We love the UI. Things are easy to find and intuitive to understand.

There is a lot of flexibility to customize reports.

The time it takes to do SOD analysis is greatly reduced versus trying to do this manually in NetSuite.

Fastpath is provided with setup specific to the tools we use. So more than 100 predefined business processes and potential risks are there to help with rapid implementation. We are able to complete our quarterly reviews of role SoD conflicts, user role assignment and user access quickly with evidence stored in Fastpath for future audits or review. The link to Coupa is less comprehensive than the link to other systems. It does require more work to implement that integration. I suspect that may be a limitation of Coupa as much as Fastpath. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having custom report would be helpful for SOD analysis. I have to do a few steps to get my SOD analysis ready, a few formula magic that could be solved with custom report that I was told I could not receive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Within any large-sized organizations there are a good number of moving pieces. When individuals move companies/roles, it results in potential risks like access deprovisioning or segregation of duty conflicts. Fastpath is the a great analytics tool that my team utilizes to track any conflicts at a point-in-time. Historically our process involved running 4+ different reports to analyze SOD conflicts, but after meeting with the support engineers we were able to reduce the process to a click of one button. I believe the learning curve for using Fastpath is a bit steep for the average user. It could be a bit daunting looking at all of the different tabs and subsections. The training manual could be improved -- along with more pinpointed video modules to allow users to leverage on common questions/issues.

Easier and faster to perform access control reviews. When you have all security roles or SOD-risks assigned to your users, Fastpath saves you a lot of time. We have been able to complete our reviews in around a month instead of it taking 2-3 months.

Also, I must mention the Security designer, which will save you hours and dollars when designing roles and decreasing license costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am not able to have a user assigned to one conflict/role in one legal entity and another conflict/role in another legal entity. The way it works now is that the user is assigned to both conflicts/roles in all legal entities that they are restricted to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Previously, older version of FastPath for Dynamics 2012 R3 was a huge performance issue. We were able to work around it with the best customer service teams available for applications of this nature. Fastpath technical desk is always available to help out in any way. We upgraded to the Fastpath cloud integrations, which has been a world of difference. Auditors like the access certification review panels and reports. The reviews are easy to setup and the reports help tremendously in access reviews.

There should be a feature to allow selective automated reviews of user-role population pairs with specific higher risk data access (e.g. access to all ledgers) in the context of Oracle Cloud.
