"Goodbye spreadsheets, hello automation"
What do you like best about Certifier?

Before we implemented Certifier, creating and sending certificates was a manual nightmare—each certificate had to be designed individually, exported as a PDF, and emailed one by one. There was no public URL where recipients could view or verify their certificates. Certifier changed all of that.

Their API is exceptionally well-documented and easy to work with. We integrated it smoothly into our existing systems, and we now generate and send certificates automatically. This has saved us hours of manual work and allowed our staff to focus on higher-value tasks. It’s been a game-changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Certifier?

At the moment, Certifier doesn’t support filtering by custom attributes when managing certificates, which would be helpful for more complex use cases. That said, based on the pace at which their team is working and delivering new features, we’re confident this will be available soon. They're clearly listening to user needs. "Certifier Makes Certificate Management Easy, but Free Plan Limits Are Restrictive"
What do you like best about Certifier?

I have only accessed Certifier through their free tier as part of my work overseeing professional development for parenting educators. Even then, I have greatly enjoyed the number of features I have access to at this stage. Hosting the certificates in one central location in a way I can re-issue and adjust them on the fly is a god send. No more wasted time in Word or Acrobat editing names into certificate templates for me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Certifier?

A yearly total limit on certificate issuances able to be provided is an unfortunate limitation of the free plan. My organization only needs access to the most basic features on Certifier, and doesn't need access to 500+ certs per year, so we have a hard time justifying the price when we are only just barely going past the 250 per year limit. More tutorials for those advanced features may be able to convince us otherwise, but currently, for storing and sending them certifier can seem somewhat like overkill. I see great potential in the product as we scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Uliana Kysheniuk of Certifier

Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback! We’re really happy to hear that Certifier has simplified your certificate management – especially by saving you time and keeping everything organized in one place.

We completely understand your note about the free plan limits. Certifier is designed to grow with each organization, and we do our best to adjust options to fit different needs and use cases. Our team is always open to discussing the best setup – whether that’s scaling gradually or helping you make the most of the features available.

We truly appreciate your insights and are glad Certifier is already adding value to your professional development programs!
