The tool served its purpose and helped us launch our email course and issue 3000+ certificates. Has nice analytics and some extra add-ons for sending certificate from your domain and re-sending them (for extra credits) if the person didn't open the email/certificate. The CEO is very involved and the team really cares about good customer experience. **What do you dislike about Certifier?** It's a good solution for companies running long campaigns where certificates are needed. It was very helpful to engineer some virality for our course, however it has some limitations. It only allows exporting up to 100 contacts at a time, which is restrictive for bulk exports. Additionally, I encountered several setup issues, including a CNAME bug, problems with the Zapier-Hubspot integration, and difficulties exporting both first and last names in a single column. Customer Support is ok. We use it 10-15 times a month. Its not easy to integrate with other services. They have good templates related to our company ( Educational Webinar) so its a lot more beneficial for us then others. Before We had to spend at least 1-2 Hours making certificates on canva manually for out students and sending it out to our students by hand through titan mail , but certifier software automatically sends it too. They have the best customer support team **What do you dislike about Certifier?** I dont like the integration, I want to interate it with canva.com or some better desinger as there current designer is just generic. Our clients, at kingston audit, require there certificates to be uploaded on our site, so its bit hectic & I would love it if they make an integration for that too. **What problems is Certifier solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before here at kingston, for our webinars we would have to make all the certificates by hand using our excel sheet & then send them out by hand too, but now certififer does just that, it automatically designs & distributes our certificates ### 10. There were a bunch of other options but they all didnt provide as much features as certifier and they were all very pricey and only a few had free plans and those were limited with only 50 Certificates. Certifier has 250 Certificate Free Limit with allmost all the feutures even customer support, and they provide support with integration and implementation over email too. Thays why it was really quick to implement. I haven't been disappointed. I did that search because I was trying to get my head around the leading credential app for some days (at least the one I've come across!) and just found it completely befuddling. I just couldn't get to the page to create a credential rather than view my own. It seemed I had to do hours of eLearning to qualify to get to this page. As a solo premier I just don't have time for that! In contrast Certifier is extremely easy to use, and only took me a few easy steps and just a few minutes to create my first credential badge and issue it. Creating the badge is really quick and easy to do. It works similar to Canva so it's super intuitive. I'm also impressed you can issue a large number of credentials in a year before you need a paid plan. Highly recommended. **What do you dislike about Certifier?** Haven't found any as yet. Recently, we decided to stop issuing paper-based certificates, because it requires time, money for paper, and time to meet and talk with people. After analysis of the market, we stopped on the Certifier for several reasons: 1. It is easy to use 2. We can change the design even for the issued certificates, 3. It gives us a chance to issue 250 certificates for free, to try most of the features, 4. The cost of the license is affordable. **What do you dislike about Certifier?** I really like Certifier. The thing I would like to find is a way to search among issued certificates by the certificate number. It would be constructive. It seems there is such functionality, but I did not find it. Another thing is the search function. We're really happy with this product. **What do you dislike about Certifier?** Have actually not discovered anyone yet. Maybe the editor could have some more features and flexibilty. I will only have a handful of participants, so the 250 certificates/year limit for the free tier was perfect for me. **What do you dislike about Certifier?** So far, I think the format is pretty great, and intuitive to use. One weird thing bugging me -- the email recipients recieve is missing a 'the' before the group name. Would be great to add an option to include that. **What problems is Certifier solving and how is that benefiting you?** Certifier is helping me create an incentivising certificate for my pilot participants, so that they can add their participation in my pilot to their LinkedIn profile. However this feature does not affect the fact that certifier is a far better quality than other similar products. That feature is the ability to have a end-use profile page, where they can share one link to display all the credentials they hold. My company certifies end users in many different credentials, therefore if would be very useful in my case if they can share one page to identify that. Some competitors like badgecert have that feature. I think it's very easy for certifier to implement but I'm not sure if it's in their roadmap. Start up and implementation took about 10 minutes from signing in to being ready to issue my first certificate. **What do you dislike about Certifier?** I've only used certifer for a few days now, but so far I've found nothing I dislike. **What problems is Certifier solving and how is that benefiting you?** I work for a non-profit that provides free, online infant and child health and safety prevention classes to parents, caregivers and medical professionals. We currently offer a certificate of completion for, if requested, for all of our 5 different classes. For the last three years our workflow after a class was as follows: our instructors would email me a class roster that would identify who in the class requested a certificate of completion, I would take that list and create all certificates individually in Adobe Illustrator off of saved templates, I would save the certificate, create a PNG, which I would upload, individually, to our organizations client management software, I would email the instructor that the certificates were ready, the instructor would then download the certificates and email out to the class attendees. With this many steps there are an infinite way for things to do wrong, get delayed, the ball to get dropped etc. It’s been a constant problem for the past 3 years. One of our organization’s initiatives this year is to figure out how to streamline our processes to be more efficient and effective as an organization. I began looking for a certification solution and after looking at many I decided to try Certifier. Within 10 minutes of signing up I had created my first customized certificate, by uploading our agency’s existing certificate, and had sent out our first round. Certifier is INCREDIBLY easy to use and is VERY intuitive, something that is important to me. I don’t have time, or frankly the desire, to learn incredibly complicated programs, we have far too much going on, and with Certifier that’s not an issue. In ten minutes, I had uploaded my own custom background, created a new certificate field and had everything ready to go. A simple Excel import and that was it. I am a HUGE fan of Certifier! Going forward the entire process of issuing certificates, which before required multiple emails, multiple created documents with be completed easily and quickly. I would estimate that before Certifier our total time invested in issuing certificates for a class would run around a hour of cumulative staff time. Now, I will be able to do it, by myself, in roughly 5 minutes. When you consider that we offer up to 15 classes a month Certifier is going to save our organization a significant amount of time this year. I couldn’t recommend certifier more highly! ### 26. We used to print and write names on them with hand but it used to take lots of time and effort. There was always some people, who make it happen, can't participated organizations because of this time taking works. Now, we use online forms to collect mails and names and It just take couple minutes to send all participants their certificates. And looks more profesional. ### 29. It was hard to choose one since they all look great! We are a small non-profit company that doesn't issue more than 30 certificates per year, so it would be nice to see a paid plan that would accomodate smaller companies. Maybe a pay-per-certificate or pay-per-10 certificates or something like that. Otherwise I think Certifier has been great! **What problems is Certifier solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previous to using Certifier, we would create a certificate in Word and then email a PDF version of it to our client. Now it's much easier to send the client their certificate and they can easily share it to social media.
