Fospha have a very proactive development team who work with us directly on the measurement problems which aren’t covered by the platform, helping to develop custom solutions for us.
We’ve also been working closely with their team to develop a model which predicts our optimal spend distribution across all our marketing channels which is something the rest of the business (not just Marketing) are keen to understand - being able to partner on a project like this means getting loads of input into the finished product. Whilst it is great to be able to better understand the value of our online touchpoints such as digital marketing, our website content and eDMs, this is just one part of the picture. Therefore, when allocating budgets by channel, we have to be mindful of the other Sales and Marketing activity we are conducting and the influence it might have on the customer’s decision to book.
