In addition, I would give solid marks for the overall functionality of both CSR Connect and GrantsConnect. **What do you dislike about YourCause from Blackbaud?** There are few things: product changes have happened that negatively impacted our users, often without notifying us. The use of the Blackbaud Giving Fund (as both a DAF and a charity) has often raised concerns - such as excluding private schools and a cumbersome due diligence process. **What problems is YourCause from Blackbaud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Generally CSR Connect allows us to do a very large number of transactions with limited oversight from our team: donations, matches, volunteer hours and volunteer grants. ### 2. The donation process is very intuitive and easy to use. Impact Edge reporting has been a great addition! **What do you dislike about YourCause from Blackbaud?** The team volunteer process is very cumbersome and as employees often report, "too many clicks, confusing and then just give up". The process is not very user friendly as reported by our employees. **What problems is YourCause from Blackbaud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our CSM (who is fantastic!!) continues to help us resolve any payroll issues, collaborate with us on ways to improve the programs and utilize the platform more efficiently. ### 3. The platform could be improved to be more user-friendly and could be made easier to implement, but overall, I find it quite nice. The team is helpful, and I've been able to get issues resolved with their assistance. **What problems is YourCause from Blackbaud solving and how is that benefiting you?** With GrantsConnect, we no longer have to rely on manual spreadsheets, as the entire process is now automated. Given that we handle over 250 applications across different programmes, tracking and managing all applications and programmes has become significantly more efficient. Likewise, CSR Connect has eliminated the need for manual matching. Employees now benefit from improved support for volunteering and matching, and as administrators, it is much easier for us to monitor numbers across the board. Once our historical information is fully integrated, GrantsConnect will become the definitive source for all our data.
