What do you like best about Zoho Sign?

Zoho Sign is ideal for keeping all important documents in one place, especially those that need to be signed. Additionally, I like that it preserves the integrity of the documents by allowing the locking of signed documents to prevent any attempt to copy or edit their content without authorization. Lastly, I like the "drag and drop" process for placing text boxes, signatures, or initials; it is very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Sign?

The fact that documents cannot be created directly from the platform to then be edited as needed is a significant limitation… currently, it is necessary to upload documents already created in Word or PDF. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?

In particular, the ease of use of Zoho Sign has allowed me to make electronic signature processes quick. Using pre-formed forms and sending automatic reminders has been a great time saver for me and my team, and their professionalism truly reflects in the increased trust our clients have in our operations. What do you like best about Zoho Sign?

Zoho Sign is a great tool for the edition of forms that need to be signed, it allows to use drop-down lists with already defined answers, and apart from this, the customization of the data fields is impressive as I can select the text style, color palette, proportions and character limit. What do you like best about Zoho Sign?

It's very easy to use the platform. It is intuitive, allows you to create multiple types of contracts or documents that require a firm. Additionally, you can personalize your form documents quickly. A large company for small, medium and large businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Sign?

When customizing contracts, there are many changes in font, size and spacing. Even though the support team tried to help, the problem persists. So time is wasted arranging the document at the end. They have a lot of problems with custom fields that are extracted from the CRM. Because they do not have much compatibility with the fields of the app.

It does not give you the possibility to make font and size changes when creating a template, so it makes the process at the end for customizing the document very tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho Sign?

The most beautiful thing about Zoho is it's smooth sign in process where you Just need to enter through your e-mail address and then you can start working. You get trail period with all functions where you can decide whether it's suits you or not.
