**What do you like best about Millie?**

It's easy to find organizations I'm interested in supporting, set up recurring donations to organizations, and see the impact I'm making. I like that I can make all of my contributions from a single place. I also like that I receive monthly emails directly from the organizations providing updates on their initiatives.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

There's not much that I dislike. My credit card expired and my recurring donations stopped. It was a little confusing setting up a new card and resuming my existing donations. In the case of fundraising on behalf of individuals (for example, the Boston Marathon of the Pan-Mass Challenge), I would like for it to be easier to submit donations and have my company match credit the individual rather than going directly to the organization.

**What problems is Millie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows my employer to easily match my donations. I'm more productive in my giving since it's easy to find organizations that I'm interested in supporting. Once my recurring donations are set up, there's nothing left for me to do!

**What do you like best about Millie?**

I love the user-friendly interface and how simple it is. I give a donation, my company is notified, they decide to match my gift or not, then I get notified in email and Slack, and my favorite charity gets a check! Plus, my company can set a limit on how much they will match in a year, and I can easily see how much is left in that match on my Millie home page. Also, my company offers Millie gift cards as an occasional incentive that lets me choose where to direct an 'extra' donation. Highly recommend!

**What do you like best about Millie?**

What I love most about Millie is how simple it makes my monthly workplace giving. The local search filters make it easy for me to discover vetted non-profits right here in Albuquerque, so I can support causes that directly impact my own community.

My favorite feature is the instant match at checkout. Being able to track my remaining annual matching budget right on my dashboard and see my employer double my contribution in real time, without having to upload receipts or fill out HR forms, saves me time and ensures I never leave matching dollars on the table.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

Truly, nothing I dislike at the current moment.I do not have major complaints because the core donation and matching workflow is so smooth. My only minor critique is that searching for smaller or newer local non-profits by name can occasionally be tricky.

**What problems is Millie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Millie solves the heavy admin friction and lack of visibility that usually come with traditional workplace giving programs. Instead of requiring me to track down non profit tax IDs, save donation receipts, and manually submit matching request forms to HR after the fact, Millie centralizes everything into a single platform.

This benefits me by turning what used to be a multi step administrative task into a quick, seamless process. The platform allows me to easily search for vetted local non profits in my area and track my remaining annual matching allowance directly on my dashboard. Because my company’s matching funds are applied automatically at checkout, it saves me time and ensures I never leave matching dollars on the table or forget to claim my full corporate benefit.

**What do you like best about Millie?**

Millie Giving has been a solid tool for our team, easy to use with almost no ramp-up period needed. SSO setup was simple and worked smoothly with our company email, and performance has been good overall, though the check timeline runs long, taking almost 3 to 6 months to process, so a faster turnaround would go a long way. Pricing and ROI sit with our HR team so I can't speak to that directly, and we haven't used the AI features yet. Where Millie Giving really stands out is support, the team has been quick to respond and quick to resolve anything that came up, which made onboarding and day-to-day use a lot smoother.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

The main thing is the check timeline, it took almost 3 to 6 months to process, which is slower than we'd like. A faster turnaround there would make the whole experience better.

Millie Giving makes it easy to support the nonprofits I volunteer for, without it, coordinating that kind of giving through my company would take a lot more manual effort. It's helped us give more consistently and made it simple for volunteers like me to direct support to organizations we're already putting time into.

I’ve enjoyed everything the Millie platform has to offer so far. What I appreciate most is being able to track our local office volunteer events and quickly see how many employees have signed up for each one.

When I first started using the Millie platform, I found it a little confusing to figure out how to link an event to a campaign. After spending some time exploring the site and trying a few things, though, I was able to figure it out.

It’s easy to use, with lots of non-profits to choose from, and the whole experience is quick and straightforward. I haven’t had any issues logging in or using the platform so far. The integration with Slack also works great, and the reminders and nudges are genuinely helpful.

Don't really have anything to add, as I'm only a user and don't mange the back end.

Millie has been a real pleasure to partner with as we work toward our B Corp. and personal giving goals. Being able to quickly and easily find organizations to donate to—especially those that support the social needs that are so dear to my heart—has been a genuinely uplifting experience.

In my opinion, there’s nothing I would change about Millie. It’s incredibly easy to use, and it just works the way I expect.

Millie is very user-friendly. It’s super easy to find the large nonprofits you know and love, as well as much smaller (often more local) organizations that are close to your heart. Between the Slack integration, the platform’s efficiency, and how seamless the overall system feels, it’s genuinely a pleasure to use.

My only downside is that the way the wallet and funds are laid out can be a bit confusing at times.

There's a few things I really like about Millie -- first is the customer service they provide. They respond quickly and are always helpful. Second, I am able to make donations on another platform and add my receipts and they are uploaded to Millie. Third, I've needed charities added to Millie and it's again an example of a service that Millie provided with very little friction, if any.

Only that it's not Canadian or connected to Canada Helps, which is the most popular platform in Canada.

I am not sure how to answer that question. I am not aware of any problems.

The downside to Millie is that you're limited to their selection of nonprofits. While this covers most that you can think of, it misses newer/smaller nonprofit upstarts that I sometimes want to support.

I can donate to charities that support different missions. This year, I was able to give to animal charities, charities working in Ukraine, and LGBTQ-friendly charities, all in one place, in one interface.

The last time I checked, there weren’t that many options near me.

It lets me donate to reputable charities from one place, without the hassle of making wire transfers to multiple institutions. It’s easy to use and only takes a few clicks, and I can also pay through the PayPal integration.

The simplicity of the site and the ability to search and find the organizations that I would like to donate to. I utilized the tracking hours feature, which allowed me to enter in all my time spent on making things in my spare time and then entering my hours the next day.

I do not like that I do not see a way for me to add in a new non-profit organization that I currently work with, but they are not on your list of organizations.

I like being able to see the data. It clearly shows where colleagues are supporting, as well as where the company itself is contributing.

I also appreciate the charity or cause descriptions, with real funding data that’s readily available.

The profile interface and the settings section of the platform could use some improvement. For example, adding support for unique profile pictures might help.

I love the UI design of the site. It is easy yo find the groups I care about and make a donation.

I wonder if my donations are ever received by the organization that I sent my money to. I wish there was more transparency on Millie's end showing that they actually sent the money to the organization, as right now it feels a bit like sending money into a black hole and wondering if it got to it's final location safely.

Easy to manage and track both one-time and recurring donations, and it’s especially great for company matching. It’s also easy to export donation receipts.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

Nothing to dislike in particular, but I'd love to see more charities added, and the ability to donate seamlessly in a single step without first adding money to the wallet would be helpful.

Easy to navigate and see what volunteer events I can sign up for. Nice to see everything in one spot and compare. The bonus thing I like about Millie is my employer matches up to a certain amount of donations and Millie makes it seamless when checking out to have the employer match added.

It's very simple, I just feel like there's a way to tap into all the great causes in a deeper way..Maybe when clicking into a charity it has a video that auto plays (doesn't need audio) or maybe it gives charities a way to customize their page (I don't know if they already do that) so that each page/charity is unique because I think each cause is unique.

**What do you like best about Millie?**

Ease of use, helpful features, and rep support. 

Millie makes it really easy for employees to get their charitable donations matched. They can either donate directly through Millie or they can upload a receipt. It's easy to work with Millie to get a charity added if an employee doesn't see it in the Millie database, but the database is very extensive. 

The admin features are great! It's easy to manually approve/deny match requests and you can designate charities for an auto match. The reporting works perfectly for what I need to track.

You can meet with your company's rep as much or as little as you'd like. I find it very helpful to meet with our rep because she helps me think about what I can be doing to get more people to use Millie. There are also a lot of new features that Millie has been rolling out and it's helpful to get a demo of these live vs. remembering to check out the site to see what's new.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

Like most good things, this isn't a cheap product but it's worth it for us to help encourage charitable giving with our employees. Since we've been using Millie for years I honestly haven't compared it to other charitable giving platforms so I can't say how the price compares. I will say, it would be really difficult for me to manage even just company matches on my own so the fact that the platform cost covers that and all their other features makes it worth it in my mind.

The only "issue" I've ever run into is needing to search by an org's EIN because I can't find them in the database by searching for their actual org name. Luckily it's an easy workaround and when I haven't been able to find an org, our Millie rep either finds it for me immediately or helps me get it added.

Millie helps us encourage and support employees in their charitable giving. It makes managing company matches a tiny part of my job whereas if we were handling it in house it would probably take 10x longer for me to manage.

**What do you like best about Millie?**

I like being able to support the causes that are near and dear to my heart. The convince of company volunteering and seeing the impact that we make as a collective are all bonuses as well.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

There are glitches every so often with things not populating as they should and there are not enough volunteer opportunities outside of the United States of America.

**What problems is Millie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability put my money to causes that matter to me without having to verify that the agencies are legitimate or that my money is being handled appropriately.

**What do you like best about Millie?**

Millie makes it easy to find charities and has global coverage for nonprofits. They have continued to implement the product features that I have requested over time and have great customer support. I use it probably once a week, and have seen employees pick it up fast. I like that it integrates with other systems that we use, like Slack.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

I would love to see Millie offer online opportunities for employees to volunteer.

The platform has made it easy to make donations to the charities that I wish to support, with financial assistance from my employer.

Charities need to have a presence in the US. There are worthy charities in other countries that I support outside of Millie.

**What do you like best about Millie?**

Millie has provided an easy and centralized way to administer donation efforts. The front-end setup has mostly allowed me to set it and forget it but make updates as needed. The Giving Madness has been a team favorite and allows us to gamify the voting process. We also greatly appreciate the partnership and customer service provided. Their team members proactively reach out regularly for feedback and updates on features. It feels very personalized.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

Since Millie is bridging the gap between us and the charity, some personalization is missed since the payments come from Millie. It would be most beneficial if all receipts could show a connection to our company.

**What problems is Millie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Administration and centralization of our CSR efforts. We previously had to track these in a Google sheet and administer all donations in-house. The dashboard has also allowed us to track and share impact with the team. In summary Millie is allowing me to still priotize our company CSR efforts but has drastically reduced the time and effort needed to do so.

**What do you like best about Millie?**

Millie's platform is easy to navigate, making it seamless for our people to leverage our donation and charity match program. SSO integration is a wonderful feature. Millie’s user guides are wonderful resources, and the team is incredibly responsive to any questions we have. Beyond a wonderful platform, I cannot say enough about the Millie team. The company is client-oriented and has taken our feedback and turned it into action, rolling out new features that meet our needs. Millie goes above and beyond to support our engagement goals, hosting a 1:1 workshop with giving campaign ideas tailored to our company culture and best practices for cultivating robust employee engagement.

**What do you dislike about Millie?**

Millie's platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, so not much comes to mind. The only pain point is that sometimes nonprofits can be hard to find if you do not search with the EIN number

**What problems is Millie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease of Millie allows us to offer a donation and volunteer match program. Administering these programs is not a full time roll at our company, and would be very cumbersome and time consuming to manage without a solution like Millie.
