What do you like best about Blackbaud Student Information System?

I like how unified and connected it is. It's more than just a place to store records; it acts as a single hub that often integrates the student data with the LMS for teachers and with billing, admissions, and fundraising for the administration. This gives faculty, staff, and even parents a 360-degree view of the student, making tasks like tracking attendance, managing grades, and communicating with families much more efficient and less scattered.

Blackbaud has also been implementing a lot of community feedback changes lately. This is a huge step in the right direction! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blackbaud Student Information System?

Customer Support is great, when it's not the live chat. The live chat assistance seems to have diminished in the past couple of years - opening a ticket instead is usually a bit faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Blackbaud Student Information System?

A superb platform for managing student, parent, class, teacher, advisory, boarding and all student-related data. We have an extremely complicated daily schedule and the software is able to adapt to our needs. The LMS is flexible and integrates with the 3rd party applications we need it to. What do you dislike about Blackbaud Student Information System?

The only area in which Blackbaud has struggled of late is their support. As a 28 year user of the system, I can honestly say that my team and I know more about the Blackbaud products than the first several levels of tech support personnel. What do you like best about Blackbaud Student Information System?

The navigation is simple and allows for faculty/staff/students/parents all the ability to easily locate where they need to be in the system. We incorporated the LMS and Tuition Management components as well, and the school enjoys housing all of our student data in one system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blackbaud Student Information System?

The gradebook portion can be finicky and leads to some frustrations from the faculty. Some saved preference settings do not stay saved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am so glad that our school switched to Blackbaud 5 years ago. The system is very user-friendly and simple to use. I love being able to create and save note templates so that I can more quickly respond to inquiries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there way a way (maybe there is!) to send the same note to a large group of inquiries at once, where the note is then automatically recorded under each indicidual stydent's Internal Notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
