What do you like best about Zenkit?

I genuinely appreciate the user-friendly nature of Zenkit. The abundance of tutorials has been immensely helpful, and the intuitive UI makes navigation a breeze. Additionally, collaborating with a team using Zenkit is a seamless and enjoyable experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenkit?

I would like to set up a view that displays my personal tasks in a Kanban format, with a vertical division based on projects. I'm uncertain whether I haven't found the option for this yet or if it's not currently available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi!

Thank you for the five-star review! We appreciate that you enjoy using Zenkit.

Regarding viewing your tasks within a Kanban the filter could help. You could simply add a filter with the condition "Assigned to", select yourself and save it to your board. It will then be accessible whenever you need it.

Alternatively, you could also switch to Zenkit Project. Here we offer so-called "Smart Views" within which you will also be able to view all your assigned tasks within one view.

What do you like best about Zenkit?

What I like most about zenkit is the aesthetic! I also like the different views that's provided all in one app- kanban, tasks Todo, mindmap, etc. It's a much better alternative to Trello Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenkit?

What I dislike about zenkit is how clunky the app is. It's rather slow and takes some getting used to. Also I don't like that the free plan only allows for 500 entries. The subscription price is to much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zenkit?

About Zenkit I like that is free, I can use all the apps in the Zenkit umbrella like Hypernotes and Zenkit To-do. It runs very well online and it has a mobile App. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenkit?

The calendar is weird. I can't get used to it. I would like it more clean, and the weekends in a separate color or something like that. When you move across the calendar it does strange movements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Decent all in one platform for most tasks"

What do you like best about Zenkit?

Most things you want to run your business and stay on top of tasks are in there. Saves us time switching applications. Having most things in one place also allows us to build more complex workflows that allows us to take on and manage more customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenkit?

Multi-product model for particular features makes it expensive to roll out as our team expands. Despite being decent, it could cost a pretty penny if we had to use it for the whole team and get even more staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zenkit?

Zenkit provides me the flexibility and UI is usable. Its interface is highly configurable which makes it ideal to collaborate with team members with different technical backgrounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zenkit's data storage limits are relatively low. And the mindmap representation is a bit different from what one's used to finding in mind mapping-related software, but this seems to be mostly due to web components limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accomplish more in less time"

What do you like best about Zenkit?

There are several things I like about Zenkit. One is their new to do app that connects seamlessly with Zenkit base. Now all my tasks are in one place without any extra work or zaps. A second thing I like is the variety of views. The third thing is the ease of customization for each project once you learn their system. What do you dislike about Zenkit?

I don't find their help videos and instructions to be useful when you are first learning how to use Zenkit. They seem to think you already have a basic knowledge of the program. What do you like best about Zenkit?

Its tasks and reminders facility are too good.

Here we can easily organize things and easy to use and build databases. There are many more fields which will help users like notes & wiki , agile and gantt planning and many more Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best scheduler ever"

What do you like best about Zenkit?

I like the ease of using Zenkit for scheduling tasks and setting reminders before deadlines. It is easy to create schedules and assign to team mates via Zenkit. It makes life easier than ever as we can manage to take notes on the same platform during calls and meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenkit?

For free users the data storage is very low, that's the only dislike I have regarding Zenkit. Also the user interface gets too cluttered at some phases, there's a lot of scope to improve the interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zenkit solving and how is that benefiting you?

Best tool for tracking every phase during a project. Starting from ideation to execution of the project,our whole team used Zenkit and I must say the process was smooth.
