YouEngage has a simple and effective 5 step process to create out of the box interactive experiences : Build - Design- Configure - Distribute- Analyze. The features worth talking about are conditional logic option to create different paths for your audience depending on their answers to previous questions, multiple thank you screens that can have their own call-to-action button, a wide range of question types, webhooks to pull data to other tools and apps, ability to capture partial results, a fairly large number of embed options and a promising roadmap which reflects their commitment to improve the platform over time. While YouEngage has a lot of features that will allow you to create engaging digital experiences, it does have some drawbacks which need to be plugged over time by their team. As of now, the tool does not feature a real-time leaderboard option that can significantly enhance the user experience. As of now, the other missing features for me are email integration with the major providers, google sheets integration, a relatively low number of templates to draw inspiration from, and the inability to send email notifications. Having said that, I understand that most of these wanted features are in their roadmap - i.e. if they deliver on their promises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The survey function is straightforward to use and provides many options for customizing providing nice looking tools. It is much better than SurveyMonkey, MS Forms, and PollEverywhere that I have used before. I also see that the roadmap is quite robust and I look forward to seeing the improvements into the future. The live events are still a work in progress, with a promising future - so may not be 100% today, but I am hopeful it will be even better in the future. The reports coming out of the surveys isn't amazing - it is basic and gives an ok view of the results, but it could be better laid out and easier to use (and maybe allow export of graphs to Powerpoint like SurveyMonkey). YouEngage has significant improvements over EngageForm, which I've been using for two years. Improvements come in the form of Branching Logic, Calculators, and workflow/UX/Ui improvements. The existing functionality works very well, and it's super easy and intuitive to use.
What I like the most:
- It is possible to direct quiz takers to different outcome screens with a dedicated link or redirect based on their quiz answers.
- It is possible to see where users dropped off in the quiz. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is missing native integration is with ESPs for email follow-ups and list building (one shouldn’t have to buy a Zapier subscription just to send follow-up emails to each quiz taker). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm really impressed with youengage so far. Support is outstanding and my questions have been answered immediately. It's obvious that Peter and the youengage team care about quality and user experience.
I have not been able to test the live event function yet, but the interface is intuitive and easy to use for projects. It's very straightforward and I like that I can edit one of the pre-made projects to fit my needs or create my own from a completely blank slate.
It was simple to set up my own branding, and adding a custom domain is also easy to accomplish.
Events, forms, surveys, quizzes, polls, calculators... I am excited to test out all the options available! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've not found anything specific that I dislike yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like every feature of the platform which includes Live engagements, quiz makers and surveying. This tool has helped us to engage with our internal employees and also our customers to have perfect alignment and relationship with everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I did not came accross anything that I dislike within the platform yet. The drag and drop feature for building stuff can be improved in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been in love with conversational forms and survey's for a while. Unfortunately, the main kid on the block was always Typeform...until I found Youengage. There's still some work (see my dislikes), but very promising! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As far as I can tell, there's no way to reference previous answers in subsequent questions via variables. Also, their integrations are kind of lacking. Finally, would love a way to start a survey in an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like the flexibility and advanced options for creating forms. I like the ability to split the form in multiple pages and the analytics to track the interaction with each page and each question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish it had integration with send in blue and that it would be possible to add custom variables when embedding a form on another website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I was very impressed by the ease of use and how polished the forms and surveys and other outputs of this platform are. I was up and running within minutes and my survey participants were very impressed. Highly recommend it for anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing. I found it easy to use and intuitive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a clean interface that is fairly easy to use. It allows you to develop all sorts of engagement with your audience to build trust and ultimately grow your brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There needs to be more direct integrations and more templates and better tutorials to help users get more from the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
