The devices are reliable, efficient and very user friendly and easy to recall when not used often. The GUI for common tasks speeds up the configuration and the cloud management for multiple devices aids in common configurations. The instructions and training for all the devices offered is thorough, easy to understand and accurate. The service, when necessary, is always helpful and quick to respond and resolve any issues.

Ericsson provided us with fantastic software through NetCloud to have an all-in-one experience on how we manage, configure, and gather data from our device. Ericsson's support was also a major plus in my experience, opening tickets are never fun, however every person I have spoken with was delightful, helpful, and knowledgeable. The platforms also functions beautifully, as well as the cellular routers - it literally just works! Working within budget and ensuring our ROI was worth the journey which was another big factor and positive take from choosing Ericsson's lineup.
