Automation of processes is incredibly helpful. **What do you dislike about Certifier?** There is an initial learning curve to figure out how to connect Certifier with certain integrations. **What problems is Certifier solving and how is that benefiting you?** Issuing certificates for training completion to a lot of people over a long period of time is hard to track and takes a lot of time. An option to opt out should be made available. **What problems is Certifier solving and how is that benefiting you?** That I don't have to type all the names during the designing of the certificates. ### 5. When I started researching certificate software, I didn't know where to start. This gave me a great trial into what it's like. **What do you dislike about Certifier?** With the free version of Certifier, they don't authenticate the certificates. This means that any certificates created on the free version could also be created on photoshop or any other software to make look-alikes. They require payment to authenticate. **What problems is Certifier solving and how is that benefiting you?** Certifier is helping me better understand the online certificate issuers market. Using the free version of the software has helped make me more aware of what I should look for as I research other options. ### 6. Due to the characteristics of our courses, we have many groups with few participants each, making it impossible to use Certifier without spending large amounts of money that, unfortunately, we do not have. **What problems is Certifier solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to save time, and therefore money, is a great advantage at the business level. In addition, it provides seriousness and professionalism to the course taught and to the company itself. ### 8. One feature that would be useful would be to save as you work. I lost a whole design when clicked on another item on the menu.
