I like how unified and connected it is. It's more than just a place to store records; it acts as a single hub that often integrates the student data with the LMS for teachers and with billing, admissions, and fundraising for the administration. A superb platform for managing student, parent, class, teacher, advisory, boarding and all student-related data. The only area in which Blackbaud has struggled of late is their support. As a 28 year user of the system, I can honestly say that my team and I know more about the Blackbaud products than the first several levels of tech support personnel.
