I love that Certifier is user friendly and can be modified to my personal needs. I hosted a summer camp that past two years and I was able to create a certificate of completion using this website. This platform is exceptionally user-friendly and efficient. Setting up my first certificate and linking it to my company’s LinkedIn page was quick and straightforward, no time-consuming integration needed. Even after weeks without issuing certificates, I can jump back in without any learning curve—it’s that intuitive. I also appreciate that if a certificate ever needs an update, I can simply make the change in the backend, and it’s automatically reflected without having to reissue it manually.

I use the app to create and send training certificates for my company’s courses, and it allows me to design, upload attendee details, and issue certificates to 30 participants in about 15 minutes. The certificates look professional, attendees appreciate receiving them promptly, and I can easily track who has viewed the email or shared their certificate on LinkedIn. It’s a free tool our small nonprofit uses. We award badges to participants after they complete our Signature Adult Program—giving them a way to celebrate their accomplishment and helping others discover the program when they see the badge. Gives enough free credits for us to use at no fee. From the user's standpoint, many have chosen to add the badge to their LinkedIn profile, so it must be simple to use from their side of things, too. Perhaps it's just me - but I struggle navigating the website once logged in. For example, I needed to reissue a badge for a previous class member due to an email address change and it wasn't intuitive on where to go or how to reissue (although, I eventually figured it out). Certifier has been a game changer for us here at the Nonprofit Leadership Center. Not only has it revolutionized the time spent creating certificates, it has given us a new level of credibility and visibility on LinkedIn and more. I was spending way more time than I should've manually creating certificates on a Word document. Certifier allows for a more efficient process and less probability of manual errors. Before Certifier, my organization used PowerPoint to create certificates to issue as PDFs that would take about 10 minutes to make each one. But with Certifier we are able to issue hundreds of badges/certificates within minutes. We create new badges every week so this is a massive time saver! I think the most valuable feature is the ability to send professional certificates to multiple recipients simply by uploading a spreadsheet.
