**What do you like best about onHand?**

Principles are fantastic, will connected. Lots of things in one place, really hope it will be good.

**What do you dislike about onHand?**

The customer service is very poor, in particular the CRO is one of the least customer focused people I have ever encountered / no empathy to any challenges / issues / no acknowledgement that the service provided is falling short in some areas. There is zero interest in the issues experienced / keeping us updated on progress solving those issues or providing additional support to resolve the issues through demo's / teams calls etc.

In the sales process we explained we wanted to use the app to bring together our office and field sales teams, the action and photo sharing feature was in theory perfect for this. Unfortunately, only admins can see the pictures and actions of others. This was not explained in the sales process and felt mis sold. 

We have experienced / are experiencing a range of difficulties through the sales process and onboarding, but we are not heard by the team. 

When the app doesn't work, we have been advised to use the mobile site, but the mobile site doesn't have the same functionality as the app. 

As a business we believed we were buying a premium product, with premium support, as yet that has not been the case. I very much hope this improves as its theory on hand could be excellent.

**What do you like best about onHand?**

What I like the most is that you can do the socal interactions in your local community. you don't have to traffel far or perform strange actions, but you can do what fit's you the best. But I'm a very new user so maybe I haven't seen everything

**What do you dislike about onHand?**

I was expecting also to see some ideas about reducing energy or the use of green energy. so also what about traveling by bike,electric car, public transport. Ans also about buying your food local and sustainable like buying seasonal vegetables that are locally grown.

It's giving me guidance in social behaviour, it's giving a goal and ideas.

**What do you like best about onHand?**

I like the UI of the app it's easy to use and colourful I'm quite a visual person so that helps with my engagement. I also like the variety of options some you can do from home and you wouldn't even think to do so its great at giving ideas I like the leaderboard option as well

There are a lot of areas to look through for actions so it can be a bit overwhelming especially if your new to doing things for charity

its giving us options for vollentering as a group because going out and finding places to help is actually quite hard so it does the leg work for you

It is another app to open and log things in, but the team are so helpful if you need them

**What do you like best about onHand?**

There is so much opportunity to offer support in a vast variety of charities and communities. I also love that it offers suggestions for making big changes by adjusting small easy things in your daily life.

**What do you dislike about onHand?**

I would love to have seen something about working parents in the 'Inclusivity Now' section - whether that be support options, videos about anti stereotyping Parents/carers who 'prioritise' careers over their families or 'mum guilt' etc.

Good habits for the planet - showing me small changes i can make to benefit my children's future and the next generations.

**What do you like best about onHand?**

I have been encouraged to be more active and try different things.

Before trying the app, I would never have considered drinking oat milk or buying a stranger a coffee in my local coffee shop (mostly because I don't frequent coffee shops: I don't have anything against strangers!)

Utilising a league system adds a sense of competition amongs colleagues.  Reporting the number of trees planted on behalf of the company and the individual adds a sense of accomplishment.

Daily tasks encourage me to keep coming back to the app and checking off what I have done that day.

The app is easy to use and I consider the actions are grouped intuitively.

**What do you dislike about onHand?**

Having a counter for remaining time is great but a "pledge reset" option would be nice. I have had some pledges I want to continue doing, but have realised I cannot achieve the pledge before the timer expires by tracking only once per day.  I do not want to cancel the pledge, only to have to go looking for it to re-pledge, so I just let the timer expire at the end of the period.  I think it would be less frustrating just to be able to reset my attempts to 0 and reset the timer when I realise I can no longer achieve the pledge.

**What problems is onHand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think the onHand app is encouraging the business to be more socially and environmentally responsible.  This benefits employees like me from a wellbeing point of view.

**What do you like best about onHand?**

We are OnHands first client/ user in New Zealand, and are vry pleased to be onboard. Volunteering with community projects and enviornmental activities. It's great to have local, hands on volunteer opportunities available - the environmental and social aspect is a key part of our business and helps with the company culture we are trying to develop.

**What do you dislike about onHand?**

It would be nice if there was an infographic to view your companies trees (similar to Ecosia).

**What problems is onHand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our CSR activities used to be very minimal, we have been working to develop a more robust offering with our teams to support communities better, and onhand enables us to do that in a meaningful way.

**What do you like best about onHand?**

It's a great app that allows you to expand the ways you think about doing good in the world. It's got a variety of tasks one can get involved in, and allows you to implement small adjustments to help yourself, your community and the planet. It's convenient and allows you to do good with so much ease, especially when it comes to locating volunteer opportunities near you. The app is simple to use and the reminders are great for motivation. The OnHand team are easy to contact to help support you when you need. I use it daily and feel like it's boosted my life.

**What do you dislike about onHand?**

There are some kinks to the app that could be worked out. For example, the actions refresh on the day of completion, giving you a small time frame to complete the task. For example 5 out of 7 days to complete 10K steps. Once completed, it refreshes then you have 6 days to complete the mission.
Another pain point we've found using the app is that with the remote calls, based on the system, if you call someone and talk to them but they don't require the companionship call anymore, you have to cancel the missio. Which is frustrating as you aren't rewarded for having tried.

Allowing more volunteer opportunities for our remote team. Inspiring positive changes.

**What do you like best about onHand?**

onHand has been a huge success at our agency since joining just over a month ago. Onboarding and integration was simple and very efficient, with incredibly helpful support from Ollie, Sophie and Grace on our journey so far. Our team have really engaged with the platform (which is very easy to navigate) and we are seeing people trying out more missions/actions as time goes on, with frequent points being added and an increase in the number of trees in our forest!

So far, I haven't seen anything to dislike about onHand!

**What problems is onHand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us to engage the team in being a part of our Social and Environmental progress, whilst also helping them to make small changes in behaviour.
It is encouraging people to take advantage of the volunteer days that we offer as a business.
It provides an easy way for us to monitor our progress in terms of hours volunteered, and environmental impact.

The best about ONHand is that it is very user friendly. It has a nice list of items to choose from.

**What do you dislike about onHand?**

I wish adding volunteer programs I work with were easier. Example I work with the PTA at the school. But I am one of the main people. Therefore needed all of the information is not needed when I told myself accountable to do the time.

I think they are giving people reminders on common sense things such as, turning the water off when you brush your teeth. Rinsing dishes, washing in cold water, staying hydrated. The list is endless.

Very simple user friendly app that uses simple achievable CSR tasks as its action plan.

The requirement for daily updates on some tasks, this could be simplified to allow you to back date and update when you are available not daily as currently required on some missions.

It's educational, gives back and makes it easy to do great things within your community, while driving sustainable initiatives too. I feel it's so easy to use it makes it easy to frequently login and use it at a time that suits.

I love it - I wish I could select certain activities for the suggested packages easily too though

The tasks on onHand are things that you can do in your day-to-day life, you don't have to go too far out of the ordinary in order to complete them and all while doing greay charitible work! You can check the app every day and fill in your tasks for the day, there are multiple different features and you can easily ask for support through the app if needed.

I haven't seen anything so far on onHand that I dislike

Everything in one place, personal health goals, community, charity...you name it! They have it! You can also find new things you can do to help with every day.

**What do you dislike about onHand?**

Not so easy when it comes to searching for a specific topic or area of interest. You can either do local or remote, nothing in between. Also, I'd like to see more charities on it, none o the ones I support are available currently.

**What problems is onHand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Environmental issues - I'm very passionate about water consumption, animal rights and land exploitation. All these are nicely covered
Helping community - I'm always trying to reduce food waste and offer help to others in need. It's fulfilling being able to continue doing this, and also see your progress somewhere
Volunteering - expanding my options for volunteering is great, as the platform enables me to find volunteering opportunities near me
Personal wellbeing - it's great how this platform helps me stay on track with my personal wellbeing goals, too.

Translates the actions we all take everyday into a quantifiable impact on the world around us.
Helps to create habits which benefit community, the environment and boost personal wellbeing and productivity.
Brings the actions which are easily dismissed or forgotten back into attention to help keep yourself and your team accountable with consistent use.

**What do you dislike about onHand?**

Samsung phone keeps suggesting putting the app into deep sleep as it crashes regularly when open in the background. 
When trying to track pledges with multiple actions to claim, the yellow window with "Time left to complete" and "Hold to track pledge" will often fail to load and can only be brought up by repeatedly closing and reopening from your actions, or in some cases stopping the app altogether and reloading - which impacts convenience of use.

**What problems is onHand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

onHand has helped me personally with incentivising consistency and accountability for everyday actions. This has had a great impact on my personal wellbeing in tracking actions which I might forget about or fail to prioritise which contribute significantly to my day to day. It has also made community volunteering and making a difference more accessible, reducing roadblocks between an appetite to help and contribute and actually making an impact. onHand also does a great job quanitfying the impact which day to day actions can have on the planet and living sustainably to reinforce motivation to create habits to make better choices.

It motivates me to be greener, look after myself better and have more of an impact on my community.

The app could be slightly more user friendly. Instead of having to swipe back after you've completed a mission it would be nice if there's was a button to say completed that you pressed and it took you back to your home page.

My mental and physical wellbeing are better because of it. I also feel like I'm makin an impact globally by seeing how many trees I've planted but also locally when doing things for the community such as donating to the food bank.

It's easy and quick to do some volunteering (like downloading an app to help people with low vision) or simply to sign a petition. Also fun to do those missions which you do every day or several times a week like using a reusable bag, etc.

**What do you dislike about onHand?**

For me the biggest downside is that there aren't as many real volunteering missions available in my area (I live in Rotterdam and most real volunteering missions are in Amsterdam which is a little far), so I can only do remote things.

It is helping with awareness on all the csr issues we can be supporting. And it is helping with the entry barrier to helping by making easy bite sized missions.

onHand is easy to use and track things that I would do daily anyway. I like that there are multiple categories to the search page and it helps me have ideas of what I can do to help to be more sustainable in my everyday life. I like that it notifies me once a day if I have done any missions as I would forget to log it if it didn't.

**What do you dislike about onHand?**

Sometimes I feel like the app lags a bit for me, it could be my device.

It is helping our business be more sustainable and give back to the community, not just around our area but also across the UK as we have people using the app who live all over the country. They have the opportunity to do volunteering/donations etc in the area they live in.

It's simple, its missions are based nationwide, and there is something for everyone on the app.
It means we can also track all the food we do as a business easily and create league tables and teams and have some fun whilst doing some good

Can be a little clunky at times as an app but improving all the time - hardest part is getting everyone to use it and remember it's there

I do feel like the interface can be improved. It has been improved over time, but still has a good scope of improvement.

**What do you like best about onHand?**

It is super simple to use. It rewards you for doing good and gives you easy to track measurements to see your influence. I love that they plant trees on your behalf and that they are able to incorporate your own do-good activities. The customer support teams are really supportive and it was so simple to integrate and implement into our day to day lives. I use it everyday!

**What do you dislike about onHand?**

I think it is difficult to navigate and search all the vast tasks so sometimes you miss key ones that you can easily help out with our individual pertinent causes

**What problems is onHand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the problem to make it easier to help the local and worldwide communities and have a tangible way to track CSR.

I like how you can watch the videos and there are lots of things you can do to help your community and help other people. There are lots of features, I still haven't got through them all yet. Customer support is available constantly.

On Hand is helping the communities and all around the workd daily, there are plenty videos to see and to learn from. ALso a lot of ideas on how you can go out there and help the community.

**What do you like best about onHand?**

Using onHand has already opened my eyes to the global impact of local actions. Completing multiple small actions that can build up to a much larger overall achievement. I've also discovered some of the things I am already doing, CAN have an impact. Plus, their commitment to planting trees on your behalf, is just a fantastic way to offset my own personal carbon footprint.

**What do you dislike about onHand?**

So far, the only downside I can see, is that some of the commitments do require particular skills and time that an individual just does not have, or that a task may be unsuitable for an individual to take on, but you will only get a full grasp of exactly what is required of you, after you have pledged to complete that mission. Having a "more details/full details" tab would probably help to avoid potential mission cancellations.

Social awareness, environmental impact, local support schemes/networks. For me, on hand has some fantastic advice webinars available on YouTube, with tips, tricks, and hacks, on how I can have a positive impact with small changes to my life that can lead to big differences being made, not only to the environment, but to the lives of vulnerable people within my own area.

onhand helps me to be think about how I can be more sustainable on a regular basis, the daily promts and actions give me that push to ensure that I do the right thing always.
To know that my actions have an impact is also a great reason to pop on the the app daily.
Its really easy to use and the features mean that I have lots of reasons to make a difference and then report back that I have completed them.

Just lots of email pushes, but I understand why these are needed.

It's just simple! Anything that makes it easier to donate, raise money, help others etc has to be good right?
We had a presentation at our works Conference which was very well delivered and by the end of the day I had a team set up and we were already doing good stuff.

I drink a lot of coffee during the day but can claim on coffee using a reusable cup. Also on some of the actions you can only complete 1 action a day when I can easily do se real. Eg use a reusable coffee cup, use bags for life, eat vegetarian meals etc. Should have the option of completing the same a ton, multiple times a day

The app is so easy to use, we have great feedback from our team as well as finding it user friendly as administrators.Love being able to see as a team what our impact is, specifically total trees planted, also to see the different types of missions people are / have completed and how involved people are becoming with their communities.

Would be good to see more missions that are easily completed like things people already do - donating to charity regularly, donating to supermarket food bank collections. There are these type of missions but all require setting a time to do this, with work and life sometimes it is hard to commit to a specific time and location, but there are people (like me) who do this weekly when I go to the supermarket and the highstreet.

It doesn't specifically meet the needs / solve a business problem, but it is a great addition to our team with regard to workplace experience. It is engaging and brings people together.
