What do you like best about GreenRope?

It's hard to choose what I like best but sticking to features I like best, at the moment I am making full use of the social app to schedule all my Facebook posts, Tweets, and LinkedIN updates for every week or even for a full month. However, what I love and get jazzed about the most is the dynamic data feature to make my newsletter different for every subscriber. On the sales front, I love the workflow options. What do you dislike about GreenRope?

What do you like best about GreenRope?

I've been using GreenRope for a while now, and my favorite thing is how it combines my email list, my customer database, and my marketing emails all on one platform. What do you dislike about GreenRope?

The dashboard is pretty packed with stuff and can feel clunky, so it takes some patience to get the hang of it. It's a powerful system, but I'd say it's better for someone who needs an all in one solution and doesn't mind putting in the time to learn it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GreenRope?

The email marketing features of GreenRope—especially the journey builder and the intuitive WYSIWYG email editor—are a marketer’s dream! Importing contact and company records is straightforward once you get a hang of it. The email tracking option has been instrumental in prioritising sales prospects, delivering measurable financial benefits to us in 2024. Customising the platform with white-labelling was seamless, and setting up IMAP synchronisation and DKIM/SPF configurations was impressively simple. We use GreenRope on a daily basis and have moved all our sales and marketing activities to it. "I have tried multiple CRMs for years and GreenRope is amazing."
What do you like best about GreenRope?

Power, flexibility, the number of components - and a rare, critical feature - the ability to run multiple brands with separate emails from the same instance. This last feature is almost impossible to find in any other CRM. That matters a lot as I run several micro-enterprises and did not want me or my team logging into 5 different CRM accounts. The sales funnels and CRM for all my businesses, with their distinct identities are in one account. The automation is amazing and I used it to be worklows for automating internal service messages once appointments are booked via Calendly, sending confirmation emails to leads, creating email templates with linked files in the CRM media library, creating online group events. It's a really, really good system. And, the pricing is very compelling too. It's a real gem, that has taken 10 years of experiementing with other CRMs to realise just how good GreenRope is. The customer service is through online chat very often and they're very response by email too. I've had some configuration issues and they jumped on a call, same day. Really amazing! What do you dislike about GreenRope?

Because it is packed with features there is a learning curve. Having said that, GreenRope provides: a) an excellent help knowledgebase within the app; b) an onboarding e-course that takes you through the modules; c) personalised onboarding training and the option to buy more training at a nominal fee; d) a heap of how to videos on YouTube and Vimeo; e) online chat support that is really responsive and helpful. So, even the learning curve has so much support around it that it's not too bad. Honestly, I have zero regrets and am only positive about GreenRope. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since posting this review the GreenRope team has worked with the client to specifically address each concern mentioned. We reached out to Amber right away via phone to discuss a plan of action to alleviate these frustrations. The help provided to her started with providing additional training sessions free of charge and sending over specific resources to review.

GreenRope has an extensive help and knowledge base with feature-specific training videos and multiple cheat sheets, including guided walkthrough overlays to help the user accomplish tasks they aren’t familiar with. All new clients start with a set training package, we found out that this user was not involved in the initial training so it was important to get her up to speed with our resources and provide additional assistance to make sure she has a good understanding of the platform. The other individuals that have worked with GreenRope through the initial onboarding process have not shared any of the same concerns with our team.

During the additional training sessions, the concerns around field options and filters were specifically addressed along with a review of all built in training materials and walkthroughs. GreenRope recently switched to a full PWA (Progressive Web Application) which is no longer downloaded from the official app stores but still functions just like a mobile application. We have not received any feedback from any other users regarding issues with adjusting to different screen sizes or buttons disappearing, nor have we received any screenshots or video captures of this happening from this user.

All in all, we have worked directly with the client and gone above and beyond to make sure she is having the best experience with GreenRope as possible. We look forward to continuing to work with her and her company in the future.

What do you like best about GreenRope?

GreenRope is not a cookie cutter CRM system, it was built to our needs as a mid-sized organization. They were a tremendous help in training and are always a click or call away from any immediate help that is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have no complaints. At times I had a permissions problem, but it was an internal issue, nothing to do with the GreenRope system itself.
