I like how unified and connected it is. It's more than just a place to store records; it acts as a single hub that often integrates the student data with the LMS for teachers and with billing, admissions, and fundraising for the administration. This gives faculty, staff, and even parents a 360-degree view of the student, making tasks like tracking attendance, managing grades, and communicating with families much more efficient and less scattered.
Blackbaud has also been implementing a lot of community feedback changes lately. This is a huge step in the right direction! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer Support is great, when it's not the live chat. The live chat assistance seems to have diminished in the past couple of years - opening a ticket instead is usually a bit faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
