You can create interactive and polls with Youengage. It is really very easy to use and you can rustle up a Survey/Poll within a few minutes. While creating a survey, the platform allows you a number of customizations, with respect to the background, font colour, the shape of icons, question types, image search from Google directly from the platform, etc. The functionality seems a lot like Slido and Ahaslides, both Audience engagement platforms like Youengage. Also, the end-user/participants' experience is seamless on the phone and that's a big plus. **What do you dislike about Youengage?** It is not mobile-first for the creator! You have to login from a laptop if you have to create a survey or a poll. Maybe they are coming up with a mobile web version for the creator/host, or mobile apps. **Recommendations to others considering Youengage:** This is the best tool for Surveys for sure. But Poll needs some work and maybe Youengage can make it a better experience for the creator/host to conduct polls. **What problems is Youengage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating surveys for our market initiatives. We have an Ed-Tech product and wanted to get the learning needs of users. Youengage helped us to design a 10-question survey, add beautiful visuals, and gather responses from the market. After we received the responses, there is a Metrics and Summary tab on the platform that allowed us to drill through the responses and derive actionable insights. ### 2. Improvements come in the form of Branching Logic, Calculators, and workflow/UX/Ui improvements. The existing functionality works very well, and it's super easy and intuitive to use. What I like the most: - It is possible to direct quiz takers to different outcome screens with a dedicated link or redirect based on their quiz answers. - It is possible to see where users dropped off in the quiz. **What do you dislike about Youengage?** It is missing native integration is with ESPs for email follow-ups and list building (one shouldn’t have to buy a Zapier subscription just to send follow-up emails to each quiz taker). **What problems is Youengage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lead generation and list building. Quizzes are lead generation engines and YouEngage lets you build and embed quizzes that generate leads better than any lead magnet that you can ever create. One needs to know that cost per lead is also a lot lower with quizzes because they get shared. So even if you use paid ads to drive traffic to your quiz you will be paying a lot less. ### 3. This tool has helped us to engage with our internal employees and also our customers to have perfect alignment and relationship with everyone. **What do you dislike about Youengage?** I did not came accross anything that I dislike within the platform yet. The drag and drop feature for building stuff can be improved in my opinion. **What problems is Youengage solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were trying to create our website to have engagement with customers and users. Unfortunately, the main kid on the block was always Typeform...until I found Youengage. There's still some work (see my dislikes), but very promising! **What do you dislike about Youengage?** As far as I can tell, there's no way to reference previous answers in subsequent questions via variables. Also, their integrations are kind of lacking. Finally, would love a way to start a survey in an email. **What problems is Youengage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mainly I want to be able to get great feedback from my audience.
