What do you like best about Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions?

Their customer service and technical support team are second to none. They are available for your specific needs and issues and actually put together a team of engineers to diagnose and resolve a problem we were having that ended up being an issue with sim cards....their equipment worked perfectly and still does. What do you dislike about Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions?

I wish cradlepoint had notified their end users that in order to keep the first year functionality of a cradlepoint and in order to have the ability to change configuration when needed, you had to be current on your subscription. We didn't budget for it initially because the reseller never passed that info along to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cradlepoint allows for seamless viewing of live cameras from a mobile environment. An absolute necessity in our business and a great product to deploy in a mobile setting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
