**What do you like best about Zensai?**

I really like how user friendly it is, for the most part I managed to figure out a lot of it myself. For the things I couldn't work out, there was a lot of support from the customer service reps.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

I believe the UI could use a little work, especially in connection with the Go1 add on.

**What problems is Zensai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We just needed a training and development option for our team and this really provided a solution in that respect.

**What do you like best about Zensai?**

The interactive training offering at LMS365 is designed to be very user-friendly. I quickly and appealingly get an overview of my planned and completed trainings. The extensive training offerings can be easily searched by interests using available filters.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

The loading times when first opening the interface take a bit long. The display apparently loads multiple times, as the website flickers multiple times.

**What problems is Zensai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee engagement is rather low. The standardized training sessions and the lack of feedback often contribute to a decline in employee motivation and participation.

**What do you like best about Zensai?**

An ease to use and implementation system for organisation which would like to have LMS to collect, store and record all learning matters. And for premium plan, the support from Zenzai team were goods.

Mostly feature/resources will use MS configuration, so we have to subscribe others MS product to support course creation.

It central all of our training/learning curriculum and help us to collect/record our staff learning hours.

**What do you like best about Zensai?**

I enjoyed working with the customer service team and my customer success manager.  I found them to be quick to respond and eager to help me solve any issues that I may be encountering.  Craig was an excellent resource always enthusiastic and quick to provide resources or ideas on how to solve issues.  I like how monthly updates about changes or upgrades to the system came in automatically to the LMS making it easy to review and plan.  Ease of use especially for adding new users and intergrating with exisiting systems is a big positive.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

Reccomend updating the learn365 player to allow admins and content creators the option to prevent users from skipping past content.

Content holding and certificate tracking.

**What do you like best about Zensai?**

My favourite part os Zensai is the function for creating training, I love how customisable this is. I can link courses to any external content I want or I can upload any of my existing content. I'm also really loving the training plans, these are going to be really useful for our staff. Particularly when we can link these to a teams chat (I'm currently working on this). I also generally like how much development is going into Zensai.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

I feel like sometimes Zensai can limit certain functionalities, which can be frustrating. For example, I really want to be able to edit user permissions so I can make our skills section visible to everyone in the company without having to give everyone admin access. I want to be able to upload external certificates (without linking these to existing courses) but it will never let me save unless I link this. Just little things like this, I would like more autonomy to continue to make our LMS more customisable for our particular company.

**What problems is Zensai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zensai has allowed me to create and administrae our entire internal training programme of instructor led training courses. I love this feature as I can add all the details into Zensai and this will automatically send invites out to staff. Additionally, we previously had issues with viewing our staff competencies and skills, but now with Zensai I can go in and generate a report of everyone in the business who has a specific certificate so it helps me to determine where we may have skill/knowledge gaps in the business.

One issue I’ve encountered is the inability to upload larger video SCORM packages, which can be quite limiting. Additionally, the process for setting up Lesson learning feels somewhat convoluted and not very intuitive.

**What do you like best about Zensai?**

I enjoy how easily integrated the platform is with Office 365 ecosystem. It also makes it easy to add and remove users through our active directory. It is also very easy to build e-learning courses, along with distributing invitations for instructor-led courses (virtual or in person).

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

Sometimes, it may be easy for staff to skip embedded content  because they are used to clicking the blue  "Next" button. Even if there is an attestation button you can add, they may still agree and keep going. However, I like the fact that we can also add a check-off so that it requires manual review before marking the course as complete.

**What problems is Zensai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping to centralize traning content from all departments. This is tremendously useful for audits and compliance.

**What do you like best about Zensai?**

We are still in the pilot phase of our implementation, but we are loving it so far. We receive strong positive feedback for our users and it's value and ease of use. I should mention that we are using it in the tradition way. Our strategic objective is to eliminating our annual review process and go to a continuing conversation process. Perform365 is the only platform on the market we looked at that provides the flexibility to do this. And it is Teams-based and is automatically linked to Learn365, which is great for creating individual development plans for our employees. Our CSMs, Courtney & Blake, are remarkably responsive and provide tremendous support. We wouldn't be where we are without them.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

Dashboards are okay but reporting still has a long way to go to enable us to get the data we need.

Establishing clear expectations for our employee and providing timely and effective feedback.

**What do you like best about Zensai?**

We have been using Zensai for our organization's learning and development needs, and it has been an exceptional experience. One of the standout features of Zensai is its seamless integration with Microsoft Azure. This integration has made it incredibly easy for us to sync data and create Active Directory groups as targeted learning groups, streamlining our administrative processes.

Zensai is a robust and intuitive system that offers various levels of admin controls, making it easy to generate and administer e-learnings, instructor-led sessions, and comprehensive training plans. The user interface is user-friendly, which has significantly reduced the learning curve for our team.

One of the features we particularly love is the ability to download dashboards to track progress. This functionality provides us with valuable insights and helps us monitor the effectiveness of our training programs. Additionally, Zensai offers multiple control points that allow us to optimize the system based on our specific requirements, ensuring that we can tailor the platform to meet our unique needs.

However, there is one area where we feel Zensai could improve. We wish the Line Manager Dashboard showcased the completion status of employees based on the training with more detailed information rather than just on a surface level. This enhancement would save managers a lot of time by making it easier to identify which team members must complete their training.

Creating courses and content is very easy and intuitive. The integration into M365 simplifies the processes and the acceptance of the tool is very high.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

The performance could be better, and the constant logging in seems unnecessary to me, especially when you're already logged into M365. But it's the same with other apps - it probably can't be helped.

The training content was stored on the file share, and the traceability that the course was attended was recorded manually in an Excel file.

**What do you like best about Zensai?**

The software is easy to use on the backend, and easy for our employees to login and access.  If everyone is using Microsoft e-mails its automatically single sign on.  We can on-board someone to building and managing courses in a very short period of time.  Managing licenses is incredibly easy as it links to their e-mail, and you can use the Microsoft functionality of dynamic grouping for bulk enrollments and automatic enrollments.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

We have a lot of folks who access the LMS through their phones and embedded trainings do not work well on phones even when they download the app.  They have multiple levels for pricing which blocks some basic features that really should be included in the lower levels.  There are work arounds for those which are inconvenient but make it hard to justify spending a few thouand dollars extra per year.  Because the software is designed to fully integrate with Microsoft, sometime Microsoft updates cause issues in the LMS, which can take an extended period of time to sort out/troubleshoot.

Having a central location to manage and output trainings for employees as well as tracking progress both for the inidividual and the overall success of the training programs.

**What do you like best about Zensai?**

I am part of the implementation team to setup the platform for user. It is easy to navigate once it is setup for the first time. The details of the training program can be added easily. There are quiz function which is suitable for our local requirements. Email reminder can be set frequency of days before the acutal training day. When there is any problem, there are customer support available in answering our question. As a learner and admin user, I would use the platform frequently for work and training purpose.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

There are frequent update which may cause the initial setting has been reset. The admin user required to login frequently in order to check on any changes to the setting. Advance report and filter function need to integrate with Power BI, which need to incurred additional cost.

It help to upload our training program easily register with by learner. It keep track of learner training hours, report can be generated for reporting purpose to fulfill local regulatory requirements.

**What do you like best about Zensai?**

The LMS system is built on Microsoft systems, so it uses SharePoint, Teams, Active Directory, and others to integrate with systesm that we already use and staff is familiar with. The Customer Service and Support Teams are great and they're quick to help come up with solutions for different ways in which we want to use the system.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

Reporting features are built in Power BI. If your organization doesn't have/use that system, you'll need to develop alternative ways to pull the data. Reporting features work fine, but it's hard to fine tune them to get exactly what you're looking for. The biggest issue we've had is that Training Plans don't automatically update their status when you change them after assigning new modules. For example if you assign a Training Plan and then later change the deadline, that doesn't automatically stick, you'll need to go through some hoops to get that to update. Same with adding new courses (or removing courses) from at TP, you have to use an add on solution to force those changes through.

This LMS helps us track and assign annual competency training modules.

**What do you like best about Zensai?**

The platform is very easy to use and navigate. The onboarding we received from the sales demos to the customer success consultant helped us to set it up and prepare for launch. We love the course content options and the ability to automate notifications for reminders and course completions. It allows us to utilize reporting tools which is a solution for administrative tasks and allows the focus to be on providing more content. We look forward to also using Training Plans for onboarding and for employee growth paths. Overall, it was easy to implement with the guidance of the Customer support professional and IT consultant. We have already seen more frequency of use of the learning center and have used it for our annual compliance courses as well as monthly trainings. It was easy to integrate it into our SharePoint site.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

Currently, the only struggle is creating Instructor-led programs and trying to go back and add the recording later. We found that we had to create an e-learning module instead of being able to add on to the course initially created as instructor-led.

**What problems is Zensai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem we had was having a place to store our training content and track completions of required courses or ongoing training. Zensai is a great solution because links to training guides or videos do not get lost in emails or in a variety of other storage locations that would require a sign on or other access. The reporting options within Zensai are very helpful and with the help of Power BI, other reports can be made.

The ability to assign a course when someone has a training need is also very helpful.

**What do you like best about Zensai?**

Zensai's strongest feature is its seamless integration with Microsoft Office. This allows users to work within familiar tools and also makes it easy to directly edit Word documents linked in courses. Zensai also lets you set up different types of courses, including eLearnings, instructor-led, and training plans. Courses can include quizzes and certificates, but also SCORM packages or documents like PowerPoints and PDFs. This allows for accommodation of a variety of learning resources.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

The user interface can be less intuitive, sometimes making it difficult to locate certain features. Additionally, there is currently no way to archive courses, which can quickly fill up the course catalogue with outdated courses. There are also some other essential features currently missing, such as the ability to download user's quiz answers or extending a user's deadline for completion after they are enrolled in a course.

Zensai  addresses several challenges in training management by serving as a one-stop solution for housing training materials, certificates, and training reports. This centralization simplifies the training process, making it easier to access all necessary resources in one place.

**What do you like best about Zensai?**

1. Works great and integrated with Microsoft products. 
2. Easy to install and build out with minimal help from IT. Easy to use and learn the backend. Plenty of customer support both tutorials and live help. 
3. Due to easy to use phone app our remote field based employees adopted it very quickly (90 percent in 2 months, 100 percent in 3 months). 
4. Simplified team view and management for direct line managers. 
5. Can do dashboard reporting in PowerBI. 
6. Team is energetic and helpful taking customer feedback and implementation of new features and updates.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

Only things I would really like to see further developed (and I know are in their pipeline):
1. reporting in the Teams/SharePoint interface for more than 2 levels of direct employees. Needs to be able to assign deeper report levels for executive level users.
2. The addition of an OR statement when building out Training Plans so you can take "Course 1" OR "Course 2" AND "Course 3" to get credit for the Training Plan. This allows for flexibility in career growth Training Plans instead of just AND which makes them take exactly what is prescribed.
3. Would like to see a way to have a Microsoft Form that is then scored and credited as a course completion in the LMS (not sure if this is in the pipeline).

**What problems is Zensai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are currently working on a roadmap that implements better reporting in the tool itself and building more templates for reporting in PowerBI.
This will be helping me to report to executive teams on the competency levels of our employees and proving ROI to them.

I love how integrated the LMS is with Sharepoint, allowing us to seamlessly offer courses within our intranet. Our employees have noted the ease of access and use, and we appreciate there is a mobile app to take courses from.

Although there is a deep integration with LinkedIn Learning, you can not pull in full Learning Paths or Certificate paths from LinkedIn Learning yet. I would like to be able to pull in an entire path including the test at the end.

I would also like easier methods for bulk uploading scorm files and mass course completion options.

As with any new endeavor, internal questions begin to form around its impact on operations, technology, work experiences, and our patient/customer experiences. This can lead to even the most necessary changes becoming a daunting exercise.  However, given our positive experience, I confidently recommend Zensai to any organization.

The onboarding process is straightforward, documentation is clear, and considers the different perspectives of roles within your organization: e.g., IT, Management, Lesson Creators, Trainers, and Trainees. 

The ongoing support is remarkable. I can tell Zensai is well-versed and has spent time honing their craft, as the ongoing support feels more like we have hired an exceptionally proactive and predictive member of our team.  The interactions always seem to be optimized to our specific educational strategies.

I'm not entirely sure I have real downsides as I believe the system and support provide enough foundation for any organization to be successful.  When a challenge does arise, it is immediately addressed.

We are an independent organization in the vision correction and eyewear sector.  Our locations include a clinic, retail store, and full-surfacing digital optical lab. Any leader seeking to build an incredible work experience capable of producing an incredible patient/customer experience will assuredly agree that engagement, alignment, and continuing education are mission-critical elements. Weekly10 has been a wonderful way to communicate feedback and for managers to react on it promptly. We've found the team are often more likely to be open and honest in written communication than face to face. Everyone absolutely loves the shout out feature - even those who were initially sceptical.
The sentinment and 10pulse give a great insight into where our strong points are weak points are - both on a department level, relating to location, and relating to our skills.
We have moved our Quarterly Capability reviews to Weekly10 (from excel) and feedback has been resoundingly positive.
The set up was easy and I felt very supportive and our Customer Success Manager, Laura, has been super-helpful and responsive.

The efforts that LMS365 takes to communicate with customers and meet their needs is great. The LMS365 team has always been great to work with, being kind and helpful. The LMS platform also is easy to use and inuitive.

I would like to see essential improvements to the platform be implemented in a more timely manner and without bugs. There have been a few features in more recent years that have been released with bugs or oversights that I think could have been caught earlier or tested more thoroughly. As an example, I would point to the "reschedule session" feature which was implemented for all courses with no way to turn the feature off despite that some courses should not allow rescheduling.

LMS365 provides a great platform and has solved many problems for our organization, especially as it has continued to evolve and develop. At first i thought it would be a bit much to have to do check-ins every week, considering I was used to the tedious quarterly reviews before, but because the check-ins are frequent and only takes 5-10 minutes, it is a lot easier to remember what you have accomplished, and it all feels a bit more informal and easygoing. It is easy and simple to use, and it is super easy to get started with, and remember to fill out the check-ins, because it is built into teams, so you'll get reminded about check ins because you're in teams working already. 

I think it's a great way to reflect on your performance, and your collaboration with colleagues, without spending a lot of time filling out forms.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

Not much to dislike from my perspective. From an employee perspective it might seem a bit simple, but it does what it is supposed to really well.

**What problems is Zensai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe it keeps a very good track on performance and engagement but surveying me every week. It helps me to shortly reflect on my accomplishments in a given week, and to give kudos to colleagues if I forgot to do it in person (which I often do).
It also gives me a good friday (the day we complete check-ins) by getting kudos from the colleagues who thought I did great work that week.

Integration with the Microsoft ecosystem has made the deployment and use of LMS365 very simple and easy across the whole business.

The onboaridng process was also very easy to complete and the software is regulalrly used by the vast majority of our employees.

The monthly updates have also been extremely well received as it is clear there is a significant pipeline of development work to the software which continues to enhance our users experience.

Initially the skills management element of the software was very basic and not overly useful but this is something that the company have recently addressed with the December update.

We previously did not have a platofrm to host any elearning content for our employees. LMS365 now provides our staff with 24/7 access to content which can be accessed anywhere on a range fo different devices.

It's fairly easy to setup courses and tests, etc.

No direct support for more complex slide presentation in PPT. Have to get a scorm app for that. Also, support is very slow and poor. Can't contact someone to talk directly and was never trained on how to submit a question by the original kick off team. We never went over that. The lack of direct import of more complex PPT is very poor. Luckily I found an external app that works with PPT (by iSpring). My kickoff team didn't recomend this great app and suggested I use Sway! Which is awful.

Works for PPT training (with scorm app for PPT). Lame without the APP. Good for training of Procedures and etc. Also can do various other content.
