After configuring the Fastpath Assure tool, it runs daily to check the roles and permissions within our NetSuite environment as compared to a defined set of Role/Permission conflicts and reports out daily so that we can make timely corrections as necessary. The tool is an excellent tool and can be stood up fairly quickly. If anything, I would highlight the User Management aspect of the tool as there is no easy way to make tweaks to registered users - you have to inactivate and re-create the user Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best features of the application are that it is SaaS-based - no on-premise installation other than Audit Trail and associated services that run to integrate with Fastpath Assure. We like the reporting that we regularly use for meeting Audit PBC requests for security controls. The software is an integral part of our SOX Compliance toolkit. I like all the products offered by FastPath, but my favorite products are Config AD, which provides ERP single sign-on, and Audit Trail, which tracks changes down to the database level. These were absolute must-haves for our business requirements to not only satisfy our internal but external auditors. When we implemented Single Sign-On, my accounting team breathed a huge sigh of relief they didn't have to remember ANOTHER password to log into the ERP system. It works seamlessly, and when the user changes their Windows password, ConfigAD prompts the user to enter their new password and logs them straight into the application. Audit Trail is fantastic and has saved us several times when somebody entered a change in the ERP system, causing a negative impact. Identity Manager has been crucial for our business on access reviews. FastPath has saved time and costs on additional audits. Easy to use and set up. Would strongly recommend this product. Fastpath's out of the box reports are ready for your use. And for those reports which require some configuration ... they have step-by-step instructions to assist you. For the D365 FO product, integration was a snap. We were up and running with Assure, performing regularly scheduled security object exports from a hosted D365 FO environment within a couple hours AND with minimal participation from IT resources. Equally, the toolset for interrogating D365 FO security objects is very intuitive for anyone who has reasonable flight time in the D365 security framework - it can literally reveal information that would otherwise take many hours or days to dissect. Fastpath is an all-in-one audit and risk management tool. They provide a dedicated Customer Success Manager which can assist you with any question you may have before opening a ticket. Fastpath also provides a wonderful Config AD tool where you can manage application securities through active directory along with single sign on options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
