The way ZINFI Unified Partner Management pulls everything together in one location appeals most to me. You don't have to use a lot of different tools or spreadsheets to keep track of partners, campaigns, onboarding, and reporting. Everything is embedded into the platform. That alone saves a lot of time and makes it less likely that things will slip through the cracks.
I also like how simple it is to use. Once you get the hang of it, the UI is easy to use, and it's easy to manage tasks or change workflows. The built-in marketing capabilities are a significant plus. You can run co-branded campaigns and share assets without having to use a different system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ZINFI UPM encompasses a wide range of features, which is a significant advantage but understandably, not all functionalities will resonate with every team equally. Certain advanced or specialized tools may remain unused based on the unique requirements of your partner program. That’s not necessarily a drawback; it’s more about aligning the resources with the objectives of the team.
The primary challenge is that the platform may require some time to acclimate to, particularly in the initial stages. There’s a wealth of capability included, making it beneficial to have adequate onboarding or assistance during the initial phases. However, once you get the hang of it, everything flows seamlessly.
