"Still trying to expand acceptance"

I'm having some difficulty using the communications capability of the application because of our team's members' reluctance to actively use Zenkit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the product. The others I would like to also use it lack motivation. You can't realize the benefits of using Zenkit unless all the players use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zenkit solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a very small High School FIRST Robotics Competition team. Which is struggling to meet the time demands of creating a competitive robot in less than 8 weeks. I recognize Zenkit as very useful project management tool for primary use by the team's adult mentors. Unfortunately, the mentors that I entered into Zenkit lack enthusiasm to subscribe to the necessary engagement to make it's use a success for our team. To date only two to three of us have actively participated in using Zenkit to any extent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zenkit?

I like the multiple options as each project may have specific needs. The List can be used for individual tasks, calendar view for my overall schedule, and Kanban for individual projects. It is flexible and does not need a special field to hold information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It offers a flexible ways of viewing workflow in a Kanban format, but isn't limited to a Kanban view, so for mass-maintenance one can switch to a table view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zenkit has many features to aid productivity. It allows you to create your own columns to suite the process you're managing. But the kanban board is just the start as the same data can be presented as a list, a table or a calendar and the data can be manipulated in each of these views. "Mind Mapping Gives Clarity of Mind"

What do you like best about Zenkit?

Zenkit has a wonderful mind mapping tool that allows you to group and regroup your ideas in many different ways. The best part is the ease of going to the Kanban view or the list view. The ability to customize and link collections together makes life very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenkit?

THe mobile app seems to have a mind of it's own and does what it wants to. This could be because the mind map view is not mobile friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
