What do you like best about Zopto?

Zopto had added AI navigation in terms of setting up automated outbound communication processes that work around Linkedin restrictions. Pretty much a "set it and forget it" capability. Zopto also offers campaign monitoring enabeling realtime proactive adjustments as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zopto?

Zopto can be used for email campaigns. I would love to see them offer more of a email creation editor offering graphic content, etc capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zopto?

Zopto is a powerful yet easy-to-use LinkedIn automation tool. The interface is intuitive, letting me set up campaigns and test strategies quickly. Even better, my account manager Stefano is the key difference. He guided me through Zopto's features, helped design A/B tests, and as a result, I doubled my LinkedIn network from 1,200 to 2,500 followers in just 4 weeks! What do you like best about Zopto?

What do you dislike about Zopto?

Performance - overall lower than that of competitive solutions we've used. Lower in the number of invites, lower in the number of responses (while the settings are the same).

Statistics - we invested over 6 months trying to integrate their API and built a report with meaningful stats on the campaigns' performance, but the API won't work properly and support won't help. Built-in stats are meaningless for this purpose (and confusing)

Customer service - the 'dedicated account manager' we fell for at a demo is a myth. It's just a waste of time and effort.

Features - they seem to sporadically add different features and don't seem to focus on one simple thing they promise on a demo - effective LinkedIn outreach campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zopto?

The cancelation policies are unfriendly.

First they didn't have any cancellation possibilities without writing support. Then they added an option to the dashboard but it's so hidden that you can't find it.

In our case we didn't want to renew. Our team didn't find the cancellation button but because we got an email from them that the subscription can not be renewed we thought it will be cancelled. However, then they charged us with another card and they don't offer us a refund, not even a partial one. Now we end up paying almost 1000 USD for a service that we don't use.
