What do you like best about Zenkit?

For solo project and task management (I haven't evaluated it for group productivity), Zenkit is best-in-class. It has a formidable array of features that are not found in any other SMB app:

- fully drag n drop (folders, projects, tasks, sub tasks)

- nested sub tasks (up to 10 levels deep)

- highly customizable views (list, hierarchy, kanban, gantt, etc)

- customizable entry forms

- custom fields

- cusomizable filters

- scheduling and reminders

- calendar ingtegration (not tested yet)

- third-party app integration (trello, others)

- nice color schemes for tags (not the drab flat colors other apps have)

- cross platform support (win, android - I don't use apple, so haven't tested)

- responsive support (less than 1 hour during working hours CET)

- not laggy, responsive navigation between main views and sub tasks views.

- company is based out of Germany, so GDPR-compliant Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenkit?

Not much to dislike - I haven't fully tested Android, but it seems that drag n drop is limited on that platform (to be confirmed). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zenkit solving and how is that benefiting you?

Because if _fully_ supports drag n drop and hierarchical folders-projects-tasks-subtasks, Zenkit enables progressive project task decomposition - it's extremly easy to set up a high-level project structure and then decompose high-level tasks down to as much detail as needed.

Alternatively, it's easy tol view tasks from multiple perspectives - list, hierarchical, kanban, etc.

Bottom line - this is one of the few PM / TM tools that really does enable productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zenkit?

Perfect tool for organizing the orders in our lab and keeping track of everthing! It's nice that Zenkit can be used collaboratively. The colour coding is also very helpful!

"Using Zenkit to organize our orders"

What do you like best about Zenkit?

In our team, we use Zenkit to sort and organize orders. I find it positive that Zenkit allows you to always keep an overview and is easy to use. The drag-and-drop feature also makes working easier and saves you from having to enter data multiple times. Since multiple people have shared access to Zenkit, collaborative work is possible. If you have questions despite the easy handling of Zenkit, customer service is there to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenkit?

"Elegant app that runs fast and on many platforms"

What do you like best about Zenkit?

The advantage is I can plan tasks according to Kanban as well as according to dates and times, further I was able to import all my files, schedules and archives into Zenkit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
