What I appreciate most about Certifier is that I no longer have to constantly monitor the process. For some time, I have managed a state-approved program that requires me to issue certificates. Previously, I struggled to find an online platform that would let me automatically issue certificates once coursework was completed, so I ended up handling this task manually. Since the certificates are time sensitive for participants, this sometimes forced me to interrupt events or give up personal time with my family to ensure certificates were sent out—especially since these are for Pre-marital Counseling, which allows students to bypass the 3-day waiting period in our state. The credential creation process is a bit cumbersome. I wish, rather than built in templates that are not very customizeable, it was more of a drag and drop with the ability to change background colors and colors of elements. Currently, I end up having to go to canva to create a custom background image with my brand colors, then upload that, then sometimes the elements don't fit in the right spaces with the background image. Certifier is simple to use and alleviates a lot of our issues in issuing credentials regularly for training programs. It has been easily integrated into our current system, and the customer support we have received has been fantastic.
