What do you like best about ZoomShift?

I like that ZoomShift is very easy for staff to use and is very stable. This makes it manageable for our large "casual" staff pool since we can send out a call in ZoomShift and ensure each available staff member gets a notice. What do you dislike about ZoomShift?

I wish the 'extra' features did not have an additional cost, given that we pay quite a bit for the app. In particular, the block when a staff person already has a shift booked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZoomShift?

I find ZoomShift very helpful in managing the complex task of scheduling caregivers around the clock. The software's ability to assign titles, positions, and locations has been extremely beneficial in organizing our CLS hours and health and safety coverage, making scheduling a no-brainer. Also, the company's responsive support made the initial setup process smooth, and the software has greatly simplified my scheduling tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZoomShift?

I find it frustrating that I can't access chat support from a real person. While some AI chatbots are decent, they often don't offer much more than what you would find in a typical FAQ section. "Efficient Staff Scheduling with Easy Setup"
What do you like best about ZoomShift?

I like the ability to manipulate the scheduling on the website, and the fact that every staff member has an app to fully manage their work schedule. The drag-and-drop feature makes it easy to change shifts between staff members. It's a great solution to our previous paper-based exercise, saving us a considerable amount of time. It's also easy to set up, and offers great value for money by allowing us to change the number of staff running at any one time, which helps save costs. What do you dislike about ZoomShift?

We'd like to have better integration between ZoomShift and our payroll system, we use the Payroll report for payments but find the csv file mangement slower than a manual entry - not entirely a ZoomShift issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use ZoomShift for clocking in and out and managing timesheets. I appreciate its ease of use, which makes it simple for employees to figure out how to clock in and out. Zoomshift allows us to create, adjust, and keep a staff schedule that is changing daily. It notifies employees when changes happen and we are able to customize the schedule to exactly how we need it.
