**What do you like best about Millie?**

Easy to navigate and see what volunteer events I can sign up for. Nice to see everything in one spot and compare. The bonus thing I like about Millie is my employer matches up to a certain amount of donations and Millie makes it seamless when checking out to have the employer match added.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

It's very simple, I just feel like there's a way to tap into all the great causes in a deeper way..Maybe when clicking into a charity it has a video that auto plays (doesn't need audio) or maybe it gives charities a way to customize their page (I don't know if they already do that) so that each page/charity is unique because I think each cause is unique.

**What problems is Millie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Millie is solving for corporate business to engage more in giving and being more organized in doing so..both funds and time with volunteering. It's really the only system we use as a way to sign up for events or donate as a company

**What do you like best about Millie?**

Ease of use, helpful features, and rep support. 

Millie makes it really easy for employees to get their charitable donations matched. They can either donate directly through Millie or they can upload a receipt. It's easy to work with Millie to get a charity added if an employee doesn't see it in the Millie database, but the database is very extensive. 

The admin features are great! It's easy to manually approve/deny match requests and you can designate charities for an auto match. The reporting works perfectly for what I need to track.

You can met with your company's rep as much or as little as you'd like. I find it very helpful to meet with our rep because she helps me think about what I can be doing to get more people to use Millie. There are also a lot of new features that Millie has been rolling out and it's helpful to get a demo of these live vs. remembering to check out the site to see what's new.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

Like most good things, this isn't a cheap product but it's worth it for us to help encourage charitable giving with our employees. Since we've been using Millie for years I honestly haven't compared it to other charitable giving platforms so I can't say how the price compares. I will say, it would be really difficult for me to manage even just company matches on my own so the fact that the platform cost covers that and all their other features makes it worth it in my mind.

The only "issue" I've ever run into is needing to search by an org's EIN because I can't find them in the database by searching for their actual org name. Luckily it's an easy work around and when I haven't been able to find an org, our Millie rep either finds it for me immediately or helps me get it added.

**What problems is Millie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Millie helps us encourage and support employees in their charitable giving. It makes managing company matches a tiny part of my job whereas if we were handling it in house it would probably take 10x longer for me to manage.

**What do you like best about Millie?**

I love the user-friendly interface and how simple it is. I give a donation, my company is notified, they decide to match my gift or not, then I get notified in email and Slack, and my favorite charity gets a check! Plus, my company can set a limit on how much they will match in a year, and I can easily see how much is left in that match on my Millie home page. Also, my company offers Millie gift cards as an occasional incentive that lets me choose where to direct an 'extra' donation. Highly recommend!

There's nothing to dislike about Millie! Everyone wins!

**What problems is Millie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Corporate matching and incentives - my donations are doubled and I get to give to my favorite charities when I get rewarded for something at work.

Millie makes its it super easy for my organization to operationalize and automate corporate giving so our employees utilize their corporate match program and drive the impact in the communities they care about.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

Millie's interface can be a bit clunky to navigate, with some key optionality around reporting & tracking employee matching by recurring donations difficult to track. I also think the Millie platform needs a refresh of brand to something more streamlined and crisp.

**What do you like best about Millie?**

Millie makes it incredibly easy to discover and donate to nonprofits that align with your values. The platform is seamless, intuitive, and I appreciate how quickly new nonprofits can be approved by your employer for matching. It truly encourages generosity at scale. I’m grateful something like this exists right now — it brings purpose into the workplace in a real way.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

The email receipts could be a little more detailed and standardized — especially for those who track charitable giving for personal tax purposes. A clearer summary or exportable annual report would go a long way.

**What problems is Millie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Millie makes it easy to turn personal values into action through workplace giving. It simplifies the donation process, streamlines employer matching, and reduces the friction of finding verified nonprofits. It also helps build a culture of giving at work without needing to manage logistics manually — which saves time and builds trust in the process.

Working in IT I come across a lot of bad websites. Not this one. Every time I use it I know what to do, and how to do it in a simple clean, and down right beautiful UI. Millie should be the Standard for how charity sites should be

My only critique is no phone app, and when that’s it, you have a great website on your hands!

I like that there are many ways to give back and especially loved the bracket giving event we did, it gamified helping people out there and gave an understanding of what each charity looks like.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

I don't like that there is not a lot of Canadian charities to choose from.

**What problems is Millie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I help plan volunteer events in our local office, we are a remote first company so getting people out to volunteer can be a challenge, with Millie we can create a fun post and see live how many people are signing up and help encourage others to join in. More visibility means more volunteers!

The categories and modern card like browsing features, allows for quickly browsing through the content.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

The payment section can get a little confusing at times. I think the issue is with "Credit" systems inevitably has multi-path UX issues. I only use a credit card to make a purchase.

Connecting and engaging us employees of technology sector to the people groups dealing with the front line issues. We can feel great about supporting issues we care about even when we are time poor.

**What do you like best about Millie?**

I like being able to support the causes that are near and dear to my heart. The convince of company volunteering and seeing the impact that we make as a collective are all bonuses as well.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

There are glitches every so often with things not populating as they should and there are not enough volunteer opportunities outside of the United States of America.

The ability put my money to causes that matter to me without having to verify that the agencies are legitimate or that my money is being handled appropriately.

I like how it is integrated into my everyday work life and that I am able to select from a menu of local options. It is also straightforward to have my employer match my donation every month.

Truly, nothing I dislike at the current moment.

Millie makes it easy to find charities and has global coverage for nonprofits. They have continued to implement the product features that I have requested over time and have great customer support. I use it probably once a week, and have seen employees pick it up fast. I like that it integrates with other systems that we use, like Slack.

I would love to see Millie offer online opportunities for employees to volunteer.

Charities need to have a presence in the US.  There are worthy charities in other countries that I support outside of Millie.

**What do you like best about Millie?**

Millie has provided an easy and centralized way to administer donation efforts. The front-end setup has mostly allowed me to set it and forget it but make updates as needed. The Giving Madness has been a team favorite and allows us to gamify the voting process. We also greatly appreciate the partnership and customer service provided. Their team members proactively reach out regularly for feedback and updates on features. It feels very personalized.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

Since Millie is bridging the gap between us and the charity, some personalization is missed since the payments come from Millie. It would be most beneficial if all receipts could show a connection to our company.

**What problems is Millie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Administration and centralization of our CSR efforts. We previously had to track these in a Google sheet and administer all donations in-house. The dashboard has also allowed us to track and share impact with the team. In summary Millie is allowing me to still priotize our company CSR efforts but has drastically reduced the time and effort needed to do so.

**What do you like best about Millie?**

Millie's platform is easy to navigate, making it seamless for our people to leverage our donation and charity match program. SSO integration is a wonderful feature. Millie’s user guides are wonderful resources, and the team is incredibly responsive to any questions we have. Beyond a wonderful platform, I cannot say enough about the Millie team. The company is client-oriented and has taken our feedback and turned it into action, rolling out new features that meet our needs. Millie goes above and beyond to support our engagement goals, hosting a 1:1 workshop with giving campaign ideas tailored to our company culture and best practices for cultivating robust employee engagement.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

Millie's platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, so not much comes to mind. The only pain point is that sometimes nonprofits can be hard to find if you do not search with the EIN number

**What problems is Millie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease of Millie allows us to offer a donation and volunteer match program. Administering these programs is not a full time roll at our company, and would be very cumbersome and time consuming to manage without a solution like Millie.

The best part by far about Millie is the organization of the opportunities to give. Everything is easy and formatted in a way that helps at a glance know exactly the cause you're supporting. Providing my donation was very easy and fast to complete.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

I am not sure I found a downside to Millie. The system is so easy to use, organized, and the opportunities are vetted. If I was forced to choose something I would have to say that making it easier to have an opportunity reviewed that isnt listed that may be near and dear to a user seems hard to locate. Maybe a button included to link to the submission site so a nonprofit could be vetted so others could also donate.

I dont have to worry that any donation being abused by the nonprofits. Vetting them has been a huge time saver for people like myself who have limited time to review.

**What do you like best about Millie?**

I'm so grateful that Omega Mart has decided to use Millie as the donation platform that makes philanthropy more accessible and transparent.  I appreciate Millie is its tracking system for me to follow my donations. 

One of the key things I like is how user-friendly, which makes navigation easy and almost fun. Sometimes these systems are complicated and comberson... but not Millie. Use Millie’s straightforward approach one time and each time you return it becomes easier and easier. 

If you think you can't find a charity to donate on this platrom, think again! I even found that I was able to request a charity no on the platform and it was added. Top notch service! You might even find a charity you were not aware while surfing through the thousands of others. 

I also really appreciate the tracking of monetary donations. At the end of the year, it's a great tool to reflect if I met my persoanl donation goals with a couple clicks. Another feature is my company can track all the hours of time that are donated from our organization. It reflects the generosity of the organization that I work for. 

Overall, it's just encourages people to Give, Give, Give of your time, talents and treasures!

**What do you like best about Millie?**

Millie is super easy and quick to use.  It's both easy to use with funds provided by your company and ones you add yourself.  With the great search to find organizations, the useful and fun Slack integration, it's great to be able to see your own, peers, and the company's contributions quickly, easily, and in a medium that we all use all-day.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

Millie's features have continued to be improved since I first started using it, I don't have any current dislikes.

Millie allows each of us and our company to easily track what we're doing to make our community and world better.  By being able to setup our volunteer efforts, monthly campaigns, and process individual contributions with organizations we know our company will match funds to, it makes our CSR efforts simple and straight-forward.

Millie makes it simple to find volunteer opportunities, learn about non profits, and find any registered 501c3 in the US. Uploading funds is incredibly easy, and my employer is able to match my donations soon after I make them.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

Because they showcase every non profit in the US, it can be overwhelming to find events and/or causes to support. (Too much of a good thing, which is a good problem to have!)

**What problems is Millie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining the ease of employer matched donations and opening the door to which non profits employees can support. Before we implemented Millie, our Impact team would select non profits in our markets that they would match donations to if employees donated, but now with Millie employees can donate to any non profit that they choose and still have their donation matched!

**What do you like best about Millie?**

Millie makes it super easy to donate to organizations I care about and get my corporate match. It shows tons of relevant into about each organization and even can show you where others in the company are donating.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

I was making donations two years ago and found that some larger organizations like the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society weren't showing up on our list of pre-approved match orgs which was surprising. That being said, it was very quick to get it submitted and I was able to donate within a few days - not really an issue

**What problems is Millie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am passionate about supporting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society after a family member's battle with blood cancer; Millie helps me get donations matched by my company for 2x the impact. I'm primarily an employee user

**What do you like best about Millie?**

I love how the platform is laid out! Easy to learn and navigate. We love giving madness and how east it is to sign up for events, match, and donate.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

I dislike the reporting. For us, it makes most sense to have our dashboard reporting start over every fiscal year since that is when our budget starts over. Or we could set a timeframe and have it stay in that setting. I would prefer to be able to pull all time data on the back end. Our metrics are incorrect by definition because of how we initially recorded donations before the offline grant feature was possible. So, all of our metrics will be off from now on. This kind of makes using Millie as a reporting software unnecessary since we also have to track all of this on our end.

Tracking volunteer hours, matching, donations, workplace events, and gifting.

It would be hard to nail down 1 thing that I like best about Millie. Its very easy for my team to create events, record the hours they volunteer and funds raised. I also like how I can search for other organizations to get involved with in my area.

Im not sure there isnt anything I dont like about Millie. Maybe an email reminder when my wallet is getting low.

**What problems is Millie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Up until this point all tracking of volunteer hours and funds were done manually. We also had zero visbility into what our 70 other offices across the country were doing!  Its been wonderful to see how everyone is getting involved.

I love that our company can do a match program that is automatically applied to my donation. It is really cool too that ERGs can also create campaigns on it, so we can easily donate to different charities that support the campaign cause! You can also integrate it with Slack and it shows how you're doing on your campaign goal.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

Sometimes searching for a specific charity can be a little confusing. I mostly just use the campaign feature.

**What problems is Millie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ERGs can create a campaign cause and easily add relevant charities to donate to. Then we can easily share through slack and donate. The employer matching is also a nice incentive to donate!

**What do you like best about Millie?**

I enjoyed using Millie to make donations to various organizations. The site layout is easy to use, colorful, and grouped into identifiable sections. The sorting function is great to use and I appreciate how the focus is not just on donating money but also on volunteering and connecting with your groups in your company.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

I brainstormed some suggestions that are not on the site or I could not find the feature. First is the ability to create a group with your friends or add friends. I can recommend organizations or see the activities of my friends. Second is the ability to suggest organizations to add to Millie.

**What problems is Millie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Millie is helping lower the barrier of entry to volunteering and donating to groups. Sometimes it is difficult to find groups that are doing meaningful work as it can be overwhelming using google. Millie aggregates the groups together while providing descriptions of the group's mission and features. Millie also allows users to connect with their co-workers and with ERG groups. It is an easy way to see how other folks are donating their money and what their interests are.

**What do you like best about Millie?**

We've been using Millie at my company for a few years and it's been great! It is very easy to use and offers many charities/causes to support + your company might do a match through Millie as well. For those interested in running a fundraiser, there's an option to create your own event and share it within your company. ERG leaders at our company use this feature all the time. Moreover, you can find many volunteering opportunities which is a great addition to financial support. I also like that Millie has a mobile app.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

To be honest, nothing comes to mind. Millie has a very intuitive user interface, works exactly as advertised, and has lots of charities and volunteering opportunities to choose from. Never had an issue with the platform.

**What problems is Millie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Millie allows all of our employees to easily support causes they care about and involve our company in those campaigns as a whole. It saves time, it is user-friendly, and keeps all the charity work organized.

**What do you like best about Millie?**

Millie is great because I can really easily see a list of charities that my company recommends to donate to, what other employees at my company have donated to, and popular charities in general. I also like the fact that my company can indicate certain charities as automatically eligible for a match, so that I don't have to do extra research for those. There is also an easy button to select to ask my company to review the charity if they haven't already, so I can be confident I'll get a match before donating. I think it's also good that charity EIN's are listed on each charity's page.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

A minor issue is that the wallet experience can be a bit confusing at first. It would be great if you could add directly to the wallet from the donation page as a single step. However, once you do it once or twice, it's still quite straightforward.

**What problems is Millie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Millie makes it really easy to donate to charities such that your company can match it. I like that it's centralized through a portal rather than having to email back and forth with the People team or have to fill out some asynchronous Google form to get a donation match.

**What do you like best about Millie?**

Millie is extremely user-friendly and makes it very easy to discover many different causes to support. Their platform streamlines the donation process and is simple to navigate. I'm able to quickly see the campaigns my company is running, and I'm also able to filter by location to see what nonprofits are in my area to either donate to or volunteer at. Millie filters by category, which makes it easy to explore and find various causes that I'm most passionate about.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

Nothing comes to mind! I was very surprised when I first used Millie to see how intuitive the platform was and how easy it was to explore.

**What problems is Millie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Millie makes it easy for employees to donate. I'm able to easily see which nonprofits my company is matching, and overall, having such an easy to use platform incentivizes employees to use it even more.

THe user interface on Millie is clear and easy to use. Finding causes or organizations you'd like to contribute to is very easy and the process to top up your giving wallet is straight forward and I appreciate that it allows for you to submit offline contributions you make.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

I wish the volunteer oppurtinties were more up to date and widespread across the country but that may be down tothe organiziations and not entirely on Millie.

Easy to find and contribute to causes all in one place instead of scouring google and vetting organizations on your own.

**What do you like best about Millie?**

I loved how easy it made donating through my employer -- it is super usable and the matching was easy!

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

The only thing that was difficult (probably just my use case) was being able to donate to a specific chapter or fundraiser at a specific chapter. I was donating to fundraisers at my college chapter of Kesem and it was a little tricky to allocate the funds to their pages.

**What problems is Millie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Millie is making donating to nonprofits so seamless! It is a benefit I hope all employees use. Millie also helps spotlight organizations you might never have heard of.

Millie gives you a lot of information about the organizations you can donate to but it is a bit hard to find a link to the organizations website so that I cna do further research on them.

None - love it! Only recommendation would be to see how many people from your team or org are participating.

We are a B Corp so it's important for us to have a platform to track volunteer hours, show employees initiatives that we are supporting and also have a way for employees to donate and have employee matching. Before Millie, we didn't have these capabilities, so it was all manual and one off.

The platform is easy to understand the main page is laid out with clear thought to user intuition. The best part of Millie is how responsive and adaptive their team is. It feels like a small organization with how quickly they can respond and the intimate rapport they build.

I found searching non-profits to be a little difficult, but the team immediately responded, reviewed and implemented a solution. I was taken aback with how quickly they could mitigate the problem.

Provides the platform through which to process, track and outreach about our volunteer opportunities and company giving. It serves as a motivator for staff to engage in both of these initiatives as well.

I wish it inegrated with Google Meet and Google Calendar in general. I also wish we could have additional formatting blocks/text block for campaigns to add a little more context.

Not only has Millie helped with having a place for all our events to live, it also has eliminated our need for manual tracking.

Love the interface, the Okta integration, the ease in making contributions, the concept of campaigns, how it empowers users to become philanthropists themselves and more. It's friendly and fun. If you could share new features you're considering, that would be helpful to know.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

Consider adding an RFP feature; it would be nice if the money reached the nonprofits sooner; there are some specific user features that would be nice, like the ability to track when we are sending people to sign up or donate directly to the orgs website.

Ease in data tracking used in our B Corp assessment; creates employees excitement around campaigns and ease in donations; helps employees feel more connected to our impact work and communities and values as a company

Millie is easy to use, and there are so many charities to choose from, including local charities.  It is super easy to set up your account and quick to get started donating.  They offer slack integrations to help advertise internally how employees are supporting causes (and you can choose to remain anonymous in these postings or share your name).  This is an awesome option for encouraging employee's kindness, empathy, and belonging in the world.

I didn't find anything that I disliked about Millie.

Millie is a comprehensive site allowing users to make donations to any of their favorite registered charities. I personally know of some local charities which i could never imagine having made it to such a well designed site, but I saw them all listed. They make the submission of payments over time easy and makes users want to come back later.

Millie helps me connect with not-for-profit organizations like  A Door of Hope which provides hope for children in crisis through the foster system.  With our company Millie tracks volunteer hours and provides a mechanism for my company to support my cuases through matching donations.  The tool is easy to use and provides research for organizations I may be intersted in.  Millie has created a platform that integates into our culture of giving.

I love using the tool but can see user interfaces enhancments in the future.
