allowing us to perform remote live hands-on training sessions with our partners or customers who can easily get their hands on our cybersecurity solutions in a virtual environment.

ReadyTech is easy to log into and use.  I can control many features (i.e., student screen sizes, lab refresh rate, etc.) that make it easier to interact with the students.

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

It is easy to contact customer support and they are quick to respond and implement your requests.  
There is reporting of lagging on a regular basis from students.  Military personnel experience so much lag that the lab is rendered useless for them.

ReadyTech allows me to work directly with my students during eLearning.

Simple method to organize courses, with excellent support, which you do not need often.

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

So far we did not see any downsides using ReadyTech.

We have irregular demand for application training, with a variable number of trainees. 
Keeping hardware available for these trainings takes a lot of time, as the software needs to be updated regularily.
ReadyTech makes it possible to maintains a single machine for a (set of) trainings, and simple provide the number of seats needed for a specific course.
So we spend much less time preparing courses and maintaining the training machines.
Being able to provide on-line training was necessary during Covid, and is now an extra option for our customers.

The animation in a PowerPoint slide did not play out. Not sure if it is as expected or not or whether I missed out some settings.

All training machines are automatically started up and shut down based on the defined training schedule.

Random connectivity issues might become a bit of nuisance.

Training on our product requires significant hands on practice and ReadyTech helps to provide access to computers, software and other training files for each participant. With the cloud integrated VMs being deployed, using ReadyTech helps us save significant efforts in system setup and configuration for training

**What do you like best about ReadyTech?**

The ability to detach screen so users can practice in our software while also watching as instructors demonstrate.  Communication tools on the classroom page also provide everything we need to mimic an in-person course as much as possible.  "Push to Talk" is a great feature! We're also able to demo a student's errors to the entire class, something we couldn't do in person, and that helps everyone learn troubleshooting skills. Frequent meetings with Juzen to check in on how things are going for us.  Thanks Juzen!  Some classes go better than others, wish we could eliminate more of the technical issues like virtual freezing up (this can be fixed 90% of the time by having the student log out/in).

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

We have a short wish list for improvements including: making it easier to see who is speaking in the classroom, alphabetizing the lab manager to quickly locate a particular student, and automatically switch to "remote cursor" when an instructor takes control of the virtual machine.

Update: Bart Kruitwagen responded to me directly with detailed information on each of my suggestions (some of which already existed). Ready Tech has since implemented the suggestion to make it clear who is speaking in the classroom.

After the session is up and running, it works like a charm ! Also, the leader dashboard is intuitive and offers an overall good user experience. When trying to access it mail, Access code is auto-populated which makes the login process less time consuming.

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

1) When trying to start a session, it makes the user wait for ~15-20 mins on random  days without following any set date/time pattern i.e. this issue is sure to happen as it occurs intermittently yet frequently, but when it will occur isn't known. As a result, all users in my training batch are quite frustrated.

2) When using Readytech as a Leader, each day I perform the same transaction so it'd really help if the Readytech development team can build a feature to automate these transactions which can be classified as ''high likelihood' transactions and the user is guaranteed to perform them.

**What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) 24*7 availability of a dedicated cloud based virtual machine with the desired configuration.
2) Tracking of the tasks allocated to the training participants and assisting them in debugging and resolving the various issues faced during training sessions.

The ability to co-browse several student machines at once is great. Great customer support.

Slow - frustrating at times when - I realize there are occasional ISP issues, but anything RT could do to allow better speed without lag would be great.

live teaching online can be frustrating for many. RT gives us the ability to teach and co-browse in a system that is separate from the AV system.

Very easy to learn and use with a wide variety of features that can augment our training program.   Our previous training environment required hours to set up a training clas, ReadyTech takes minutes.

Some features are not yet available on all provider platforms, and some features (e.g. lab timers, etc.) were available in multiple locations, making them redundant.

Simplified to setup of training sessions and allowed us to standardize the format of each training class.  Streamlined the process of sending invitations to attendees and eliminated the need for additional software downloads and installations.

We have a complex setup with 7 servers and 6 virtualized desktops.  I can configure the environment once, and deploy  as many identical setups as I need.

I wish I could route VoIP calls between student environments.  ReadyTech would provide that feature, but it costs more than we could justify.

Provides a pre-built and complex configuration that is ready to go.  And I can make as many copies of that environment as I have students.

ReadyTech's virtual environment is excellent for giving training. Access using a browser and having multiple systems working independently from each other is a perfect situation for providing training. The end user will install no additional software, which is very convenient for participants. If having trouble or, better to say, a question ReadyTech Team is always available and accountable for our request.  Following up in  Chat during the day multiple times as well as offline.  I highly appreciate your short response times when asking for help!

There is nothing to be disliked, only a wish. I wish I had more slots updating the system - or better, having the system all time available for trimming t for the next session as part of the service.

The ability to have a virtual lab environment for students to practice in to help solidify the training content. The support team is generally pretty quick at responding to issues.  Our salesperson Ron is wonderful to work with.  He's very responsive to our needs.

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

It's very susceptible to browser and network security policies.  Internet speed and reliability do impact the learning experience.  A reliable and constant connection is vital.   If not, loss of audio or seeing the correct slides could be an issue.  Students must hit Ctrl + F5 to refresh the screen and regain functionality.  Students should complete the precheck form to get ahead of these issues.

It provides the ability for our company to deliver our technical training content and provide a lab platform for our learners to practice what they were taught.  This helps to reduce the need to be onsite.

It Is a good platform to learn Linux-based software and it is also used to learn Pega technical courses. It Is Used without the installation of Linux os so that's why i like this ready tech platform. And In This ready tech, we have an Online Learning Pl, Customer Education, Virtual Classroom, And Virtual IT Labs. Once the session is underway, it functions flawlessly! Additionally, the leader dashboard is simple to use and provides a positive user experience. The access code is automatically filled in when trying to access it mail, which speeds up the login procedure.

Sometimes I dislike ready tech access because it is 10-15 minutes to loading and access the platform very slowly performance and in this ready tech automatically connection lost by the time of working anything in ready tech and it happens regularly but intermittently, but the exact time it will happen is unknown. All of the users in my training batch are consequently extremely irritated. As a Leader using Readytech, I complete the same transaction every day. It would be extremely helpful if the Readytech development team could provide a tool to automate these transactions, which are referred to as "high likelihood" transactions because the user is assured to complete them.

It Is 24/7 A dedicated cloud-based virtual machine with the necessary configuration is always available.
Keeping track of the assignments given to training participants and helping them troubleshoot and fix the different problems they encountered throughout training sessions. The Ready Tech Is used for accessing the Linux-based applications and Pega learning platform and it reduces the storage area of memory in the system. I have so many benefits from using this ready tech access. With this ready tech, we can easily create database connections. It is used to conduct virtual classes so it is very useful.

ReadyTech provides extremely user-friendly, browser-based virtual machines for our exam takers.  The admin console is very easy to use and to manually set up "classes" or labs.

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

It would be nice to have APIs or a way to programmatically create VMs.  We have to manually set up classes and then grab the access code (login info) then put it into our system to get the labs assigned to them when their exam begins.  An API would allow us to bulk create classes and if it returned a access code, it would allow us to update our system programmatically too.

**What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We delivery hands-on exams and require VMs for part of the exam.  ReadyTech provides a simple way for the end user to get a VM.  It's just a URL and access code.  Also the admin interface is really easy to set up the VMs.

ReadyTech helps access virtual computers. Due to this there less use lo Hardware at working place. We use ReadyTech for PEGA. There is one on one customer care services due to this. If we have any issues, we can ask and resolve them ASAP.

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

What I don't like is it's unimaginative. Sometimes we start the session but are not able to access the system. Due to this, we face a lot of issues. Sometimes instructors begin taking the class, and we don't have access to work.
Even though the internet speed is  >100mbps, it takes more time to load the session.

ReadyTech is like a cloud which can be accessed anywhere, any time, with good internet irrespective of time and day. 
It's like remote access. We can work on any system without any error or malfunction if we have access code.

We can access the instance of Pega 8.7 Software from anywhere and from any place till you have good internet connectivity and a compatible PC. The speed of the instance is also good. And we can save our work in the Cloud as long as we have access to it.

Sometimes even if the internet connectivity is good and we have a compatible PC, the instance becomes very slow, and it hangs in between to. When we are in the middle of some project, then this can be a major issue.

It was good to have the possibility to access the virtual machines for labs using a browser or RDP connection. Sometimes it happens that companies have firewall restrictions and having access from web browsers with good quality in terms of control and responsiveness is great. Also, the instructor can look at previews and real-time sharing or remote control of the student virtual machine, and this simplifies a lot the job

In the past experience, we used another external tool for audio/video conferencing and desktop sharing because it was simpler and quicker than the integrated tools

ReadyTech is excellent for technical training because you can quickly ask and set up virtual machines for practical labs for all the students in your class for in-person or remote sessions. There is no need for the students to have licenses for virtualization software or computers with enough resources (CPU/RAM or disk space) because a simple browser is enough to access
