We are hosted by Blackbaud and find this very beneficial for remote access, the updating of the system, along with the safety of our data. The performance of the system is always quick and reliable. If there is an issue, there are multiple ways to receive assistance from the chat function, knowledge base, and the option of a human agent. The chat bot operates intuitively and usually is able to assist with solving an issue or providing direction. As all platforms, the pricing for Blackbaud's RENXT seems to be aligned with other services available in the marketplace. I prefer Blackbaud as it really is a one stop shop for all your fundraising needs with easy integration to services that they may not directly offer.
