Their team works diligently on requests to make adjustments to training content, solving any technology issues, and answering questions we might have. Our team have been able to integrate the Emtrain content to our own learning management system, which has been wonderful. Emtrain content has proven to be reliable and helps gather valuable information from employees. We also greatly appreciate the ability to add our own related policies or links to the training. **What do you dislike about Emtrain?** The insight report seems to slightly be off concerning the number of "My Org" responses to questions. There are more responses there than expected based on who has been assigned the training in our learning management system. Regardless, Emtrain has been willing to help solve this issue for us. **What problems is Emtrain solving and how is that benefiting you?** Emtrain is helping increase our coverage of ethics and compliance, as well as trade, globally. The questions in each training lesson also give us insight into employee opinions and feelings on important matters. We will now be able to report that a higher percentage of our employees have been trained on ethics and compliance, why they matter, and our related policies. ### 2. I enjoy that you can create your own lessons with adding micro lessons together. Also we love Christine our Client Success Manager. She is very responsive and provides great insight! **What do you dislike about Emtrain?** Some of the videos within the training do not relate to our business. Would like to see more content. However, I will note Christine and team have stated we can create our own. **What problems is Emtrain solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have had a few issues with the integration with our LMS. Emtrain responds typically within the hour and we see it resolved in less than 24 hours. ### 3. The integration with our HRIS rarely has any issues, and this makes my job as an SME extremely easy. Tre is always very responsive and helps quickly with any issues we may have. **What do you dislike about Emtrain?** Setting up notifications within a campaign feels a bit cumbersome and takes more effort than it should. **What problems is Emtrain solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides a solution for our compliance training and makes the whole process feel effortless. ### 4. The flexibility of being able to select which modules, lessons, and micro lessons we want has been great. It's really helpful to work with the team and identify different micro lessons and packages and then combine them into one unique module. I also think the data on the back end is really unique and beneficial, helping us understand where we need to evolve, grow, and hone in more. It went very smooth, and everything else was super smooth and easy to use. **What do you dislike about Emtrain?** I think the only piece that maybe could be a little bit better is just more different types of videos within the certain modules. I think they're all kinda shot in the same style, and formatting, which I think is good, but maybe evolving or upscaling that a little bit could be good. **What problems is Emtrain solving and how is that benefiting you?** Emtrain helps us provide unique and innovative modules and lessons for team learning and creating a more inclusive workplace. It's not very complicated and seems easy to use. Setting up the campaigns and scheduling them to occur in the future helps a lot. **What do you dislike about Emtrain?** I don't like that Emtrain doesn't have a sandbox or QA environment. As I'm building modules, I'd like to test them in real time and see what they look like. Emtrain is really bad at that. I also wish it would integrate with other tools in our tech stack, but it doesn't at this time. **What problems is Emtrain solving and how is that benefiting you?** Emtrain allows us to complete necessary training required globally, providing relevant content to employees in different countries. It’s the rare training people do not dread and can actually learn from. As an HR leader, I especially appreciate how Emtrain gets employees to think about bias and behavior in a practical, real-world way without feeling legalistic or preachy. The video content is high quality, modern, and consistently fresh. The rollout is also easy, assigning training is straightforward, reminders and tracking are simple to manage, and reporting is clean and audit friendly. From the employee side, the experience is smooth and the content feels practical and relevant, which helps with completion and real retention. The platform can also help predict where we have trouble spots, which lets me address problems before they start. Overall, Emtrain helps us reduce legal risk while making our HR team look good for choosing a training program employees will actually take seriously. I've actually had employees spontaneously compliment the content. **What do you dislike about Emtrain?** They are not always the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for. The content quality is noticeably better than budget platforms, and the reporting and risk reduction make it worth it. **What problems is Emtrain solving and how is that benefiting you?** Emtrain solves the problem of not allowing compliance training to be treated as a check-the-box exercise. Instead of employees rushing through content just to complete it and paying zero attention, the training actually gets them thinking about bias, decision making, and workplace behavior in a practical and accessible way. That shift matters. It improves conversations, reduces preventable issues, and gives us insight into potential risk areas before they escalate. For me as an HR leader, the benefit is twofold. First, it strengthens our culture by making expectations clear in a way that feels real and relatable. They trainings are so user friendly and easy for our staff to accomplish! Our staff are engaged and able to learn what they need to without us reinventing the wheel. The reporting feature has been extremely helpful in us being able to address any culture concerns on out staff. **What do you dislike about Emtrain?** The only thing I struggle with is operating groups with current campaigns.
