Anti Automation Platform **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Stacy V. | Board Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2018 **What do you like best about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?** What I like best about Zinfi is the IDEA of using the platform for it's intended purposes and the benefits it claims to deliver. I was under the impression that this platform would enable automated processes, what I actually enabled was a lot of waste of time that I'll never get back. **What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?** What I dislike most is everything minus what I like most about Zinfi. This is the slowest automation platform I have ever encountered. Pages load at an alarmingly slow pace and often time-out all together. Navigation is anything but user friendly, the language they use to describe what action you are taking is inconsistent resulting in backtracking and accidental execution of email campaigns, but you don't know this until after you've made this embarrassing mistake. The data import process was a nightmare, only because the example template that instructs you on how your data needs to be formatted (link provided within the import module) was completely incorrect. I followed the instructions given in the example template to the T with no success. After much frustration I decided to contact their help desk who provided me the correct template to use that nothing like the template I was instructed to use.
