Pretty much a "set it and forget it" capability. He guided me through Zopto's features, helped design A/B tests, and as a result, I doubled my LinkedIn network from 1,200 to 2,500 followers in just 4 weeks! First they didn't have any cancellation possibilities without writing support. Then they added an option to the dashboard but it's so hidden that you can't find it. In our case we didn't want to renew. Our team didn't find the cancellation button but because we got an email from them that the subscription can not be renewed we thought it will be cancelled. However, then they charged us with another card and they don't offer us a refund, not even a partial one. Now we end up paying almost 1000 USD for a service that we don't use. **What problems is Zopto solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's automizing LinkedIn messages. ### 9. These 'gurus' are just playing the middleman so they can log into a system like Zopto and charge a TON for the privilege of being between you and your data. I love that I can edit my messages, see my results, and respond to my inbox without the markup of a middleman who muddles the process. **What do you dislike about Zopto?** Sales is a numbers game, so be prepared for lots of rejection! This tool definitely helps get your message in front of a lot of people, but sometimes you'll have to tweak your list to make sure they're the best group for your campaign, and occasionally there's a misfire so that you're reaching out to a lot of people who just aren't your ideal client. **What problems is Zopto solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have wasted too much time on LinkedIn trying to find good people to connect with, only to get no response from people who aren't active.
