**What do you like best about Fastpath?**

We needed an acceptable solution to show our auditors our internal process on access reviews, fire fighter access requests, and SOD analysis and fastpath exceeded our expectations on this solution. Fastpath is very user friendly, easy to learn, great support team, and has everything we need all in one. I am my company's go to for fastpath administrative needs and I could not be happier with the product. David Swieboda has been a wonderful rep for our account over the last yearish.

**What do you dislike about Fastpath?**

Sometimes the response solution to my support issues is "read the training" instead of actually helping me with what is going on. Would save both sides time to just help with my issue instead of saying this cause 90% of my issues were not found in the training docs when rereading them.

**What problems is Fastpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing the necessary proof to auditors to complete requests with ease and clarity

**What do you like best about Fastpath?**

We mainly use Fastpath for Firefighter access for out offshore team. This has made the approvals flow quickly and easy to monitor. I like how it shows the risks we have and how to monitor these for future audit. Overall, Fastpath has been efficient for Vita Coco. It is also very user friendly and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Fastpath?**

I would suggest when they send the emails regarding the approval of the beginning date vs end date it notified us which approval they needed. The emails just state the overall request and not if we need to approve the beginning or end date.

**What problems is Fastpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves our audit risk analysis and helps us determine what we need to work on.

**What do you like best about Fastpath?**

Fastpath has significantly reduced our Microsoft D365 licensing costs and streamlined the creation of custom security roles. It’s been invaluable in optimizing our user access strategy and eliminating reliance on costly, out-of-the-box roles. Additionally, its comprehensive reporting on licensing tiers saves us considerable time and effort.

**What do you dislike about Fastpath?**

Honestly, nothing. The benefits of Fastpath far outweigh any downsides, given its robust capabilities.

**What problems is Fastpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to implement the least privilege/access model for security role configuration with very little to no technical knowledge required.  Significant reduction in license costs which is critical for an organization of our size and being a non-profit.

**What do you like best about Fastpath?**

Ease of use, navigation, and administration of reviews within the product. Customer support performs beyond expectation consistently.

**What do you dislike about Fastpath?**

While there is not much to dislike, a consistent pain point surrounds the submission of reviews, or lack therof. Reviewers often approve a users access but neglect to submit the review necessating several follow ups.  This can be enhanced.

**What problems is Fastpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralizing and reducing the heavily manual nature of user access reviews. This is granting us substantial time savings when compared to year over year time spent facilitating user access reviews.

**What do you like best about Fastpath?**

FastPath is a game changer if you are in D365 Finance and operations.  The reports are detailed and show role, duty and privileges, along with users and roles and easily exported to excel.  This is great for our SOX auditors and to help the IT department create roles and segregate duties.  The ability to trace access thru the task recordings is also very useful.  The auditing capability is good but could be better.  I particularly like the access certifications, a process that would take me days to send out can now be done in minutes or just automated to send regularly.  I can then easily report on them to our auditors with one spreadsheet instead of having to save over 50 emails.  I have an all-around excellent experience working with the FastPath team especially the support team which is always fast and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Fastpath?**

The auditing capabilities could be improved.

**What problems is Fastpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company currently has to recertify users and roles semi annually and this tool does it all with  minimal set up.

**What do you like best about Fastpath?**

What sets Fastpath aside for me is their commitment to customer satisfaction. Whenever I've reached out to their support team, I've been met with nothing short of exceptional service. Their support engineers are not only responsive but also incredibly knowledgeable, ensuring that issues are resolved swiftly and effectively. 

Fastpath also has the added layer of security built into their solution. Making their solution the right fit when addressing risks. 

Fastpath is truly dedicated to their customers' success.

**What do you dislike about Fastpath?**

While Fastpath has several reports that can be generated, the report fields can be combined, and the use of more relevant data can be extracted for its users.

**What problems is Fastpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When roles are assigned through the Identity Manager Module, after all the roles are assigned, it alerts the requester of any potential segregation of duties risks. The highlighting of these potential risks are very beneficial for audit purposes.

**What do you like best about Fastpath?**

Automating reviews, like Segregation of Duties, monthly Elevated Access, and Quarterly User Access has been a huge time saver. Quick way to verify user access.

**What do you dislike about Fastpath?**

Somewhat complicated to setup and extract the maximum value. We've experienced a few glitches and bugs over the years, but the support to resolve them has been top-notch.

**What problems is Fastpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitoring and managing IT Risk and access associated with our Oracle ERP installation, assisting with general controls for audit purposes. It stores our audit artifacts and approvals and greatly reduces the manual work we were doing previously.

**What do you like best about Fastpath?**

I love how easy it is to understand the reports and change filters on the fly.  Scheduling reports saves time and enables me to have a view of what the system looked like on any given day in the past. The external confidence auditors have in the report data.
It is a much simpler path to review our international environments.

**What do you dislike about Fastpath?**

While there is a last log-on report, I wish it worked differently, but the data is there and easy to find, my desire is just so it would work easier for how I am using it.  Everything is there that is needed.

**Recommendations to others considering Fastpath:**

We initially started using FastPath for SOX requirements, FastPath goes above and beyond the basic needs for this.  What has really set FastPath apart from similar tools we have used in the past, is how amazing their customer service is.  When we have had questions they are quick to respond and help, even after hours.  As early users of  the MS Dynamics 365 product, there were a couple of things we found that FastPath didn't have set up to report on, we contacted them and it was added on in the next release a month later. Not only were did they add that to their tool, but they helped us find ways to report on that until the release was completed.  They listened to our needs and questions and were excited about finding ways to make their tool more efficient. 

**What problems is Fastpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SOX requirements.  For user reviews, changes to the system, SOD, and audit requirements.  Security increasing our documentation on SOD, user access and changes in user access.  Audit and best business practice requirements.  
We have experienced that auditors all gain quick comfort in the canned reports offered in Fastpath, showing exactly what they need and requiring no report modification.  The reports are robust and simple to understand, details on the headers of the reports, along with detailing filters, have answered questions before they are asked.  Automated reports are wonderful and ability to sign reports within the tool.
