Ericsson provided us with fantastic software through NetCloud to have an all-in-one experience on how we manage, configure, and gather data from our device. Ericsson's support was also a major plus in my experience, opening tickets are never fun, however every person I have spoken with was delightful, helpful, and knowledgeable. The platforms also functions beautifully, as well as the cellular routers - it literally just works! Working within budget and ensuring our ROI was worth the journey which was another big factor and positive take from choosing Ericsson's lineup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Through my experience with the product, there are no down sides overall to the product or the experience. I would rather approach this from more of areas I feel could be enhanced for a better and deeper experience such as the log sourcing from the built in NetCloud, as well as the archiving ability of these logs. NetCloud used to be another area I felt could have used an overhaul and "modernization" however, I am happy to report this has happened checking a big box off my personal desire list!
