It took me just a few minutes to log in, upload my donation and write a note about it. I didn't think about it again (because it was so easy), which is exactly what I wanted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I donated to a food bank and earmarked my donation directly to the food bank. The food bank is connected to a larger organization, which is what the nonprofit registration is under. On the Selflessly website, it shows that I made a donation to the larger organization, which isn't necessarily untrue, it doesn't tell the full story. Our organization has Selflessly integrated with its 'matching' program. This portal helps folks like us to (a) identify approved charity organizations without much back and forth; (b) have the whole donation match happen in the background seamlessly

The interface is simple yet effective. It gives a great snapshot of things I'd wanna know (my contributions for the year, favorite or preferred organizations etc).

Less of a dislike, but more of an ask or request. It would be nice if there was a way for employees to request the addition of charity organizations to the website for approval from their respective company. The biggest downside for me is having to upload a receipt each time I enter a donation. I have to go into my credit card account, take a picture of the charge, send that to my work email, and upload from there.
