Given that we handle over 250 applications across different programmes, tracking and managing all applications and programmes has become significantly more efficient. Likewise, CSR Connect has eliminated the need for manual matching. Employees now benefit from improved support for volunteering and matching, and as administrators, it is much easier for us to monitor numbers across the board. We have a lot of international employees and it would be great to add least include them in the volunteer elements of the application.
