Honestly, there wasn’t anything major to dislike. Everything went smoothly, and the certifier handled the process with great professionalism. If I had to mention something, it would only be that the experience was so efficient, I wish there had been even more interaction or discussion — otherwise, everything was excellent. We used Certifier to greatly improve our certificate distribution process after events. Previously, this was a very manual task that required significant time and effort from our team. With Certifier, we were able to send certificates to attendees much more quickly and efficiently than before. For the first time as an organisation, we were able to quickly and easily deploy certifications to more than 250 users. Integrating our own design into the platform was straightforward, allowing us to securely and formally send out emails containing links to the CPD certificates. This process not only improved our usual engagement rates but was also much simpler to implement. We no longer have to deal with mail merges or lengthy Canva documents! The user interface, while generally straightforward, could be a bit finicky at times. Although there are some account limitations regarding the number of sends and other features compared to the cost, the amount of time we save makes it worthwhile for our small team. After a very small amount of easy setup, certifier makes it incredibly easy to send and maintain certifications for our training program. Each month, it is as simple as uploading a spreadsheet of names and email addresses and all of our certificates are issued. I appreciate Certifier’s intuitive setup. It was incredibly easy to configure, mirroring other certification platforms I was familiar with, which made the process feel seamless. The program was easy to use from the set-up and creation of the certificates to importing names of recipients. It is really helpful to be able to see if the certificate bounced, had been opened, etc. If participants happened to need certificates re-shared, the process of logging in and looking up the participant was also very simple and easy and we were able to address needs very quickly. I have only accessed Certifier through their free tier as part of my work overseeing professional development for parenting educators. Even then, I have greatly enjoyed the number of features I have access to at this stage. Hosting the certificates in one central location in a way I can re-issue and adjust them on the fly is a god send. A yearly total limit on certificate issuances able to be provided is an unfortunate limitation of the free plan. My organization only needs access to the most basic features on Certifier, and doesn't need access to 500+ certs per year, so we have a hard time justifying the price when we are only just barely going past the 250 per year limit. More tutorials for those advanced features may be able to convince us otherwise, but currently, for storing and sending them certifier can seem somewhat like overkill. The workflow for creating the certificates. The pricing flexibility. The ability to track engagement with the certificate. Customer service was very thorough. I spoke with a client service staff within hours of making an enquiry and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. They guided me to what I needed and it was even a lower cost than I anticipated. It was very easy to use. I required that that certificate was integrated with LinkedIn and it was. I didn't have to do anything technical to implement it - it was very easy. We do trainings that require large amounts of certificates to be sent out all at one time afterward. The ability to upload a list and have the certificates instantly ready was a game changer. We also heavily utilized the tracking features for people that came back to say they never received them. I recently was able to resend a certificate a year after the conference due to the platform keeping all that information easily accessible.
