## Zoho Sign Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI

Is Zoho Sign free, or does it offer a free trial?

Yes. According to G2 data, Zoho Sign offers a free plan with limited features. Users can upgrade to paid plans for additional capabilities. Visit the seller's official pricing page to compare plan options and features.

How much does Zoho Sign cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Zoho Sign pricing in 2026 starts at $0.50 and can reach $28.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Zoho's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Zoho Sign pricing best suited for?

Zoho Sign's pricing is best suited for small businesses and freelancers with low-to-moderate document volumes, particularly those already using the Zoho ecosystem. G2 reviewers from consulting, accounting, marketing, and real estate small businesses frequently praise the free and Standard tiers for covering everyday contract and agreement workflows affordably. Mid-market IT and staffing firms gravitate toward Professional and Enterprise tiers for unlimited documents and bulk send. Enterprise reviewers in education and research highlight API access and advanced compliance features. Businesses outside the Zoho ecosystem or requiring deep third-party CRM integration may find value limited, as several G2 reviewers note integration gaps with non-Zoho tools.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Zoho Sign?

Zoho Sign's free tier caps usage at 5 documents per month and covers core signing workflows, email-based signer authentication, audit trails, and basic Zoho app integrations. G2 reviewers note this limit as the primary friction point, with one higher-education reviewer explicitly flagging the 5-document monthly cap. Zoho Sign's paid plans unlock significantly more capacity and capability: Standard ($12/month) raises the cap to 25 documents per user and adds SMS authentication and third-party integrations; Professional ($20/month) adds unlimited documents, templates, and rebranding; Enterprise ($28/month) adds bulk send, API access, webhooks, blockchain timestamping, and in-person signing. Priority support is also gated behind paid tiers.

Is Zoho Sign considered good value for its pricing?

Zoho Sign is widely regarded as strong value, particularly as a DocuSign alternative. G2 reviewers across consulting, accounting, and IT industries repeatedly cite cost-effectiveness as a primary reason for adoption, with multiple reviewers explicitly framing it as a cheaper DocuSign substitute that covers essential e-signature needs. The 4.5/5 average rating reinforces this sentiment. A few G2 users flag that unlimited documents, webhooks, and API access require the Enterprise tier at $28/month, and one reviewer criticized the $0.50/document automation credit fee as excessive. One mid-market reviewer noted pricing feels slightly high versus competitors. Overall, small businesses and Zoho ecosystem users report the strongest value satisfaction.

"Cost-Effective, Comprehensive Digital Signing Solution"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Zoho Sign?

I find Zoho Sign very cost-effective, and it does everything we need that more expensive tools like DocuSign do. It includes all the essential features—collecting signatures, following up, resending e-signature requests, and nudging recipients when needed. I also like that I can place signature fields in precise locations, add stamps, and even secure documents with OTP-based authentication.

Overall, it’s incredibly useful for documentation at every level of contractual work, from straightforward employment agreements to more complex client contracts. Everything gets handled and organized through Zoho Sign. Setup was simple as well, and I didn’t find it difficult at all.

Zoho sign performs well for all the recepients of the contract/document as we receive the completed copy directly in our mailbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Sign?

I think the UI and overall UX could be improved. Aside from that, from a features standpoint, it’s on par with the other contract-signing tools I’ve used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Zoho Sign as a central tool for all my contractual work. It makes it easy to collect signatures, keep everything documented in one place, and feel confident that the process is legally valid. Overall, it helps streamline agreements as well as onboarding processes.

We can also remind the recepient directly from the tool in case there is a delay in sigining. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
