"All-in-One Security Platform That Boosts Productivity"
What do you like best about Check Point Harmony SASE?

A more secure experience when connecting users and applications. What we value most is having everything on a single platform, with clear policies and real-time protection without impacting performance. In practice, we've seen fewer incidents and increased productivity, confirming that the solution delivers on its promises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Harmony SASE?

Initial setup and policy configuration can be complex. Report generation could also be more intuitive, as some dashboards require several clicks to find the necessary information. Overall, the platform is powerful, but it takes time and experience to fully leverage its potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smart integration of security and access"
What do you like best about Check Point Harmony SASE?

I appreciate how seamlessly it integrates security and connectivity into a single portal, centralized with other security applications. It also facilitates uninterrupted remote access, maintaining data protection without slowing down the system. The interface is intuitive, and the policies are flexible enough to adapt to different needs. It provides peace of mind knowing that users and data are secure, regardless of where they connect from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Harmony SASE?

One area for improvement is that the initial setup can be a bit complex if you're unfamiliar with it or if it's your first time implementing it. Setting everything up correctly takes time, and the documentation could be more detailed in certain areas. Once up and running, it works well, but getting to that point might require additional assistance or training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great threat prevention, needs polish"
What do you like best about Check Point Harmony SASE?

What I love about Harmony SASE is its excellent combination of secure access with user identity verification.

The zero-trust model is a great help and tool, and it also gives us the assurance that every connection is verified.

This has helped reduce risks for our remote teams. The interface is simple and intuitive, which greatly simplifies policy management and tasks for IT staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Harmony SASE?

What I don't like about Harmony SASE is that the initial setup can be somewhat difficult. The documentation is detailed, but it's not always easy or intuitive. It took us a while to configure everything correctly, especially with the identity-based policies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid SASE solution for modern workflows"
What do you like best about Check Point Harmony SASE?

What I love about Check Point Harmony SASE is how it integrates security and connectivity; it's incredibly secure and easy to use. Even with a team working from different locations or networks and using a variety of devices, it keeps everything protected without slowing us down or complicating things. I really value its ease of administration and its ability to adapt to our needs for using both cloud and on-premises tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Harmony SASE?

What I don't like much about Check Point Harmony SASE is that the initial setup can be somewhat difficult, especially for teams without prior IT support or experience. The documentation isn't very easy to understand; I think it could be made more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Protection with Harmony SASE"
What do you like best about Check Point Harmony SASE?

One of the most important things we like most about the Check Point Harmony SASE solution is the ease of use and administration of a robust security solution. All this from centralized visibility, which provides us with a single portal where we can monitor connection traffic, apply control policies, and make decisions about potential threats to users. This saves time and provides an additional layer of security for the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Harmony SASE?

I think one area that could be improved is the documentation support for implementations. The documentation is very technical, so when you use it for the first time, it's quite difficult to understand. It has few images and is not intuitive. Sometimes, even for advanced details, it's difficult to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Harmony SASE?

The initial learning curve can be a bit steep because it takes time to understand all the features and adjust security policies to specific needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure Access, Simplified"
What do you like best about Check Point Harmony SASE?

What I like best about Harmony SASE is how it brings security and connectivity together in one place.

Whether our team is working from the office, home, or halfway across the world, we get consistent protection without sacrificing performance.

It’s seamless, reliable, and gives us peace of mind knowing our data stays secure no matter where we are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Harmony SASE?

Harmony SASE covers a lot of ground, but managing all its features can feel a bit complex at times.

The interface isn’t always as intuitive as I’d like, especially when switching between policy settings or troubleshooting access issues.

Once you get the hang of it, it’s powerful but there’s definitely room to streamline the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unified Security and Seamless Remote Access in One Powerful Platform"
What do you like best about Check Point Harmony SASE?

The way it combines secure access capabilities at the service edge with advanced threat prevention on a single platform.

It simplifies connectivity for remote users by integrating zero trust VPN and secure web gateway features, while maintaining robust protection against malware and phishing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Harmony SASE?

The initial setup and integration can be complex, which may require more time and expertise than expected; the user interface, although functional, is not always intuitive, but these are really just a few minor details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Poor customer support that doesn’t take issues seriously"
What do you like best about Check Point Harmony SASE?

The product concept and interface are straightforward, and deployment through MDM tools is standard. The platform has potential if the execution and support improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Harmony SASE?

The support experience is consistently disappointing. Instead of engaging with the evidence and details provided, the support team asks irrelevant or redundant questions, ignores screenshots and metrics, and delays escalation to engineering. They follow scripted triage rather than addressing the real problem, which wastes valuable time and leaves issues unresolved. It feels like customer support is not aligned with IT teams’ needs for timely and effective resolution.

In addition, using their SWG functionality requires forcing all users to remain signed in, but the product doesn’t provide a way to enforce this automatically. Users have to do it manually. This creates extra friction for IT and adds to the administrative burden. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Check Point Harmony SASE?

How does it combine secure access with advanced threat prevention in a single cloud-based solution? It simplifies connecting remote users and branch offices while keeping traffic fully protected. The integration of firewall, zero-trust access, and web security features provides enhanced visibility and control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Harmony SASE?

Performance can sometimes vary by region, and troubleshooting requires advanced knowledge. The reporting interface could be more intuitive, and licensing costs appear higher compared to other SASE solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
