
Being able to leverage Millie has had such a variety of positive impacts across our organization, our employees/teams and the nonprofits and nonprofit campaigns we run. It's been an effective communication tool to ensure all our employees are aware of the core nonprofits/causes we support and give them better insights into each nonprofit and how they make an impact! We've also been able to add new campaigns, such as 1.) Giving Madness that gamify the giving experience to increase the fun factor and 2.) Random Acts of Kindess to create a unique give back experience that drives kindness (and not just pushing donations). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't seen a downside yet. One of our big goals/opportunities was to have Millie have option to host Drives, which 20%+ of our teams do each year, but they've now recently added Drives in the last couple of months. We're also eagerly awaiting some reporting updates that are in queue. The Millie team is extremely responsive to our user requirements, and is constantly making their tool better!
