We were up and running within 2 weeks, whilst our customer acquisiton reporting took a little longer this was still a very fast turnaround compared to other providers in the market. The customer success team and our account manager have gone above and beyond in the first couple of months, running educational sessions with colleagues across our business and delivering a superb insights sessions just one month post go live.
The dashboards and reports available are very in-depth, easy to grasp and draw conclusions from. Fospha are also happy to be a strategic partner, delivering their own insights and recommendations for how to adjust our media mix,as well as recommending tests on existing and new channels.
We are still validating some of the results we are seeing within the platform, but we're doing this with our hands being held all of the way. Fospha really have been great thus far and i can't fault them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing in particular. My only gripe (and it's a stretch) is that the history we have access to is only going back 12 months, any further requires an extra cost. This makes it difficult to draw YoY comparissons however, the pricing model is so competitive that the extra cost still feels like you're getting a bargain in comparisson to alternatives in the MTA space.
