We needed an acceptable solution to show our auditors our internal process on access reviews, fire fighter access requests, and SOD analysis and fastpath exceeded our expectations on this solution. Fastpath is very user friendly, easy to learn, great support team, and has everything we need all in one. I am my company's go to for fastpath administrative needs and I could not be happier with the product. David Swieboda has been a wonderful rep for our account over the last yearish. Sometimes the response solution to my support issues is "read the training" instead of actually helping me with what is going on. We mainly use Fastpath for Firefighter access for out offshore team. This has made the approvals flow quickly and easy to monitor. I like how it shows the risks we have and how to monitor these for future audit. Overall, Fastpath has been efficient for Vita Coco. It is also very user friendly and easy to use. What do you like best about Fastpath?

FastPath is a game changer if you are in D365 Finance and operations. The reports are detailed and show role, duty and privileges, along with users and roles and easily exported to excel. This is great for our SOX auditors and to help the IT department create roles and segregate duties. The ability to trace access thru the task recordings is also very useful. The auditing capability is good but could be better. I particularly like the access certifications, a process that would take me days to send out can now be done in minutes or just automated to send regularly. I can then easily report on them to our auditors with one spreadsheet instead of having to save over 50 emails. I have an all-around excellent experience working with the FastPath team especially the support team which is always fast and very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
