I find it frustrating that I can't access chat support from a real person. While some AI chatbots are decent, they often don't offer much more than what you would find in a typical FAQ section. I like the ability to manipulate the scheduling on the website, and the fact that every staff member has an app to fully manage their work schedule. The drag-and-drop feature makes it easy to change shifts between staff members. It's a great solution to our previous paper-based exercise, saving us a considerable amount of time.
