What do you like best about ZigZag?

Zigzag has supported our 7 brands for many years. We have also onboarded new brands over the last few years, and the process has always been quick, seamless, and easy.

Our customers want a really easy solution to return goods, minimal input and easy to understand. Zigzag offer this customer facing solution. Zigzag are forever innovating and opening our eyes to new ways to manage returns.

In the background we get to choose the carrier services we want, all the data we can manage and account management that suits our culture. What more do you need! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZigZag?

What do you like best about ZigZag?

Were reasonably flexible with requests and there's a good amount of control for the business.

What do you dislike about ZigZag?

Some issues with logging into the portal and not much flex on the labels which are created by carriers. Eg. we wanted to change the number which was printed on the "print in store" option so that it was easier for our warehouse but no changes could be made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZigZag?

The level of support has improved significantly and has become much more responsive and reliable. I've noticed quicker response times and a greater focus on resolving issues effectively. The team seems genuinely invested in understanding our needs and goes above and beyond to ensure we're fully supported. What do you dislike about ZigZag?

We often encounter issues while using the app, which can be frustrating, especially when they interfere with our experience. Unfortunately, the support provided hasn’t quite met our expectations either. Responses can be slow, and the solutions offered don't always fully resolve the problems. It would be great to see a more proactive approach from the support team, with faster response times and a clearer focus on resolving issues comprehensively. What do you like best about ZigZag?

Since working with ZigZag we have seen that the customer journey is a lot smoother than previous portals we had used, Zigzag is always on hand for anything we may need help with and the responses are always efficient.

Zigzag provides several features. No matter what feedback we provide, they are always on hand to help us implement any changes or improvements we need to make to better our customer experience.

Implementation and moving from a different system was stress-free and was an easy transition for our customers.

Integration was quick and easy we outlined everything we wanted from the system for our customers and Zigzag did not disappoint.

ZigZag is our only returns portal which means this is frequently used several times a day by our customers, Zigzag also offer an admin portal for users to gain more access to further features you made need to help your customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZigZag?

I am someone who likes to be proactive and resolve everything for a customer in a first response I would prefer for the admin portal to have more features for us as a retailer to be self-sufficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZigZag?

Zigzag make it easy for customres to return their goods to us. All of the information that would be needed is in one place on the portal. The tracking is also easy to follow and reporting makes it a breeze to see what product you are due back with the reason for return. The support team are always on hand to answer any questions or queries we might have Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZigZag?

Really friendly team and the services they provide are great. We have looked around a lot and have never found anything similar for the services they provide. They integrate well with Shopify and there are lots of great ways to even help refunding customers with the likes of return to gift card and live exchanges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
