Previously, this was a very manual task that required significant time and effort from our team. With Certifier, we were able to send certificates to attendees much more quickly and efficiently than before. The platform was straightforward to use, allowed us to easily design our own certificates, and made uploading and sending them out much simpler. **What do you dislike about Certifier?** The only difficulty I encountered was with the editor used to create custom certificates and fields, which felt somewhat awkward to use from a UI perspective. However, we managed to find a workaround and were ultimately able to produce what we needed. **What problems is Certifier solving and how is that benefiting you?** For me, Certifier solved a a few problems - whereby we were utilising multiple staff members to create certificates in a manual, name-check process and then verifying who had recieved/not-recieved etc. which took up more time. From a user point of view, they were not getting their certificates quickly, which sometimes were needed for reporting etc. Using Certifier, we were able to deliver to the users quicker but also save ourselves time and resource from not having to manually create X amount of certificates. Hosting the certificates in one central location in a way I can re-issue and adjust them on the fly is a god send. No more wasted time in Word or Acrobat editing names into certificate templates for me! **What do you dislike about Certifier?** A yearly total limit on certificate issuances able to be provided is an unfortunate limitation of the free plan. My organization only needs access to the most basic features on Certifier, and doesn't need access to 500+ certs per year, so we have a hard time justifying the price when we are only just barely going past the 250 per year limit. More tutorials for those advanced features may be able to convince us otherwise, but currently, for storing and sending them certifier can seem somewhat like overkill. I wish, rather than built in templates that are not very customizeable, it was more of a drag and drop with the ability to change background colors and colors of elements. Also, I wish the certificate could be customized a little more. **What problems is Certifier solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our smaller company created an CE course with an agency. The agency did everything BUT provide me with details on how to issue the CE credits. I could pay them for $500 a month to do it, or do it myself.
