I appreciate that Blackbaud recognizes the importance of peer-to-peer fundraising and is developing tools to help make that process more efficient. **What do you dislike about JustGiving from Blackbaud?** We have not been able to implement the integration because we want all gifts for a fundraiser to be credited to the person organizing it, instead of creating hundreds of new donor records. I have worked for various size charities and JustGiving has met the needs from the smaller charities to the larger ones, if you use Blackbaud products they easily intergrate. The support is genereally good in terms of questions and response time, but it is a lot quicker and easier to email as opposed to calling. **What do you dislike about JustGiving from Blackbaud?** The BlackBaud login caused a few issues for staff, so it is worth taking your time setting up users and ensuring they can log in. **What problems is JustGiving from Blackbaud solving and how is that benefiting you?** JustGiving allows us to mass fundraise on a secure trusted branded platform at a low cost. they also claim the Gift Aid in the UK. the reporting can be configured for your own fundraising reports which we do and also used to reconcile income. we use the fundraising platform to help our supporters set up pages for events, or charity of the year partnerships. this allows us to have a cost effective solution and saves in the long term on admin and gift processing. ### 4. Our fundraisers are very limited with what they can post (photos, videos, etc.). The support from JustGiving is pretty bad as well. One great feature is how to withdraw the funds, you can choose to personally withdraw or nominate a beneficiary so that they can get the monies directly. **What do you dislike about JustGiving from Blackbaud?** I think one off-putting aspect has to be the way that fees are managed. When donating you are asked if you want to optionally pay fees, which in itself is ok but when you withdraw, the fees are taken off but in my experience, there is no visibility of how many people have optionally offered to pay the fees on their donation. You just see a single deduction, I'd like to see a breakdown of prepaid fees at the time of donation and a fundraising host deduction for all the people who chose not to contribute to fees. **Recommendations to others considering JustGiving from Blackbaud:** A good tool to use, just make sure you understand the fee structure. **What problems is JustGiving from Blackbaud solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an employee of a large company with several global offices, this is a good tool for us to fundraise for our colleagues, in my case, it was the loss of a close friend and colleague who touched the lives of many of the people he worked with. There is minimal effort required to get either a donation or fundraiser up and running. And the amount users reviewing and using JustGiving goes on to say how well the software is received in the entire ecosystem. The support team is equally equipped and always responds very quickly making the overall experience really seemless. For me, creating the fundraiser for the NGO I work for, and we help a lot of disabled students get prosthetic arms through these fundraisers which are created on Justgiving. Probably just a small suggestion is : if Justgiving can improve the onboarding experience a little. You also can't view the event through your own charity profile - you have to create a separate personal profile to view your own event.
