best Benchmark Software.

Benchmark software is a critical tool for evaluating and enhancing computer performance. It gauges the capabilities of hardware components like CPU, GPU, SSD, and more across various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, macOS, and even iOS and Android. By stressing the components through real-world scenarios and stress tests, benchmark software tools measure clock speeds, temperatures, and voltages while assessing factors such as multi-core efficiency, frames per second (FPS), and GPU temperature. The best benchmarking programs adhere to industry standards such as DirectX, Vulkan, and ray tracing, ensuring compatibility with modern technologies and providing a comprehensive assessment of hardware capabilities.
Benchmark results help users, enthusiasts, and professionals make informed hardware upgrades, optimize overclocking settings, and validate improvements. Benchmarking tools can be standalone applications dedicated solely to performance evaluation or integrated as a feature within hardware monitoring software.

“Comprehensive Monitoring with Real-Time Insights”
What do you like best about ManageEngine Applications Manager?

ManageEngine Applications Manager is its comprehensive and unified monitoring capability. It provides real-time visibility into application performance, infrastructure health, and user experience all from a single dashboard, which helps in quickly identifying and resolving issues before they impact users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Applications Manager?

While ManageEngine Applications Manager is a powerful and versatile monitoring tool, there are a few areas where it could be improved:

Initial setup complexity: For larger environments, configuring all the monitoring parameters and fine-tuning the discovery rules can be time-consuming and may require a steep learning curve.

Alert noise: Out-of-the-box alert thresholds can sometimes generate excessive notifications. This often requires extra effort to customize thresholds and reduce noise.

UI performance at scale: In very large deployments with extensive metrics and dashboards, the web interface can feel slower or cluttered, making navigation and data visualization less smooth.

Documentation gaps: While there’s extensive documentation overall, certain advanced use cases or edge configurations aren’t always clearly documented, which may lead to trial-and-error for complex setups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ManageEngine Applications Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lack of Unified Visibility

Problem: Before implementing Applications Manager, monitoring was fragmented across multiple tools, making it difficult to get a full picture of application and infrastructure health.

Benefit: Applications Manager provides a single pane of glass for monitoring applications, servers, databases, networks, and cloud services. This unified visibility saves time and reduces the risk of missing critical issues.

2. Slow Detection of Performance Issues

Problem: Performance bottlenecks often went unnoticed until users reported issues, leading to downtime and poor customer experience.

Benefit: With real-time performance metrics and proactive alerts, I can detect and resolve potential problems before they impact users. This improves uptime and service reliability.

3. Reactive Troubleshooting

Problem: Troubleshooting was often reactive and manual, requiring sifting through logs and disparate systems.

Benefit: Applications Manager’s root-cause analysis tools, correlated metrics, and dependency maps help accelerate troubleshooting by quickly pinpointing where the issue lies.

4. Inefficient Resource Utilization

Problem: Without clear performance trends, capacity planning and resource allocation were guesswork.

Benefit: The tool’s historical performance data and trend reports enable informed decisions on scaling, capacity planning, and cost optimization.

5. Alert Fatigue

Problem: Too many generic alerts made it hard to focus on real issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Centreon: Save time and achieve efficient monitoring with advanced features”
What do you like best about Centreon Infra Monitoring?

Thanks to its advanced mapping features and its numerous monitoring connectors, Centreon truly saves us valuable time and offers us the ability to effectively monitor a heterogeneous information system: from "small" hardware to specific probes for a database, for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Centreon Infra Monitoring?

The only negative point concerns Centreon's change in strategy regarding its licensing model, which now operates per probe rather than per host. In our situation, this proves to be quite restrictive, as some of our hosts only have a single probe, such as ping, for example. Fortunately, we were able to reach a satisfactory compromise with the sales team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Centreon Infra Monitoring solving and how is that benefiting you?

Centreon allows centralizing all monitoring data within a single console, thus offering instant visibility on the information system, incidents, and their level of criticality. Thanks to monitoring connectors, one benefits from a considerable time saving and increased reliability. This also frees up time to focus on higher value-added tasks. Finally, monitoring dashboards and specific maps can be easily shared with teams, which improves collaboration and tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Splunk Enterprise?

It is easy to integrate with Ms Purview DLP technology. Dynamic Dashboard are very useful for incident management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splunk Enterprise?

What I dislike about Splunk Enterprise is that it can get expensive, especially as the data volume grows. The initial setup and writing queries can also feel complex for new users, and it often takes skilled resources to manage it efficiently. As a result, day-to-day operations can be a bit challenging for smaller teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Splunk Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?

Splunk Enterprise helps by bringing all logs and data into one place, instead of checking multiple systems separately. It makes it easier to spot problems, security issues, or errors quickly. This saves time, reduces manual effort, and helps us fix issues faster before they impact users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Clear, Practical Dashboard That Simplifies Database Monitoring Across Systems”
What do you like best about SolarWinds Observability?

What I like most about the SolarWinds database is how clearly it shows what is happening inside the database without making things confusing. Even if you are not a database expert, you can still understand where the problem is coming from. The dashboard feels clean and practical, not overloaded with unnecessary information. It saves a lot of time because you don't have to dig through logs or run multiple queries just to understand performance issues. Slow queries, high CPU usage, or memory problems are highlighted in a very straightforward way. This makes daily monitoring less stressful. Another good thing is how it works well with different databases. Whether it is SQL Server, MySQL, or another database, everything can be monitored from one place. This is very helpful when you manage multiple systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SolarWinds Observability?

One thing I don't like much is that the setup can feel heavy at the beginning. It takes some time to configure everything properly, especially if the environment is large. For new users the first few days can feel overwhelming. The pricing can also be a concern. For small teams or companies, it may feel expensive compared to simpler tools. Not everyone needs all the advanced features, but they still come as part of the package. Sometimes the alerts can feel too frequent if they are not tuned well. Without proper configuration, you might review notifications that are always urgent, which can become distracting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SolarWinds Observability solving and how is that benefiting you?

SolarWinds Database mainly solves the problem of not knowing what is wrong when a database slows down or behaves unexpectedly. In many systems, when performance drops, teams waste hours guessing the cause. This tool removes that guesswork. It clearly shows which queries are slow, which resources are being overused, and where bottlenecks are forming. Because of this, troubleshooting becomes faster and more accurate. You don't fix things blindly anymore. This directly benefits day-to-day work because issues are resolved before they affect users, applications stay stable, and downtime is reduced. that improves trust from both customers and internal teams. It also helps with long-term planning. By looking at historical data, you can understand growth trends and prepare for future loads. This avoids sudden crashes or last-minute fixes. It helps reduce stress during incidents because you don't have to panic or guess where the issue is coming from. The data is already there, clearly shown, so decisions feel clearer and more confident. It improves teamwork because developers, DBAs, and operations teams can all look at the same information. This avoids blame games and long discussions about whose system caused the problem. it save a lot of manual effort. Without this tool, people often run scripts, export logs, or check multiple tools. SolarWinds database brings everything into one place, which speeds up daily work. It helps avoid repeated problems. By understanding the real cause of past issues, you can fix them properly instead of applying temporary solutions that break again later. it improve overall application performance. When the datbase run smoothely, the apps depending on it also feel faster and more reliable for end users. It supports better decision-making for upgrades. You can clearly see when hardware, memory, or database tuning is actually needed, instead of upgrading blindly and wasting money. it build confidence with management and the client. When asked about performance or outages. You can show clear data and explanation,s which makes you look prepared and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Transforms IT Monitoring with Real-Time Insights”
What do you like best about IBM Instana?

I really value IBM Instana's dynamic graph and asset visualization. It makes it exceptionally easy for any project manager, regardless of technical depth, to quickly understand specifics of low performance or security challenges. The intuitive navigation system is incredibly powerful for performing high-speed log and trace searches that link IT traces directly to a business context, ensuring that our development cycle remains fast and our lead times stay competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Instana?

If there are areas that need more attention, it would be transaction transparency in a high customer integration. While it actually has standard stacks, transaction handling for third-party components can sometimes be opaque, making cross-connection mapping and multiple environments difficult. I also believe there is significant room for improvement in AI-driven automated remediation. While the recently announced agent tech AI features are promising and out of the box, the ability to execute the next best action on automated scripts without human intervention is still maturing and often requires a lot of manual fine-tuning to avoid false positives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IBM Instana solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use IBM Instana as a centralized observability engine to address data challenges and lack of transparency, reducing downtime and focusing on innovation. It provides real-time monitoring and automated discovery, cutting troubleshooting time significantly and enhancing strategic development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
