**What do you like best about ReadyTech?**

To setup the environment is easy. I can watch multiple students during a training. There are multiple ways to distribute my materials, samples to the students.

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

I can't think of anything that i dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering ReadyTech:**

ReadyTech is a good platform. It is easy to setup and use. Our company uses it to train our customers. It saves our travel cost and customer's effort to host a training environment.
I can have my customer do their exercises on the predefined images and distribute materials in multiple ways.

A good platform for customer training.

**What do you like best about ReadyTech?**

The Lab Manager controls are a great teaching aid, the customer support is terrific and RT allows us to create a shared  image that supports a number of different courses efficiently.

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

There is some wonkiness with the Windows Desktop and sometimes the remote keyboard gets out of synch.

**What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can offer hands on remote instruction and it's also useful for on sites by taking client network permissions and security off of the table. That's quite a velocity benefit.

**What do you like best about ReadyTech?**

The platform was very simple and convenient to use even for the technically challenges users that I had to train. The ability of the instructor to remotely assist the trainees was also spot on for minimizing the gap between the instructor and the trainees.

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

The screen resolution capabilities (fit, stretch) were confusing for my students as they had to toggle with them quite a bit. Not all of the students had/have desktops with monitor which is what the training assumes. Some students with 14 in laptops found it pretty challenging to change resolutions to get to the main course material/lab and back and forth.

Remote training has helped minimize costs definitely

Ease of use, intuitive controls and the ability to provide and receive hands-on efficient training

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

Unfortunately the disclaimer to be careful to not stop or close the main VM can be an issue (and has happened) and the amount of time to spin up the VM again once closed.

**What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whether it is our in-house customers, peers and colleagues and/or external partner training sessions, the hands-on capability to provide functional application training in a sandbox is immeasurable.  It would be nice to have the ability to record some of the instruction but the fact that the trainer can follow along with and provide correction on the fly is also a huge plus!

Diverse dimensions available including the ability to:
Present a PowerPoint briefing.
Open an application and demonstrate how the tools work.
Watch the student open and use an application.
Demo the student's computer to other students.
Open auxiliary programs such as MS Word, Excel, etc and Adobe Acrobat Reader, etc.
Create a message with a countdown timer.
Reboot the student's computer.
Control the actions on a student's computer.
Etc.

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

Small display, sometimes too small to read.
Very slow processing to access some websites.

**What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching optimal price point for the RAM we want to use for effective training.
Major benefit to delivering training to remote students in a virtual environment.

It works very well, and on the occassion there are issues, the helpdesk has always been amazing resolving them.

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

There is not anything that I would add to this list. as with any system, there are sometimes issues. They have always been resolved very quickly.

**What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the early years I reported issues via email. But recently I started to use the chat option, and that is even better.

**What do you like best about ReadyTech?**

The ease of use for the instructors and students. After receiving the login codes it's just a couple of clicks and your class is on it's way. Support when rarely needed is right on top of correcting the issue .

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

The rate of refreshing the database is only once a month unless you pay a fee.

**What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Has allowed us the opportunity to reduce our train rooms across the country. We only host on-line training now from having 5 training offices. The cost savings more then offsets the cost for ReadyTech.

Readytech makes management of servers used for training very easy. Their landing page, connectivity and automation tools make deployments efficient. Their staff are very quick to respond to queries and issue response turnaround is good.

With every deployment there has been issues with one or more servers being deployed on time.

The ReatyTech folks are seriously ready and tech savvy.  We use their products exclusively and successfully - year in - year out! The new training series is very helpful in getting all the functionality out of the products. I recently used the ReadyTech system while in Switzerland!

Nothing - the company is always there to help.

The servers are ALWAYS up.

Some invoices are not available in portal, Invoice currencies to be changed as per their country.

ReadyTech is very user friendly and accessible to anyone anywhere globally. It is very easy to use as user as well as setting up and creating courses as an admin. ReadyTech are very helpful and always help with any needs we have as a company. ReadyTech are very responsive with questions or issues and are always contactable.

There can be some connection issues in some locations but support are always quick to respond and to help solve the issue.

ReadyTech allows all our training materials to be in one place and easily accessible globally with self-paced and instructor led course available.  It has allowed us to train employees globally without the need of classroom courses.

Copy-paste between the host machine and client machine was not that straightforward.

Support and Help Desk - if I have any issue, the support desk is very responsive and helpful in resolving the issue quickly.

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

I like the ability to copy/paste scripts, etc into ReadyTech session, but it is not as intuitive as it could be. I have to provide specific instructions to students

**What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None. Th;e benefit of ReadyTech is that students have a remote desktop of working applications and I don't have to worry about installation issues they may have.

Response time to the issues over chat, it is very quick and during training that's what I need.

Ease to book system, and cancel without charge the systems not needed. (Or the systems that failed to initiate properly, thus I always book 2 extra systems for safety.)

Having to wake up at 3am to set-up the system for the students.

I am not, but my project is: they found an easy way to deploy multiple training environment, with a standard configuration, without the need to re-configure everything or clean up after previous class.

There is some lack of flexibility when customizing unique environments.  Generally, I am able to find a work around or put in an enhancement request to address my needs.

Managed Support with fast answers and fast feedback

Connection Issues, users are often not able to RDP virtual machines and we don't know why
Issues with other languages with remote session, ex. issues with french characters (OS configuration is OK)
