The Fastpath tool set is very good, would be great if some minor customization or configuration were available to the emails that get sent out to our users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fastpath solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing Segregation of Duties is light years ahead of the out of the box functionality available in D365 F&O. It's helped us to address many of the concerns that have been previously raised by our Auditors.

Various reports available within Fastpath have helped with mitigating controls.

The user provisioning capability and auto provisioning of roles in D365 F&O once approvals have been received has helped save labor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fastpath?

Having report's automatically run and email as an attachment, and the ability to create new reports. Customer support is very responsive and knowledgeable in each ERP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fastpath?

It lacks the ability to join tables such as users and change log, which makes it unusable in some reports. I know they're working on adding that functionality. It was moderate difficulty to integrate so we had to take a few months before it was fully working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easier/Faster SOD Review and Quarterly User Access Reviews for SOX"

What do you like best about Fastpath?

SOD Reviews - easy way to quickly run the SOD review for SOX and send to business reviewers.

Quarterly Reviews - Distributing out all of the reviews is much easier than tracking via emails and organizing all the spreadsheets, saves a ton of time.

Our system implementer was useful setting up the system, provided a template ruleset and walked us through the first few reviews. After that we can do independently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fastpath?

Easy to use, ability to copy existing users' permissions/roles for new users that have the same role/job function, so we don't have to set up the new user one role at a time. The quarterly review process is simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fastpath?

I have addressed the issue with FastPath, and it is on their enhancement list to have the ability to copy the roles of a terminated user at the time of their termination vs. having to rebuild the security permissions from the users' history. This would make onboarding so much quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fastpath solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a public company, we need to ensure we have proper segregation of duties for the various job functions and users to ensure we are in SOX compliance. Using Fastpath mitigates the risk that we would otherwise have to manage manually. It makes our annual audits easier to verify our company is in compliance with the segregation of duties. What do you like best about Fastpath?

The process of getting Fastpath Audit Trail integrated into our environment was quite seamless. Their technical group assisted us in getting us up and running with the basics quickly. Understanding the business needs and identifying what should be tracked is essential if you don't want your database to grow exponentially. What do you dislike about Fastpath?

It's more of a limitation on our end where we have to manage database growth based on the number of items we want to track. But the other thing would be how fast the online query results respond. I feel it could be quicker - there are times when I am querying results if I don't have a narrowed search pattern, it takes a while, but I guess it's like anything else; understandably, there's an option to purge old data to have a skippier response.
