What do you like best about Zenkit?

It is a flexible workspace that can be used to organize things. It enables you to view data and manipulate it in numerous intuitive ways to obtain insight into projects. Also, you can use it to build CRM. It keeps your focus on what is necessary and important. It helps you keep track of projects and performance as it allows you to mark tasks that are completed. What do you dislike about Zenkit?

One dark side of this tool is the data storage limit that is proportionately low. It provides 1 GB of file attachments for free users and provides only 6GB for plus users. Sometimes it slows down and delays the work. Also, its performance is quite slow in the mobile app as compared to its performance on the computer. It needs to improve the knowledge base. What problems is Zenkit solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is highly customizable and flexible. It is easy to use and easy to understand as it is a rational database. With Zenkit, you can flourish your projects easily. The documentation is pretty good and the interface is very intuitive. It provides very helpful video tutorials as well as blogs which help new users to understand it. "Amazing app for SCRUM"

What do you like best about Zenkit?

We use Zenkit to organize our daily work following the SCRUM methodology. It's a very robust and easy-to-apply app, which helps us to efficiently work together on many different topics and projects in a structured manner, as well as to keep track of the time spent.

I also like that there is a desktop as well as a mobile app so that you can add new tasks whenever something comes to your mind. It definitely helped us to become more efficient - totally recommend using Zenkit! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenkit?

Planning of sprint goes along with prioritizing many tasks. If there would the feature to have a table with a Kanban option, enabling to prioritize tasks, would be just perfect. There is the option to use the list, but that's just not as structured as to how the contents of the tasks are displayed in a table. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing there to dislike really. You should have a good idea on what you want as there is no strong predefined structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Zenkit:

Zenkit adds a lot more flexibility to the things other applications as Trello can do. But this also means that there is no predefined structure which might be helpful for some people. Zenkit is working on that and is releasing some apps building on the core, so that could improve over time.

What problems is Zenkit solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Zenkit throughout our startup for various tasks. The main use-case is project planning in a SCRUM-like setting (Kanban). We have all our customer and internal projects (strongly engineering focussed) on there. What do you like best about Zenkit?

Zenkit is an evolutionary software that grows as your company's infrastructure increases, I like it since through this platform users can collaborate in different places without having physical interaction, mentioning that it can be optimized and customized for the different use cases you want to propose to this server, making known that it is one of the best qualities that this platform presents from my perspective, being of great proportion for the overall management of my company. It should be noted that file management or the integration of various tools as an addition for a more comfortable work, could be better, since it presents errors when implementing these functions, without excluding that Zenkit sometimes is somewhat slow, being a problem, due to work slowdown. Zenkit is a quite useful platform for teams that need a visual tool for the frequent monitoring of their projects, as it is versatile for use, since any labor branch can use this software without any problem, giving good results thanks to the order that drives the managements proposed by the server, extracting data, creating database, sharing ideas, functions for tasks, collaboration and among other features of great performance and usefulness offered by this system, which is why it is so recommendable. What do you like best about Zenkit?

Zenkit is a brilliant tool for the creation and completion of projects, since the service is very distinguished for being broadly operational, have ample capacity and be very low cost compared to all its competitors, I have used this service for quite some time and I can say that the productivity that has provided for all our team has been excellent, the service provides access to people through many devices, whether Mac, Windows, Android, Tablet, iPhone, among others. The tool is completely intuitive to work with, it is very easy to integrate its use to inexperienced people, its interface has a very representative design, since it is innovative and above all elegant. What do you dislike about Zenkit?

The software is very limited to store files, as its capacity is a maximum of 6GB and compared to the large number of files with which we work is very limited capacity, the performance of software in mobile applications is quite slow compared to its operation in computers, I am really very limited to speak negatively of this software as its operation is quite potential to work. Zenkit is a tool that wherever it stands is very well represented by its high quality, complete functionality and ease of use, is a very complete software, low cost and very versatile for use by any team, I recommend Zenkit with great confidence, I have used it for several years and its effectiveness has been very suitable for our company. Zenkit is our main project management tool with which we have worked in recent years, its operation has allowed us to increase our effectiveness in our work, we have been able to obtain quite pronounced improvements, it is a fairly effective service for all our needs and being sincere the service has met all our expectations to work comfortably at all times.
