From the user's standpoint, many have chosen to add the badge to their LinkedIn profile, so it must be simple to use from their side of things, too. **What do you dislike about Certifier?** Perhaps it's just me - but I struggle navigating the website once logged in. For example, I needed to reissue a badge for a previous class member due to an email address change and it wasn't intuitive on where to go or how to reissue (although, I eventually figured it out). **What problems is Certifier solving and how is that benefiting you?** Certifier is helping Leadership Geauga, a small nonprofit, expand brand awareness through our alumni’s social media presence.
