What do you like best about Fospha?

We were up and running within 2 weeks, whilst our customer acquisiton reporting took a little longer this was still a very fast turnaround compared to other providers in the market. The customer success team and our account manager have gone above and beyond in the first couple of months, running educational sessions with colleagues across our business and delivering a superb insights sessions just one month post go live.

The dashboards and reports available are very in-depth, easy to grasp and draw conclusions from. Fospha are also happy to be a strategic partner, delivering their own insights and recommendations for how to adjust our media mix,as well as recommending tests on existing and new channels.

We are still validating some of the results we are seeing within the platform, but we're doing this with our hands being held all of the way. Fospha really have been great thus far and i can't fault them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fospha?

Nothing in particular. My only gripe (and it's a stretch) is that the history we have access to is only going back 12 months, any further requires an extra cost. This makes it difficult to draw YoY comparissons however, the pricing model is so competitive that the extra cost still feels like you're getting a bargain in comparisson to alternatives in the MTA space. What do you like best about Fospha?

For us it was important to find a tool which helped us get a better view of which channels contribute the most to new customer acquisition. As much as most of our ad platforms + other channels will have new vs repeat customer reporting and data driven attribution we didn’t have a good view to compare them to each other and use our website CRM data to determine new vs repeat.

We can now more confidently invest media spend in top of funnel activity where we see the strongest CPA Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fospha?

I’d like more options to create custom reports, however most times the team at Fospha is very quick to action and update dashboards with our preferences Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fospha?

A reliable software that helps us make decisions confidently using data. Fospha helps us see where opportunities lie across all channels from a first click basis so we can shift spend and effort as required to drive more traffic through the best converting sources.

What do you dislike about Fospha?

Easy to use to use but an update on the visuals / charts on the dashboard would be good.

It would be useful to have the ability to save views/dashboards so that you don't have to reset the default settings every time you go in. The email insights have been super helpful in providing additonal context in client performance discussions, and the platform has been a really useful optimisation tool. Using Fospha has helped demonstrate the value of media channel upper funnel activity and helped guide our strategy moving forward. What do you like best about Fospha?

It helps us identify which channels contribute to overall revenue, especially channels that are more upper-funnel that, in the past, we never saw the actual value of (display, social). It also integrates so well with other platforms, specifically smartly for us, which makes management super easy, allowing us to utilize automation to optimize our campaign to perform better. The dashboards also make it very easy for us to go in and see how performance is at the campaign, ad group, or keyword level for when we want to drill down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fospha?

Sometimes there are delays in the data file or incorrect bucketing, which may make some days harder to optimize. Whenever there is an issue, the team always is very responsive in trying to help us solve it (whether its a problem with us sending the data through their systems). Fospha is invaluable in giving us insight into our performance across all channels, especially Paid Social.

The onboarding process is probably the most straightforward I've ever come across - quick and painless.

There are a couple of areas where it could further improve. One aspect is the ability to have more control over creating custom reports. While the existing reports are comprehensive, having the flexibility to tailor reports to our specific requirements would be beneficial. It would empower us to extract deeper insights and customize the reporting experience based on our unique business needs.

Another area for improvement is the speed of rolling out new features. In a rapidly evolving digital landscape, staying ahead of the curve is crucial. It would be great to see Fospha introduce new features more quickly, ensuring that its users have access to the latest advancements and stay at the forefront of data-driven decision-making.
