I love that I can access ZoomShift from both my computer and my phone, and that it’s easy to modify and move things around. It’s easy to use, with a beautiful, aesthetically pleasing interface that I find intuitive. I use it to schedule my postpartum doulas, and it gives me an organized view of which postpartum doulas are working which shifts and with which families, as well as a broad overview as the owner. I find ZoomShift very convenient to use. The color coordination feature helps me easily differentiate between tutors and their individual shifts, making things very organized. It's user-friendly and simple for both tutors and staff to see everything clearly. Additionally, accessing shift schedules on the tutor's end is straightforward. I do think that they could alter the intervals for times. For example, doing a 05:15 start instead of only five and five thirty being options. I also think that it could be a little bit easier to move shifts around and copy and paste shifts for free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that ZoomShift is very easy for staff to use and is very stable. This makes it manageable for our large "casual" staff pool since we can send out a call in ZoomShift and ensure each available staff member gets a notice. I find it frustrating that I can't access chat support from a real person. While some AI chatbots are decent, they often don't offer much more than what you would find in a typical FAQ section.
