Diariamente, temos problemas ao copiar/colar estatísticas do VCC, pois elas estão em algum formato de tempo e não conseguimos obter fácil e rapidamente as estatísticas de tempo de conversa % para cada agente. Existe uma maneira de configurá-lo no VCC e não exportá-lo para o Excel?
