We used Certifier to greatly improve our certificate distribution process after events. Previously, this was a very manual task that required significant time and effort from our team. With Certifier, we were able to send certificates to attendees much more quickly and efficiently than before. What do you dislike about Certifier? The only difficulty I encountered was with the editor used to create custom certificates and fields, which felt somewhat awkward to use from a UI perspective. For me, Certifier solved a a few problems - whereby we were utilising multiple staff members to create certificates in a manual, name-check process and then verifying who had recieved/not-recieved etc. which took up more time. From a user point of view, they were not getting their certificates quickly, which sometimes were needed for reporting etc. Using Certifier, we were able to deliver to the users quicker but also save ourselves time and resource from not having to manually create X amount of certificates. Integrating our own design into the platform was straightforward, allowing us to securely and formally send out emails containing links to the CPD certificates. This process not only improved our usual engagement rates but was also much simpler to implement. We no longer have to deal with mail merges or lengthy Canva documents! Although there are some account limitations regarding the number of sends and other features compared to the cost, the amount of time we save makes it worthwhile for our small team. After a very small amount of easy setup, certifier makes it incredibly easy to send and maintain certifications for our training program. Each month, it is as simple as uploading a spreadsheet of names and email addresses and all of our certificates are issued. We are a low volume operation (300 or so certificates per year) and I find the cost to be quite high for that low of a volume. It is really helpful to be able to see if the certificate bounced, had been opened, etc. If participants happened to need certificates re-shared, the process of logging in and looking up the participant was also very simple and easy and we were able to address needs very quickly. The workflow for creating the certificates. The pricing flexibility. The ability to track engagement with the certificate. Customer service was very thorough. I spoke with a client service staff within hours of making an enquiry and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. They guided me to what I needed and it was even a lower cost than I anticipated. It was very easy to use. I required that that certificate was integrated with LinkedIn and it was. I didn't have to do anything technical to implement it - it was very easy. We do trainings that require large amounts of certificates to be sent out all at one time afterward. The ability to upload a list and have the certificates instantly ready was a game changer. We also heavily utilized the tracking features for people that came back to say they never received them. I recently was able to resend a certificate a year after the conference due to the platform keeping all that information easily accessible.
