"Everything we need for enablement in one place once we got used to it"
5/5
What do you like best about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

Clean Navigation & Role-Based Layout: The top navigation bar (Training, Resource Center, Deal Registration, News & Webinars) keeps essential tools front and center. You don't have to wade through irrelevant menus to find technical collateral or sales enablements. Self-Paced Learning (Sectigo University): The integration with LMS modules is seamless. Taking courses and tracking certification progress is straightforward, and the portal remembers where you left off without confusing user flows. Fast Deal Registration: Submitting new opportunities through the "Register Deals Here" workflow is simple. The forms don't feel bogged down with unnecessary fields, which speeds up turnaround time for partner review. Resource Discovery: Finding co-brandable marketing assets and technical documentation in the Resource Center is quick, saving us from having to email channel managers directly for collateral. Reliable Performance: Load times are snappy whether streaming training videos or pulling down sales guides, and access via SSO makes jumping into the portal frictionless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

Too many clicks to find specific documents: The Resource Center is packed with content, but pulling up a specific whitepaper or an older training slide often takes three or four clicks through nested folders. A faster, smarter search bar on the main dashboard would save us a lot of time when a customer is waiting on technical details. Deal registration form can feel a bit rigid: When I'm trying to log a quick lead, the deal submission form asks for a lot of granular details right off the bat. It’s great for data accuracy, but auto-filling repeat account details or adding quick inline hints would make logging multiple deals back-to-back much less tedious. Initial curve for new team members: Because the platform handles so much—LMS certifications, marketing assets, deal tracking—new people joining our team usually feel a bit lost during their first week. A simple 30-second interactive tour on their first login would make onboarding way smoother. Recommendations could be more proactive: The system runs fast and stable, but it would be great if the homepage automatically surfaced collateral related to the last deal I registered or course I finished, rather than making me search for related assets manually. The SSO integration is seamless—we log in using our usual corporate credentials without having to manage another password. Under the hood, data flows cleanly back and forth with major CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot. When we log a deal or complete a certification, the platform automatically updates records without us having to resubmit information or double-check if the channel team got it. The real payoff here is sheer time saved. Instead of trading endless emails back and forth with our channel manager to register deals, request collateral, or verify training progress, we can handle it all ourselves in minutes. It cuts down on administrative back-and-forth, speeds up deal approvals, and lets our team focus on closing opportunities rather than managing logistics. The built-in recommendations actually help with daily prep. Rather than making us search through a massive file repository, the system intelligently surfaces relevant sales sheets, battle cards, and technical docs based on our user profile and active deal stages. It keeps the most relevant enablement tools right in front of us when we're prepping for customer calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Portal That Keeps Make Partners on Top of Everything"
5/5
What do you like best about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

Using the Make.com partner portal, which runs on ZINFI, is straightforward and keeps everything in one place. As a Make partner I can track my status, access resources and training, and stay on top of updates without chasing emails. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, so I find what I need quickly and spend less time on admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

Honestly, I don't have major complaints. Some sections take a few clicks to find, and the navigation could be a bit more intuitive in places, but it's minor and doesn't affect my day-to-day use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Navigation and Deal Visibility That Streamline Sales Work"
5/5
What do you like best about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

Finding sections within UPM is intuitive. With just a couple of clicks, I can locate the sales resources I need. Thanks to the centralized view in the main menu, it’s easy to know where to log business opportunities, where to find use cases for my clients, and where to access training programs for the sales team.

My favorite part is managing the deals that are logged. The deal inventory is always available for review, which improves visibility and helps with generating pipeline reports.

The view creation feature also makes it easy to consolidate the information I want to see on screen. It’s as simple as checking the boxes next to the columns I want to include and clicking “Generate,” which saves me time when I’m searching for the data I want to analyze or present. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

One area for improvement is the platform’s visual design. The tool is useful and easy to use; however, if the interface had a more modern and visually appealing look, it would be much more attractive. Some parts seem a bit cluttered—a cleaner layout and better aesthetics could greatly improve this aspect.

It would also be nice to have a section highlighting the latest blog posts or the most recent materials without having to go directly to that section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Yes! ZINFI's Hands down the examples were my favorite part. "Keeps Partner Work Perfectly Organized in One Intuitive Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

The thing I appreciate most in ZINFI is how well it keeps all partner-related work organized in one place, with a clean, intuitive UI/UX once you get familiar with it. Integrations with our existing CRM and marketing tools work smoothly, keeping partner data in sync without manual entry. Performance has been reliable even with larger datasets and reports. On pricing/ROI, the value holds up well against the time saved from having everything centralized. Support and onboarding stood out the team was responsive and made setup easy. And the AI/intelligence features offer useful recommendations that help highlight which partners need attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

When I first started using it, I found a few options a little confusing and wasn't always sure where to locate certain features. The learning curve isn't too steep, but it would definitely help to have more step-by-step examples or guided walkthroughs, especially for new users who are just getting started with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Aman Jaiswal of ZINFI Unified Partner...

Thanks for the review, Karra! We are glad the CRM integrations and AI features are keeping your partner data organized. As it goes for the examples and guidebooks, it is indeed a great suggestion, and we would surely try to have better illustrations in the future.

"Simple, Clean UI and Smooth Transitions in Zinfi Unified Partner Management"
5/5
What do you like best about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

What I like most about Zinfi Unified Partner Management is how simple and clean the design feels. The color combination works well, the redirection transitions are smooth, and overall the UI is very user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

Maybe it’s the spacing, I guess. Everything feels a bit too far apart, although maybe that’s just the style. Also, the other tabs aren’t showing like I expected, which I kind of dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unified Partner Management Excellence"
5/5
What do you like best about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

What I find preeminently commendable regarding ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM) is its sophisticated capacity to comprehensively synthesize the entirety of the partner lifecycle within an immaculate, singular architecture, thereby obviating the exigency to oscillate among disparate, disjointed applications. Its exceptionally intuitive interface, harmoniously orchestrated automated workflows, and meticulously centralized repository for pedagogical resources, collaborative commercial collateral, and transactional pipeline oversight collectively engender an environment of frictionless synergy that radically mitigates administrative overhead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

While the platform's extraordinary depth and comprehensive functional breadth necessitate an initial period of diligent familiarization, this minor transitional hurdle is vastly overshadowed by the system's robust capabilities, ultimately yielding a sophisticated, highly optimized operational environment that rewards deeper engagement with unparalleled administrative efficiency. "Great tool for managing partners easily Good platform but needs UI improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

I like ZINFI UPM it simplifies complex partner management processes and creates a more scalable, automated, and data-driven ecosystem. It’s especially valuable if you manage a large or growing partner network and need consistency, visibility, and efficiency.

Workflow Improvements

One of the biggest gains for me has been automation. Tasks that used to take hours—like onboarding partners, assigning training, and tracking progress—are now streamlined. The ability to build workflows that automatically trigger emails, content sharing, or approvals has saved us a lot of manual effort and reduced follow-ups.

A specific example: we set up an onboarding path where new partners automatically receive training modules, marketing kits, and certification steps. This used to require multiple teams and emails—now it runs almost hands-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

One thing I don’t like about ZINFI UPM is that the system can be a little hard to use at first.

UI / UX

The design looks a bit old, and it is not always easy to find things quickly. Sometimes I have to click many times to reach what I need. It takes time for new users to learn.

Integrations

Connecting ZINFI with other tools (like CRM) is not very simple. It usually needs technical help, which can slow things down.

Performance

Most of the time it works fine, but sometimes it becomes slow when loading reports or large data. This can waste time.

Pricing / ROI

The cost is a bit high, especially for small teams. Some features are not always needed, but still included in the pricing.

Support / Onboarding

The setup process takes time and needs planning. Support is helpful, but sometimes responses are not very fast.

AI / Intelligence

The system gives basic reports, but it does not give strong smart suggestions or predictions. It could be more advanced.

Overall, ZINFI is a good platform, but it can be made better by improving ease of use, speed, and smarter features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
