Intrigued, I followed up to find that I could issue and distribute my own certificates and credentials. I was a little sceptical at first, wondering why I should not just create and email my batch of certificates. However, I continued on as it was so easy. It is really now that the certificates have been issued that I have been most impressed. I can see who has engaged, who has opened their certificate, and even who has shared it on LinkedIn! I was not expecting it to be so easy, so useful or so professional. I don't think I will ever return now to the old ways of doing things. **What do you dislike about Certifier?** In truth, I haven't found a downside. I've tried it and I love it. It is a game-changer for me and has given me some exciting ideas about recognising people's involvement in these days when our online professional persona is so important. **What problems is Certifier solving and how is that benefiting you?** Recognising the contributions being made by people - in this case, contibuting to a conference. There is no monetary recognition that I could give, but I felt that a certificate would at least be a nice way to mark the occasion. This has now given me new ideas for the future. ### 39. We have been using it for a few weeks and it has become a go-to for internal achievements as well as managing a new learning plan where participants in workshops for various products can also get unfettered access to credentialing for completing our courses. **What do you dislike about Certifier?** I dislike that certain features, like email designs, are not able to be edited without the full version, but overall, it's not bad at all. The friendly interface gave a smooth experience from creating account to making my first digital badge. I am not familiar with how competitor's interface feels like, but I would not want to find out since this is good already. **What do you dislike about Certifier?** I am not exactly sure of anything to dislike about the platform so far.
