They are available for your specific needs and issues and actually put together a team of engineers to diagnose and resolve a problem we were having that ended up being an issue with sim cards....their equipment worked perfectly and still does. I wish cradlepoint had notified their end users that in order to keep the first year functionality of a cradlepoint and in order to have the ability to change configuration when needed, you had to be current on your subscription.
