There are some specific rules for uploading a report, but once Rachel, our previous Emtrain rep, explained the nuances to me, I was able to fix my report and get everyone at my company updated. Rachel and our new rep, Lori, have both been there for me as I gather information on how to integrate with ADP, which is great. The insight report seems to slightly be off concerning the number of "My Org" responses to questions. There are more responses there than expected based on who has been assigned the training in our learning management system. Regardless, Emtrain has been willing to help solve this issue for us. Their wide selection of courses has streamlined the deployment of compliance training for our employees, ensuring they understand their responsibilities in protecting company information, maintaining a respectful and safe workplace, following required business practices, and complying with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. I love the ease of use of Emtrain. The flexibility of being able to select which modules, lessons, and micro lessons we want has been great. It's really helpful to work with the team and identify different micro lessons and packages and then combine them into one unique module. I think the only piece that maybe could be a little bit better is just more different types of videos within the certain modules. I don't like that Emtrain doesn't have a sandbox or QA environment. As I'm building modules, I'd like to test them in real time and see what they look like. Emtrain is really bad at that. The rollout is also easy, assigning training is straightforward, reminders and tracking are simple to manage, and reporting is clean and audit friendly. From the employee side, the experience is smooth and the content feels practical and relevant, which helps with completion and real retention. The platform can also help predict where we have trouble spots, which lets me address problems before they start. Overall, Emtrain helps us reduce legal risk while making our HR team look good for choosing a training program employees will actually take seriously.
