Recommendations to others considering Fastpath:
We initially started using FastPath for SOX requirements, FastPath goes above and beyond the basic needs for this. What has really set FastPath apart from similar tools we have used in the past, is how amazing their customer service is. When we have had questions they are quick to respond and help, even after hours. As early users of the MS Dynamics 365 product, there were a couple of things we found that FastPath didn't have set up to report on, we contacted them and it was added on in the next release a month later. Not only were did they add that to their tool, but they helped us find ways to report on that until the release was completed. What problems is Fastpath solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOX requirements. For user reviews, changes to the system, SOD, and audit requirements. Security increasing our documentation on SOD, user access and changes in user access. Audit and best business practice requirements.
We have experienced that auditors all gain quick comfort in the canned reports offered in Fastpath, showing exactly what they need and requiring no report modification. The reports are robust and simple to understand, details on the headers of the reports, along with detailing filters, have answered questions before they are asked.
