"Great, flexible productivity tool"

What do you like best?

1. the different views: simple list, detailed list, Kanban, calender and mind map view. The latter is perfect for project planning. The switch between the views is fluid and correct.

2. the different todo-items are nearly endlessly customizable with many different types of information fields. Especially appealing is one with which you can interlink different todo-items. This feature makes my GTD-setup round and efficient.

3. the feature „my fabourites“ makes it possible to have a categorized view across all projects. Here again you can customize the favourites on your own.

4. the database structure offers many ways to use the tool, e.g. I use a collection for time and cost tracking for my different clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Those issues should be on the road map ( and the support team confirms that):

1. email to Zenkit (and thus avoiding any Zapier workaround)

2. an app that identically matches the web application

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Try it out. There is no time limit only a volume of item limit, so you have plenty if time to try and play around with it. You will be surprised by the fact, that you can use it for many different purposes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

So far I solve my personal and business project management issues with Zenkit. I do not yet use the team feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
