It took me just a few minutes to log in, upload my donation and write a note about it. I didn't think about it again (because it was so easy), which is exactly what I wanted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Selflessly? I donated to a food bank and earmarked my donation directly to the food bank. The food bank is connected to a larger organization, which is what the nonprofit registration is under. On the Selflessly website, it shows that I made a donation to the larger organization, which isn't necessarily untrue, it doesn't tell the full story. We didn't have a matching gift program before at my company. Now we do and using Selflessly is easy. From a back-end standpoint the platform is very easy to use and the customer service is incredible. They have been very responsive and timely any time I need help. Our organization has Selflessly integrated with its 'matching' program. This portal helps folks like us to (a) identify approved charity organizations without much back and forth; (b) have the whole donation match happen in the background seamlessly The interface is simple yet effective. It gives a great snapshot of things I'd wanna know (my contributions for the year, favorite or preferred organizations etc). What do you dislike about Selflessly? Less of a dislike, but more of an ask or request. It would be nice if there was a way for employees to request the addition of charity organizations to the website for approval from their respective company. Central easy-to-use portal for charity donations. No need to guess which charity organizations are cleared for my company's 'donation match' program. Selflessly has so many great charities and orgs to give back to on their platform (even a super niche org that I had in mind). I also adore the customer support, super quick and helpful! It's excellent watching donations from everyone in the company add up and the total impact we have in our community. I also love seeing the diversity of missions that my coworkers care about. I have to go into my credit card account, take a picture of the charge, send that to my work email, and upload from there. Selflessly definitely gives my company a more visual representation of our giving initiative. Before, it just felt like talk, "oh, we empower employees to give money to community organizations." But with Selflessly, I can see the real commitment to giving back. I love the ability to have the company match as well; being able to watch the company "walk the walk" of giving it great.
