**What do you like best about ReadyTech?**

We can access the instance of Pega 8.7 Software from anywhere and from any place till you have good internet connectivity and a compatible PC. The speed of the instance is also good. And we can save our work in the Cloud as long as we have access to it.

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

Sometimes even if the internet connectivity is good and we have a compatible PC, the instance becomes very slow, and it hangs in between to. When we are in the middle of some project, then this can be a major issue.

**What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now it is trying to allot more time for us to access the cloud with a reasonable cost with which we can flexibly do our work from anywhere in the world, which would be of great help for the software employees.

**What do you like best about ReadyTech?**

It was good to have the possibility to access the virtual machines for labs using a browser or RDP connection. Sometimes it happens that companies have firewall restrictions and having access from web browsers with good quality in terms of control and responsiveness is great. Also, the instructor can look at previews and real-time sharing or remote control of the student virtual machine, and this simplifies a lot the job

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

In the past experience, we used another external tool for audio/video conferencing and desktop sharing because it was simpler and quicker than the integrated tools

**What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReadyTech is excellent for technical training because you can quickly ask and set up virtual machines for practical labs for all the students in your class for in-person or remote sessions. There is no need for the students to have licenses for virtualization software or computers with enough resources (CPU/RAM or disk space) because a simple browser is enough to access

**What do you like best about ReadyTech?**

RTA helps in practicing pega exercises. The ReadyTech Interface is very user-friendly for all users.
With the help of RTA, we can work on our Pega project efficiently, and our work will get saved.

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

There were a few times when the connection would drop. When we work on pega exercises the response from ReadyTech is very slow.ReadyTech speed as to be increased.

With the help of ReadyTech, reduce training cost and increases training capacity. ReadyTech is very useful for working on my pega exercise, and the work also gets saved on ReadyTech.

This ready tech axis is good to access, and  it helps us to retain our project data for a long and also provides security and also helps in importing and exporting project files from or to an external  system

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

More buffering , requires a high internet connection to work ,  and more waiting time to start the instance to wo rk , no automatic time stopper to stop the instance time when we are not on an instance

It store our data for more period of time and makes our project files export to another system to run our project in another system when we require and also store these project files forever in the form of rar file.

**What do you like best about ReadyTech?**

We are using Ready Tech for our Hands-on Practice in Pega. I have been Recommended to use ready tech for our practice it was helpful because even though my Laptop is not compatible with a good internet connection, we can get hands-on Experience.

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

Sometimes even if there is a good internet connection, I could face some delay in the processing, but after some time, this issue resolves by itself

**What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I couldn't find a platform where I could get hands-on experience in Pega; this problem is solved by ready tech. It is pretty beneficial because I could save my progress in it until I have Access, but in another platform, I can keep my progress for roughly one week.

Ready tech buffers the most. It needs fast networking service, which sometimes makes it complicated and faces problems while working on a project. It takes more time to start the axis, and its time taking process .its not possible to install  ready tech tools manually

1)We deliver hands-on exams and require the VMS part of the exam.
2) Tracking of the task-allocated training participants and assisting them in debugging and the resolving the various issues faced during training sessiion

Easy axis to connect to online or remote desktop and use it as I am using to learn Pega; this is so convenient and consumes very less internet, and the user interface of the website is also minimalistic, and the response from the service center from the chat is also fast and also solve the issue in minutes.

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

There  is nothing  to be disliked  in , but sometimes the lab disconnects due to some issues that's  the only issue in the service provided

The  Ready tech Axis is useful for me in using cloud service    to learn Pega through this cloud  service . it's helping   me for my job and placement purpose  .

I have been using Readytech for a number of years now and the level of support is  second to none. Live support in a busy training environment is vital and it has rarely taken more than a few minutes to resolve any issues

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

I wish there was a way of traing my clients in Australia but latency will always be an issue. You cant break the laws of Physics!

Gives me the nearest thing to face to face training with sight of my students virtual desktops. 90 percent of my training is now online.

Easy to schedule the classes events with as many as participants(seats) 
Secure Access to classes
Integration with the various lab environments (cloud server applications by invoking the container instances).
5-10 min SLA Service available any time.

Lab environments ,  sometimes get slow connectivity though it is rare.
if lab environments can be auto shut down for non usage , as environments timings gets finished even if not used ,without usage. So can be done automation, would be useful for students.

The corporate instructor led classes with the exercises system which used to very expensive has reduced the cost to a great extent by online alternative provided by ReadyTech.

24*7 excellent support via live chat and the team is handling the query very responsive, even though we contacted occasionally. Keep providing the support, all the best!

Sometimes the systems might be slow, and that too happens because of CPU or memory, we will contact the technical team via chat they will guide us through the right way!

It is a Cost Effective employee training platform . It helps us to get hands-on  experience . It is an excellent option for virtual training, suitable for both employees  and trainers

It will make us wait when we are working on that platform, and every day we have to log in; it has an internet issue sometimes, and we need to refresh when we want new functionality.

Fast performance of the labs, audio quality and mostly easy to use classroom interface.

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

The classroom scheduling of items like breaks, demos, breakout was not as intuitive to set up and use as it should be. Labs get restarted every evening and are not available to use later in the evening during the training week. takes some extra time to re-launch at start of the next day.

The PlatForm Support the Axis to the Pega Studios Pega Applications Take Huge Memory And Ram With the Help of Readytech Axis For the Low proccer laptops  can be benifited.

The Servers in the platform are little bit slow. There are some Hanging issues .Requires Higher Internet Speed Every time . Mainly The Singapore Server is very Slow .

Especially For the low configuration Laptops the ReadyTech Axis is most useful which benifts them most the platforms and IDES which requires High conifiguration are avalible in readytech and we can make use of it.

**What do you like best about ReadyTech?**

We all want a platform which our work easy and provide good security for our data. This tool is handy for virtual training. The environment is very  User friendly for all learners.

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

It works slowly. Template creation is quite complex ,and takes much time to create. The slow server compares to configuration. Troubleshooting part is tricky and always need someone from RT.

ASP training's are too easy to schedule and monitor at the same time. Each student receives their own host to play with, avoiding any sharing issues.

Easy navigation, built in audio and screen sharing helps to avoid additional tools usage.

Had issues, me as a trainer and one of the attendees too, to log in to lab and took too long to resolve this. ReadyTech MatchMaker helped to resolve the issue to the attendee but not to myself. This should not happen when delivering training to a customer.

**What do you like best about ReadyTech?**

The virtual machine/lab component of ReadyTech allows us to scale our course size without additional hardware.  The lab component really enables us to drive home our concepts discussed in the classroom.

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

There seem to be small issues that we have trouble with in the classroom from time to time.  These include, audio issues, presentation issues, camera issues, and sometimes complete failure of the classroom.  It is difficult to troubleshoot user issues from an instructors point of view because so many variables are in play.

**What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scalability on training delivery.  Having a virtual environment allows limitless possibilities as it pertains to class size.  Business performance has increased due to this.

Quick Customer support, 24/7 availability of customer support  , quick switching between  applications , efficient memory management, optimal user experience, less power consumption

Sometimes the lab status is showing  wrong, more time to connect  and disconnect sometimes, Applications get hang sometimes

ReadyTech solves the issue of connectivity to the cloud  server; it helps us in connecting to the cloud server  to use Pega platform   and improve our hands on experience

It is great having a solution that is completely in the cloud, so we are not dependent on any on-prem servers or services.
There is a lot of flexibility with the service they offer.
The customer support has also been amazing.

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

If you need to get back to on-prem servers for anything you will have to install a vpn client on the virtual machines.

**What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With so many people now having the ability to work from home, we are working to migrate some of our standard in-person training to a virtual instructor led classroom.  With that we can provide training to anyone, anywhere.  After running this software for a few months we have started looking at other possible ways to incorporate the use of this service to do software implementations.

Mainly when systems become unresponsive. As I use ReadyTech system to teach having them address these issues swiftly means that there is little impact on the class.

Readytech provides machines needed for our software training.   Before - trainers were required to provide VMs for training that often failed and difficult to maintain.  All materials and resources are readily available on Readytech.

We are able to see student's screens, spot when they're struggling, and jump in to offer help - demoing to other student's along the way.

Uploading files to the library takes much longer than expected.

We don't have to go on-site to train users, and we can make sure in advance that they have all the software and files they need to complete the course.

I enjoy the feature that allows you to not only see the participants' screens but also interact with them virtually. This tool is handy for virtual training. The online customer service is also commendable. Help is provided in real-time with no more than 2-4 minutes delay between responses.

Nothing specific comes to mind. A word of caution: Make sure that the organization receiving the training has not blocked access to the ReadyTech domain.

We use ReadyTech to conduct product training on our many US and overseas customers.  Having a virtual classroom still provides the benefits of an "in-person" classroom.

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

The only items I have seen in this setup are occasionally having connectivity issues.  Being able to determine where that communication breakdown is occurring would be most helpful.  Otherwise ReadyTech is a great product to use.

The problem of any global company and training is the lack of availability for trainers to be located everywhere one has a customer.  Using ReadyTech solves this "classroom" environment for us.

The lab solution permits an instructor to "look over the shoulders" of participants and help them with their exercises. If there's ever an issue, RT is very fast and finds a solution within a few minutes.

**What do you dislike about ReadyTech?**

Haven't honestly found anything yet to dislike - I've used the ReadyTech virtual labs for several years now and it's a very smooth and flawless experience.

**Recommendations to others considering ReadyTech:**

If you are considering options for training delivery, and it would be useful to have your own pre-configured lab computers where the instructor can easily see and help the participants with their exercises, Ready Tech is the best solution.

**What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We teach a very technical course on report design - and traditional virtual learning systems (Adobe, WebEx, Skype for Business) are fine for the instructor-led portion. However, the Ready Tech lab solution permits students to practice in a virtual lab space where the instructor view can immediately see what they are doing and offer help and if necessary share their lab screen or take control. While the others permit students to choose to share their own desktop there are often security issues, emails or chats left open, and other concerns. All the students are sharing are our own virtual lab "computers". We can refresh the systems at any time and leave clean practice labs for the next group. Students have no fear of making a mistake that might harm a real system.

I like how I can have both a VM and classroom environment running at the same time and the seamless transistion between the two.
This is something that our current tool does not have.

To be honest, there wasn't anything that I disliked.
There were a few times where the connection would drop but this was simnply due to more resource being required for the solution; something that ReadyTech resolved.

The issue being solved with ReadyTech is that of online delivery.
What the RT VM allows for us to do is to be able to run multiple online courses at the same time; something that we currently can not achieve.

I've used ReadyTech for years and there is nothing that I dislike about it.

Handlng remote customer training on short notice with no requirement to travel. The customer accepted that out of necessity due to COVID-19. However, after a year, they indicate that they will not go back to in-person training because this has proven successful and save considerable loss of time and travel expense.

I don't have to do anything before a class. I don't have to check systems, or reset software defaults, or check browsers or internet connectivity, or anything. There's just nothing for me to do. What's not to like?

I don't like that ReadyTech changes all of your the access codes when you add or remove an assistant instructor. It makes me have to resend the entire range of codes to my participants.

One of the reasons I like ReadyTech so much is that it just works. We need good virtual environments to deliver training and even experiment with our own products. We can do that with ReadyTech. When you start a VM, we don't have to worry about any of the time-consuming, error-prone configuration issues. You just fire it up and it works.

A little slow to fire up, but that's a small price to pay for everything you get.

The ReadyTech viewer app you install is slow and needs optimization for better performance. Sometimes the Caps Lock from the host computer doesn't reflect the state in the cloud environment

for providing a training lab environment, I can be sitting in New Zealand as an Instructor and have students in the US, Middle East, or Asia; we are all connected to the same material; as the instructor, I can resolve issues that students face whether that be knowledge and learns or system problems.
